Google
It was my first time here I got the classic pork Ramen. It was really nothing special and quite bland. I had to go home and add some more seasonings to it. Sushi was good and the side salad that it came with was absolutely delicious. Overall, the atmosphere was a little dark, which I didn’t really like but service was pretty great. Wouldn’t rush to return though anytime soon

Google
Cozy japanese restaurant serving ramen, basic sushi, apps, alcohol. The chicken ramen and black garlic ramen was delicious. Spicy tuna sushi roll hit the spot also. We would probably only skip out on the gyozas next time. Friendly staff and easy free parking.

Google
The service is awesome, the employees are always super nice. Even when it's busy they still serve you quickly. The food is delicious!! I highly recommend coming here if you want delicious reasonably priced food.

Henessey A.

Google
Service was quick and waitress was very attentive. Takoyaki was great, Ichi special roll was also not lacking. Spicy garlic ramen was amazing, and very flavorful. My wife’s creamy tonkatsu ramen had a very perfectly cooked egg, and the broth is perfect for something subtle. Will definitely be back in the future!

Google
Absolutely the Best Ramen Spot — 10/10 I’ve been coming to Ichi Ramen for years, and it’s hands down the best ramen spot I’ve ever been to. I usually get the Spicy Chicken Ramen (extra spicy) and the Crispy Rice with Tuna — both are incredible. If I’m really treating myself, I’ll add the Chicken Fried Rice, which is also amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this place — it’s five stars across the board: food, service, and consistency. The ramen here has honestly ruined every other ramen spot for me. I lived in Virginia for a while and had a favorite ramen place there, but once I tried Ichi Ramen, that was it — game over. I consider myself a bit of a ramen connoisseur, and this place is on another level. The customer service is always excellent, and my food comes out fast every time. Even when I get off work late and they’re about to close, they still take my order and let me pick it up before they shut down — I really appreciate that level of service. Anyone who works long hours knows how nice it is to still get exactly what you’re craving instead of having to settle for something else. I’ll continue recommending Ichi Ramen to all my friends and family. This place deserves every bit of praise it gets. Highly recommended — 10 out of 10 from Max!

Google
Very cozy ambiance and the food came out?? Like sooo quick???? I think theyve got someone magical cooking back there. The appetizers were lovely and the ramen we all got was amazing <3

Google
This place rocks, I had been here once before so I knew the menu, I got seated, took my order and got my food in like 5 minutes! I got the spicy miso with classic fried rice and the portions were really good. I usually on repeat visits to a place need to get extra chashu but I don't think I need to here they hook you up... Even though I got the spicy ramen the broth wasn't affected that much, it was very light and delicious 😋 Only downside is they don't have vinegar to add to the bowl halfway through. The fried rice was phenomenal, it comes with pickled ginger, very tasty 👌 I just wish I came in an emptier stomach I couldn't finish everything 😅

Google
I love going here it is my favorite ramen spot in Vegas. The place is a bit small but they make it work their ramen is so flavorful and I would also recommend their fried rice. The staff is very kind although I think they’re usually a bit understaffed as it takes them a bit to check on you and they used to give out 5 dollars off coupons we valid for a week after every meal but I think they’re stopped since it’s usually busy in there now but overall would definitely recommend

Yelp
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy ambiance that made it perfect for a casual meal. The menu had a great selection of ramen options, and I went with the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, with the perfect balance of creaminess and depth. The noodles were cooked to perfection--chewy with just the right amount of bite.

Yelp
My 1st time here, and my last. I ordered spicy tuna roll and chicken ramen. The rolls were really tiny but the flavor was good and I asked for low sodium soy sauce and the server told me they don't ever have low sodium soy sauce. The salad, which was free with the ramen and tuna, was lettuce that didn't taste clean and some dressing drowning in what tasted like store bought balsamic. The egg in my ramen was hard boiled and the broth was very bland. I didn't feel great after I getting home so hopefully I didn't get sick from anything.

Yelp
Amazing food and great service, definitely worth a shot. Food came out really quick, and the portions are enough to take home.

Yelp
It was our first time here last night, on a Saturday. Upon entering, the restaurant had a cool, fun, yet tasteful decor and the cooks greeted us as we entered. We both ordered the Black Garlic Ramen with Lobster Roll and Gyoza. We really liked the ramen. It was really good and very flavorful. The broth was very good. I ordered a mild. They gave us the hot sauce on the side. It wasn't hot at all. I think I'll go for the spicy next time since they give you the sauce on the side. It was very filling too. I highly recommend the Black Garlic Ramen! If I'm up in the Centennial area again, I think I would come back for the Black Garlic Ramen. The only thing is we both noticed they gave us our check so early. We weren't even half way through eating (and people who were in there before us, were still dining). Even my friend pointed it out to me.

Yelp
The smell of cleaning products when I walked in was harsh. The smell made my appetite go away. I ordered a ramen + sushi roll combo. The ramen was good. The sushi roll was fine. It's definitely a casual spot for a quick bite.
google avatar

Yelp
Overall a pretty Solid spot! I'm not huge on ramen so I love that they have other things for us none ramen lovers. I had the chicken fried rice which was full of flavor. Sushi so good as well. My boyfriends gets the Curry Ramen, which has a thicker broth.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2024 #52: I've been coming to this ramen spot since they opened several years ago. It's the closest ramen shop that's good without having to drive to Chinatown. The space is small. With high top seating, and a few booths. Depending on when you come here, you might have to wait for at least 10 minutes. I happen to always come here when it's busy! I tend to get the same type of ramen and just change up my appetizers. I always get the ramen combo with my choice of side/ appetizer and another appetizer if I'm sharing with somebody. Chicken Karaage: Fried pieces of chicken that have been lightly battered. It's juicy and crispy. 3.5/5 Popcorn Shrimp: Deep-Fried and battered shrimp served with Chipotle mayo and Yum Yum Sauce. 3.5/5 Soft-Shell Crab: Deep-Fried Soft Shell Crab served with Carrot Puree, Eel Sauce and Creamy Aji sauce. 4/5 Gyoza: Pan-fried pork and vegetable dumplings. Ramen and gyoza are a classic combo. Meaty, juicy and delicious. Crispy on the bottom and tender on top. 4/5 Crispy Rice with Tuna: Crispy fried rice with spicy tuna on top. 4/5 Tonkotsu Ramen: Ramen in pork-based broth with sprouts, chashu, soft-boiled egg, green onions. You can add whatever extras and toppings you want for additional cost. 4/5 Black Garlic Ramen: This is my favorite because it reminds me of the black garlic ramen that I love so much from a ramen restaurant I used to go to in L.A. Lots of good flavors happening here. Tonkotsu broth with black garlic oil, m chashu, soft-boiled egg, green onions, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, deep -fried onions, and deep-fried garlic. 5/5 Service has always been friendly. It's a nice little casual place for a bowl of hot noodles. Food comes out pretty quickly. They have Coke products, Ramune, tea, etc. Other appetizers include edamame, takoyaki, fried baby octopus, salad, seaweed salad, shishito peppers, and Agedashi tofu. For dessert, they have cheesecake and mochi ice cream.

Yelp
Omg!!! I love this place! Finally a place I can say is my favorite Thank you so much for the amazing tasty ramen and everything! We tried it the second day too and omg I love it. We ordered the seafood ramen. YUMMMM and their sushi so fresh

Yelp
So yummy! Super fast! Great prices! Great service! Loved the jalapeño bomb. The miso ramen was delicious and a large portion. We also got the edamame and a crunch roll. Everything was very tasty and so affordable.

Yelp
Ever since we left Japan we are always on the lookout for a great Ramen place. We've actually been to Ichi Ramen House a few times but it had been awhile so I waited to do a review until we went again. Ichi Ramen House is a small restaurant over in Centennial tucked away in a shopping plaza. It has nice decor and a cool vibe, just limited booths and tables. They also have a small counter type seating area as you walk in as well. Service is always good here and they have a nice selection of appetizers, Ramen and drinks. I usually get the Black Garlic Ramen or the Miso Ramen. Both are good with deep and unique flavors that last. On our last trip my wife got the Vegetable Ramen and loved it. While the Ramen is good here, it's not my favorite item on the menu or what keeps me coming back. To me, the appetizers are the star of the show here! Every time we go we have to get the Chicken Karage, Popcorn Shrimp, and Stuffed Jalapeno Bomb...they are all fantastic and bursting with great flavors. This is a great place to grab a beer or sake and enjoy some small bites to share or a bowl of Ramen. Give it a shot and try Ichi Ramen House for yourself!

Jasmine H.

Yelp
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I ate here recently and unfortunately ended up with severe food poisoning shortly after. I can't say with 100% certainty that it was the food from this establishment, but the timing and symptoms were highly suggestive. The staff was friendly and the service was fine, but food safety should always be a top priority. I hope management takes this seriously and conducts a thorough check on their food handling and hygiene practices. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.

Yelp
Dear Ichi Ramen house, The food, the ambience and our server Casey were outstanding. 10/10 recommend and I will for sure be coming back.
google avatar

Vee L.

Yelp
I just looked at my receipt and saw they charged an 18% gratuity for my fam of 5!? Wtf!? Had I known that I wouldn't have left an additional tip! I just read other reviews and I guess an 18% gratuity is automatic!? Hells to the nahh. The food came out pretty quickly and all of the staff were fine, however, the tempura was rushed. This is the first time I've ever had tempura that wasn't cooked all the way. The carrots were still hard and crunchy! Their ramen was okay. Their karaage was good. Their rolls were meh. If you have more than 5 people, idk what your seating situation would look like, you'd all have to be cramped in a booth or at a picnic style table or wait til two tables are free so they can push them together. Not really ideal for larger parties, esp since they don't take reservations- we called and asked prior to going. We sat at the picnic style table and they put a chair on the end for the 5th person. Prob wouldn't be back due to the automatic gratuity.

Yelp
Hand down good place to eat ramen will definitely recommend this place come try them out

Yelp
Always amazing food and service. Our whole family has been coming for years and they never disappoint! From the black garlic ramen, curry and even the veggie ramen it's all so so yummy!
google avatar

Katherine S.

Yelp
Got the ramen combo, with miso ramen and spicy tuna roll! It came with a salad and was delicious! Also the service was great!
google avatar

Yelp
We've been coming here for years! Amazing food and amazing staff! Recommend the ramen combination and fried rice.
google avatar

Julio R.

Yelp
I ordered the Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen. It was decent. The noodles were ok and the egg was not given time to soak in the flavor. I would come here and eat again, but I would try something different.
google avatar

Yelp
Really liked the tomato broth seafood ramen! Staff were friendly and attentive. Will come back!

Yelp
Located in a shopping center, not very large Resturant booth seating and bar seating. Customer service was great we were immediately sat and got our water and appetizers severed promptly. We ordered: Takoyaki $6.95 5 balls that were pipping hot the inside was filed with battered fill that has a cheese like taste but it's not cheese normally you can fill and taste the texture of chunks of octopus but this set had none. Flavor is on the fishy side fyi Pan - Fried Soft Shell Crab $7.95 Served with Carrot Purée that taste like a seltzer was added to it it wasn't appetizing to any of us. The tempura batter on the soft shell crap wasn't light and crispy it was dense, soft and chewy almost like under cooked texture. Chicken Karaage $7.95 Was over cooked the chicken was very dry the batter was crispy served with Chipotle Mayo Entrees: Classic Tonkotsu Ramen $12.95 Tonkotsu (pork) broth, pork chashu, soft boiled egg, arcon onions. bean sorouts d bamboo shoots everything about this dish was great the broth was creamy and delicious. Pork was thin and cooked nicely Black Garlic Ramen $14.95 Great strong flavor of garlic noodles were cooked perfect. Broth was my second favorite Shoyu Ramen $12.95 Least favor broth very bland lacked flavor. Presentation was great, some items I liked but wasn't a huge fan of this ramen place.
google avatar

Josh T.

Yelp
It may be 100+ degrees outside but that won't stop my craving for ramen. I came here for my lunch break and the service was great, and you can tell the place is well maintained on how clean it was in there. I ordered the creamy tonkatsu ramen and their classic fried rice. The ramen was perfect, from the flavor to the texture of the pork. Fried rice was really good as well, perfect size and had a lot of flavor. This place is the place to go if you're looking for ramen in the centennial area, I'll be back to try their curry ramen!

Rudy G.

Yelp
Great food!! Excellent customer service. I love coming here and getting the seafood ramen.

Yelp
Conflicted. PROS: -Very inexpensive -Very quick -HUGE rolls! -Decent selection of sushi AND ramen -Wonderful service CONS: -Eggs in Ramen were hard boiled -Garlic in black garlic oil ramen had a strong bite. Not my taste, I like garlic caramelized or cooked down a bit -Noodles were very soft I'd give this place another shot. It's a pretty good pick!
google avatar

Megan M.

Yelp
We've been coming for YEARS. The last couple times we've been has been subpar but we continue to come back because it's the only decent ramen place in centennial area. But tonight takes the cake. We called to check the wait time and was told "there's one table left" and then was hung up on. We arrive and wait awhile for our orders to be taken, they actually took people who came in after us first. Mildly annoying. Salads come and they taste like literal dirt, I swear when I wiped my chopstick there was dirt on it. Rolls are smaller than they used to be but still taste good. Ramen comes (shoyu & miso) and they're both incredibly bland. They almost tasted watered down. The meat also had no seasoning on it. We ended up having to order chili sauce for some flavor. (The chili is not very spicy, but it did add flavor) We kept trying to get the waitresses attention for the chili but she just kept walking by. By the time we were finished they were eager to come by the table to clean up and lay down the bill. Seems like prices have increased yet quality and service has gone.

Yelp
This is our go to ramen place. Always has great and fast service. Love the sides as well.

Yelp
I've been going here for over 3 years... Great staff. Great food. Great music. Looks great inside. Even when I lived by ikea, I'd still drive for this ramen spot. Yuri is so sweet. She always smiles when my boyfriend and I come in. Definitely a spot to recommend. Bring the friends and family

Nazly R.

Yelp
After trying ichi ramen it's now my favorite ramen. The food was delicious, and the service is always excellent. I recommend you bring your friends and family here.
google avatar

Yeshua M.

Yelp
I love the food here, especially the ramen. The staff were friendly. This a good place to visit on your lunch break

Cody M.

Yelp
I ordered the spicy chicken ramen. It was delicious! The spice was not TOO much, it complimented the broth quite well. Also, the serving size was quite large and satisfying. I also ordered the spicy tuna roll. It was fresh and delicious and a generous portion as well. Food and drinks came out quickly and with a smile. All in all, you can find better ramen and Japanese food on this side of town! (The prices are great too)

Yelp
7/30/23 Party of 2 6pm dinner Cute little restaurant with good service. Creamy tonkotsu ramen: 8/10 overall it's yummy. Miso ramen: 10/10 great flavor Peach oolong tea: 0/10 not good...at all. Will still be returning. Very inexpensive dinner for 2.

Yelp
Had the curry ramen and the tempura shrimp, gotta say, a satisfying meal and the service was impeccable. Came when you needed them but didn't pester or linger. Lexi was her name bad her attitude was delightful. Ambiance and atmosphere is the kind of chill I needed on a school night.

Regina S.

Yelp
Really do like this place. They sent out a Ramen bowl with a huge chip in the bowl. When I brought to their attention they said that was normal. Nope. Not normal. Cracks in glass is not ok. And tried to assure me no glass made it into my ramen. Asked to take it off my bill, which they did. The threat of bacteria build up and glass in someone's food should be concerning but they didn't seem to care. Won't be back for that reason.

Allen James C.

Yelp
Went on a Friday around dinner time. Wasn't packed and sat right down. Not the biggest menu but not the smallest. But for everything we ordered just say they took back empty plates. Also the kids loved the classic ramen. So much we ordered a second round
google avatar

Geovanna K.

Yelp
Tried this place for lunch with one of my girls that lives close by, super delicious! The service was great everything came out super fast. The place is small but nice to sit down and get a quick bite hardly had anyone sitting down So was perfect to sit and chat for a bit
google avatar

Yelp
Ichi Ramen is in an unassuming strip mall and you might just drive right past it, but if you're in the area, you should definitely stop in! We went with a group of 4, and in doing so we got to try a bunch of different apps, and they were all fantastic. The crispy tuna rice was delicious, the karaage chicken had an absolutely delicious sauce, the potato croquettes were pretty decent, and we had a California roll, which was great and only $5. Then I had the creamy tonkotsu ramen with original spice level and added pork chashu, and my only complaint would be that I could have handled more spice, but that's on me! It was a delicious broth and I loved the noodle type. The service was quick and attentive, and everything came out perfect and quickly. Overall with 4 apps, a sushi roll, and 4 bowls of ramen it was $120 before tip, which was a fantastic price for the amount. Definitely worth a stop when you're in the area!

Yelp
Love their ramen! My daughter and I usually get the creamy tonkotsu ramen and the spicy tuna roll.
google avatar

Cecilia G.

Yelp
Amazing ramen dishes. I had the black garlic ramen soup and it was spot on! The flavor was so unique and garlik(ie) . Thank you! I will no longer have to drive to from the centennial area to Chinatown for my ramen fix .
google avatar

Tammy Doyle A.

Yelp
Food's Delicious and the service was top notch! Quick to deliver the food and the staff was incredibly friendly.
google avatar

Connie C.

Yelp
Beyond mediocre. Order the black garlic ramen and the runny boiled egg was overcooked and cold. The chashu was also cold cold hence it's at the bottom of the bowl hoping the broth that was pour on top would warm it up. The bamboo shoots was directly from a can as you can really taste the bad aroma of canned bamboo shoots. Oh and the meat in both mine and my friend's chicken was dry and tough. Will not go again.

Marissa T.

Yelp
If you haven't been here you're definitely missing out! This place is amazing, food is flavorful and the service is excellent! Love love love this place! The Itchi roll is my FAVORITE!!

Yelp
This is an absolute go to when I'm in the mood for Aram men and near to Centennial Hills. As far as the north west of the Valley this is THE spot. Seating is quick, service is fast, table and floors are clean, bathroom is clean, servers are tidy and neat with positive attitudes. I got extra noodle, egg, and chasu pork. It made the meal a little more than my traditional but I was happy. I think i should get extra soup next time... I'm getting better not using a fork, so that nice. There is always a carafe of water and a plastic mug with ice on the table as I walk in. The music is there but subtle, the lighting is bright enough to see everything clearly, and the staff will pull down the shades at sunset but it's still bright inside. There is also a wall of windows which looks out into the breeze way.
google avatar

Eric D.

Yelp
Our go to when we are craving ramen and don't want to go to China town since we are in the NW! I like their combos with the salad and sushi. Soups are super tasty and broth always hits the spot!
