I have never stepped foot inside this restaurant... I use UberEats when I need hot BROTH to keep me cozy. The ramen noodles and condiments are a bonus!! NOTHING has even come close to the flavor and savoriness of your soup base. It was completely love at first sip. ❤️ I will come in one day and personally handshake each and every one of the employees. It's utterly amazing.

Cozy japanese restaurant serving ramen, basic sushi, apps, alcohol. The chicken ramen and black garlic ramen was delicious. Spicy tuna sushi roll hit the spot also. We would probably only skip out on the gyozas next time. Friendly staff and easy free parking.

The service is awesome, the employees are always super nice. Even when it's busy they still serve you quickly. The food is delicious!! I highly recommend coming here if you want delicious reasonably priced food.

Very cozy ambiance and the food came out?? Like sooo quick???? I think theyve got someone magical cooking back there. The appetizers were lovely and the ramen we all got was amazing <3

Service was quick and waitress was very attentive. Takoyaki was great, Ichi special roll was also not lacking. Spicy garlic ramen was amazing, and very flavorful. My wife’s creamy tonkatsu ramen had a very perfectly cooked egg, and the broth is perfect for something subtle. Will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely the Best Ramen Spot — 10/10 I’ve been coming to Ichi Ramen for years, and it’s hands down the best ramen spot I’ve ever been to. I usually get the Spicy Chicken Ramen (extra spicy) and the Crispy Rice with Tuna — both are incredible. If I’m really treating myself, I’ll add the Chicken Fried Rice, which is also amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this place — it’s five stars across the board: food, service, and consistency. The ramen here has honestly ruined every other ramen spot for me. I lived in Virginia for a while and had a favorite ramen place there, but once I tried Ichi Ramen, that was it — game over. I consider myself a bit of a ramen connoisseur, and this place is on another level. The customer service is always excellent, and my food comes out fast every time. Even when I get off work late and they’re about to close, they still take my order and let me pick it up before they shut down — I really appreciate that level of service. Anyone who works long hours knows how nice it is to still get exactly what you’re craving instead of having to settle for something else. I’ll continue recommending Ichi Ramen to all my friends and family. This place deserves every bit of praise it gets. Highly recommended — 10 out of 10 from Max!

I first came to Ichi Ramen trying to find the taste of the Convoy area of San Diego (I recently moved to Vegas and have been trying to find my spots). Now situated in the Centennial area of Vegas, I have been very happy with Ichi each and every visit I have gone. I have tried just about every ramen and have been working into the sushi rolls and appetizers. Being a chef, I have appreciated the flavor profiles and plating. I am a huge fan of their soft shelled crab app on carrot puree. For a roll, the popcorn lobster with yum yum sauce is an excellent fusion of Korean, Japanese, and American flavors. For a ramen, I have to admit the creamy chicken with a bit of kick (ask for it mild) has been my favorite. Nothing against any of the other ramens, but I appreciate simple dishes just as much as complex ones. I have always been greeted at the door, checked on at my booth/bar, and the music is always excellent. Prices are unbelievable for the quality, but I might just be used to paying more for less (CA was rough). I have my little taste of home and I can't thank Ichi enough for the kindness and attention to detail they offer.

This place rocks, I had been here once before so I knew the menu, I got seated, took my order and got my food in like 5 minutes! I got the spicy miso with classic fried rice and the portions were really good. I usually on repeat visits to a place need to get extra chashu but I don't think I need to here they hook you up... Even though I got the spicy ramen the broth wasn't affected that much, it was very light and delicious 😋 Only downside is they don't have vinegar to add to the bowl halfway through. The fried rice was phenomenal, it comes with pickled ginger, very tasty 👌 I just wish I came in an emptier stomach I couldn't finish everything 😅

This place was recommended to me by two friends who were both really excited about it. I was personally craving either ramen or pho, and after a family vote, ramen won. Ordering through their online portal was easy and checkout was smooth. The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate. I do recommend ordering the ramen mild the chili flavor really enhances the dish without overpowering it. I enjoyed the broth quite a bit. I ordered the chicken ramen, and while it wasn't terrible, the flavor of the chicken just wasn't for me. That said, the noodles and broth were tasty, very filling, and I really enjoyed the Crunchy Roll. Customer service was a bit lacking, but since this was a takeout order, it wasn't a big issue. Pickup was simple I just showed my confirmation number and was on my way. Overall, I think this is a good spot depending on your ramen preferences. For me personally, I'll probably pass, but others may really enjoy it.

We've always enjoyed the food and service at this location....until today. I received an Uber Eats gift card for the holidays. I was taking advantage of the buy one, get one offer on their Tonkatsu Ramen. I placed the order on the Uber Eats app. When I received the message that my order was ready, I proceeded to the counter. I was asked for an order number. There was no order number. I showed her the phone screen to confirm the order had been placed and was ready and she was flustered. She didn't ask my name which would have clarified everything. The order was actually sitting right in front of her. I asked for a garlic oil for the soup and I got told I had to pay for it. That's like walking into a Burger King and being charged for ketchup packets. BOGO or not this is a sure fire way to turn off your loyal customers. Update: I got home and the chopsticks AND garlic oil were in the bag. Confirming the order by looking inside would have avoided the problem. Food was delicious as always.

Service can be a hit and miss. Ambiance is small and quaint. We haven't been here in ages and the food is still just as good. I ordered the vegetarian ramen bowl but I do the fried broccoli instead of tofu. My boyfriend got the black garlic bowl and we ordered two sides of the crispy rice tuna. They honestly have the best crispy rice tuna we have eaten. The rice is super crispy, the tuna melts in your mouth with the sauce and the jalapeño gives it a nice kick. I would just order the fried broccoli and eat it with the sarachi all by itself. The broth for my dish was okay. I did addd the Karachi and some shoyu sauce to give it a little more kick. My boyfriend said his bowl was delicious and we thought his sliced pork was missing but it happened to be under his noodles. I'm glad we decided to get ramen instead of sushi it was a perfect meal for a chilly night.

Ordered take out last night from Ichi Ramen via DoorDash. It was a buy one, get one free deal. Arrived in a timely manner. Ramen was just okay, flavor was much better after adding spice to it. Also may have been my selection as they only offered the "classic tonkotsu ramen" for the deal. There was a garlic ramen I'd like to try next time. I did like how they separated the broth and noodles so we could mix them together at home. Kept it nice and fresh to consume.

The service could be improved, and the operating hours seem a bit off. They close about 45 minutes before the scheduled time, which might cause some inconvenience. It would be great if you could adjust the hours to avoid any confusion. I'm sure the owner was having a food when I arrived, I saw sauce dripping all over his face. Could you please make sure the hours are clearly posted online and on your door next time? And wipe your face before you greet your guests.

Chicken ramen was fantastic and the chicken wasn't over cooked! Most places the chicken is always tough and dry. Sushi was everything it's suppose to be, good. Sapporo was $5 for a draft and super cold. Would absolutely come back. Was given a $5 off coupon for next time.

Food and service was ok. Nothing exceptional. But the ambience not so good. We sat at the table just across their order counter/ kitchen. We were eating and they started cleaning and the smell of the cleaning liquid just so strong. Not good when you are eating. Maybe we should have moved table and they should keep that table vacant.

My 2 girlfriends and I were first impressed when we went inside. Tho small, it was clean . We looked at the menu and we were going to order when we saw that they had placed on the menu a combination special photo of the ramen bowl, pot stickers, sushi role and salad , so we all ordered it. It looked like a good deal. When the bill came, we were charged extra for the pot stickers, the sushi rolls and the only thing free was the little bowl of salad. Well, we talked to the manager and told him we would not pay the extras because it was fake advertising. After much argument on his part, he did agree to give us a discount and we took it. We will never go and eat there again. He said he would have the menus redone so that they would not be deceiving. I would like to see that happen. The food was just so so anyway.

Our server Melanie was great. She was very friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious and filling, not to mention kid friendly.

Went with my boyfriend on date night because it was close to his home. Super affordable. We ordered our food and within five minutes they had our starters on our table. And before we finished they had our ramen on the table! It was amazing! As we sat and talked I watch one of the servers quickly clean tables and prepare for the next guests. I absolutely loved it!! And I loved my ramen even though it was way to spicy for me.

My 1st time here, and my last. I ordered spicy tuna roll and chicken ramen. The rolls were really tiny but the flavor was good and I asked for low sodium soy sauce and the server told me they don't ever have low sodium soy sauce. The salad, which was free with the ramen and tuna, was lettuce that didn't taste clean and some dressing drowning in what tasted like store bought balsamic. The egg in my ramen was hard boiled and the broth was very bland. I didn't feel great after I getting home so hopefully I didn't get sick from anything.

This is some of the worst ramen I've ever had. I lived in Japan, and have a certain flavor expectation. This isn't it. I ordered a tonkotsu, and it was a buy one get one free. A little weird, but cool. A deal is always nice. When it arrived, it was pale white. It looked like a hot bowl of milk. And, it tasted like a hot bowl of milk too! Incredibly unappetizing. No flavor and no spices. I asked if that is how they typically prepare their tonkotsu and they stated yes. Furthermore, it was rated as one of their top ordered items. I guess if you're against spices and flavor, this is your place. But overall, you'd be better off buying a 50 cent pack from the grocery store.

I love Ramen and usually get it at the Sapporo across the street but today stopped in here. Not busy; I was the only one trying to order. Asked for black garlic Ramen. The young man at the counter seemed to be new and was starting to input my order when a woman came from the kitchen and jumped in without saying anything, finished the order and asked for payment, leaving him standing there. Unfortunately, this caused my order to be wrong. If she had been a little bit more interactive this most likely wouldn't have happened. She was not friendly. She seemed irritated. I would think that when the restaurant has no customers waiting that this would be a good time to train a new person? The food is good. I think it's a little overpriced for what it is at $17.

Went to Ichi Ramen on a last-minute whim and WOW..we do not regret it one bit! The food was absolutely amazing and bursting with flavor. We were seated right away and the service was incredibly fast, which made the whole experience even better. We started with the popcorn shrimp which was crispy, perfectly cooked, and topped with a delicious sauce that added just the right kick. The curry ramen was hands-down the star of the night. Rich, flavorful, and comforting in every bite and it was seriously breathtaking. We also had edamame, a crab roll, and shared a cute Aladdin-style bottle of sake that added a fun touch to our dinner. Definitely one of those spontaneous food stops that ends up being a hidden gem. Will 100% be back soon!

Always our go-to Ramen, been coming for years. You can really taste the quality in all the ingresidents. Tried the yakitori for the 1st time and WOW! That is not your ordinary BBQ on a stick. Its so soft (chicken thighs) and has a thin layer of crisp that's just so easy to bite. It almost pops with flavor as you bite. The sauce compliments the entire experience so well. This place is has always been great with great service as well!

Food is fantastic , ambiance is right , portions are perfect , quality is superb and that spicy broth is freaking bomb ! Melanie Was our server and she's so freaking good. Shout out to the homegirl for being so sweet to us!!

This place is phenomenal! This restaurant is clean, the food is amazing and the staff is phenomenal! I've been in there numerous times as a customer and also as a food delivery person! If you aren't eating here, you're missing out!

I ordered four classic tonkotsu ramens from Uber Eats. They offer a buy one, get one free promotion through their app. The food was satisfactory, but I was disappointed that the bag did not include any utensils or napkins. Lately it appears that the service has declined significantly, which is a major disappointment for loyal customers like me.

I cannot comment about Service nor ambiance since I door dashed this order. However the food was good and deliciously full of flavor. It may even be a little on the salty side but nevertheless the flavor was there and the noodles were really good. I ordered the vegetables shoyu Ramen, Chicken Ramen and chicken karaage. Unfortunately, my husband could not taste his chicken ramen since he has a cold/stuffy nose. But my shoyu Ramen tasted delicious. The only complaint I have is the chicken ramen only came with 2 slices of chicken. I thought that there would be chicken mixed within the Ramen. I also was not aware that shoyu Ramen came with 2 slices of I think it was pork? When I read the description it said vegetable broth so I assumed that it was a vegetarian ramen. One of the things I enjoyed were the noodles, they were a nice consistency, thick enough to feel like you are eating something and very filling. The chicken karaage was for my hubby but he couldn't really taste well so I cannot comment on that one. I would like to dine in one day and update my review. I will definitely give this place another try whenever we're all well and our taste buds are working.

Service was great, quick and attentive. We went in before the dinner rush. They had a highchair available which I appreciated. I had the miso ramen (my go to), my husband had the black garlic ramen, and we split the gyoza. It's not the worst ramen I've had but the flavor was flat and missing some depth. The garlic ramen flavor was better but after a few spoonfuls it was a bit overpowering (and I'm a garlic lover). I also want to note it only came with two very thin slices of pork which was delicious but I felt there should have been more for a standard bowl. The gyoza was a bit too oily for me as well. This is only the second ramen place we've been to here in Vegas and will continue to find a better one.

The smell of cleaning products when I walked in was harsh. The smell made my appetite go away. I ordered a ramen + sushi roll combo. The ramen was good. The sushi roll was fine. It's definitely a casual spot for a quick bite.

Ichi Ramen hit the spot! The miso ramen was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced...and the fried rice? Absolutely delicious, with just the right texture and seasoning. Fast service, cozy vibe, and great food, definitely coming back!

Our northwest ramen go-to for a few years now. We love the signature Ichi roll, and our order always comes out to perfection and the service is friendly and accommodating!

Overall a pretty Solid spot! I'm not huge on ramen so I love that they have other things for us none ramen lovers. I had the chicken fried rice which was full of flavor. Sushi so good as well. My boyfriends gets the Curry Ramen, which has a thicker broth.

Great lunch, had an awesome selection with new menu items. Always super fast and friendly service! Ichi Ramen is always a HIT!

Yelp Review 2024 #52: I've been coming to this ramen spot since they opened several years ago. It's the closest ramen shop that's good without having to drive to Chinatown. The space is small. With high top seating, and a few booths. Depending on when you come here, you might have to wait for at least 10 minutes. I happen to always come here when it's busy! I tend to get the same type of ramen and just change up my appetizers. I always get the ramen combo with my choice of side/ appetizer and another appetizer if I'm sharing with somebody. Chicken Karaage: Fried pieces of chicken that have been lightly battered. It's juicy and crispy. 3.5/5 Popcorn Shrimp: Deep-Fried and battered shrimp served with Chipotle mayo and Yum Yum Sauce. 3.5/5 Soft-Shell Crab: Deep-Fried Soft Shell Crab served with Carrot Puree, Eel Sauce and Creamy Aji sauce. 4/5 Gyoza: Pan-fried pork and vegetable dumplings. Ramen and gyoza are a classic combo. Meaty, juicy and delicious. Crispy on the bottom and tender on top. 4/5 Crispy Rice with Tuna: Crispy fried rice with spicy tuna on top. 4/5 Tonkotsu Ramen: Ramen in pork-based broth with sprouts, chashu, soft-boiled egg, green onions. You can add whatever extras and toppings you want for additional cost. 4/5 Black Garlic Ramen: This is my favorite because it reminds me of the black garlic ramen that I love so much from a ramen restaurant I used to go to in L.A. Lots of good flavors happening here. Tonkotsu broth with black garlic oil, m chashu, soft-boiled egg, green onions, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, deep -fried onions, and deep-fried garlic. 5/5 Service has always been friendly. It's a nice little casual place for a bowl of hot noodles. Food comes out pretty quickly. They have Coke products, Ramune, tea, etc. Other appetizers include edamame, takoyaki, fried baby octopus, salad, seaweed salad, shishito peppers, and Agedashi tofu. For dessert, they have cheesecake and mochi ice cream.

Decor was non existent as was the service. Anything I asked for was never brought i would have to get up and ask them at the counter and they would look annoyed. All the bowls and glasses had chips and cracks in them did not feel very sanitary. Before knowing this i ordered 2 more chicken ramen to go and it was my fault I didn't check the order or receipt I was given 2 pork rice dishes which ended up in the trash. The last straw was when we were leaving i asked for napkins utensils and hot sauce to go (i wasn't given any for my takeout order) and they said those are an extra charge....

First time coming here. Food was great! Quick service. Friendly staff! Fried rice isn't good everywhere you go, but here a must.

We've been coming here since they first opened. Every time, it's been great customer service and good food. Comfort food at its finest. The place is clean and the music isn't loud. If you haven't tried this place, highly recommend!

Tried this place for the first time and it was delicious. I had the pork fried rice and it came out piping hot and the pickled ginger was unexpected but made for a perfect bite. Our waitress was Melanie and she was the sweetest!! Can't wait to come back.

It was our first time here last night, on a Saturday. Upon entering, the restaurant had a cool, fun, yet tasteful decor and the cooks greeted us as we entered. We both ordered the Black Garlic Ramen with Lobster Roll and Gyoza. We really liked the ramen. It was really good and very flavorful. The broth was very good. I ordered a mild. They gave us the hot sauce on the side. It wasn't hot at all. I think I'll go for the spicy next time since they give you the sauce on the side. It was very filling too. I highly recommend the Black Garlic Ramen! If I'm up in the Centennial area again, I think I would come back for the Black Garlic Ramen. The only thing is we both noticed they gave us our check so early. We weren't even half way through eating (and people who were in there before us, were still dining). Even my friend pointed it out to me.

I just looked at my receipt and saw they charged an 18% gratuity for my fam of 5!? Wtf!? Had I known that I wouldn't have left an additional tip! I just read other reviews and I guess an 18% gratuity is automatic!? Hells to the nahh. The food came out pretty quickly and all of the staff were fine, however, the tempura was rushed. This is the first time I've ever had tempura that wasn't cooked all the way. The carrots were still hard and crunchy! Their ramen was okay. Their karaage was good. Their rolls were meh. If you have more than 5 people, idk what your seating situation would look like, you'd all have to be cramped in a booth or at a picnic style table or wait til two tables are free so they can push them together. Not really ideal for larger parties, esp since they don't take reservations- we called and asked prior to going. We sat at the picnic style table and they put a chair on the end for the 5th person. Prob wouldn't be back due to the automatic gratuity.

Not worth it. *FOOD POISONING*, discrepancies between the menu in the restaurant and the menu online (they won't comp you), soft boiled egg = half soft boiled egg.... I only stop by this spot to prevent from driving to farther corners of the valley, but this restaurant proves the drive is worth it. 10/10 would not recommend.

Located in a shopping center, not very large Resturant booth seating and bar seating. Customer service was great we were immediately sat and got our water and appetizers severed promptly. We ordered: Takoyaki $6.95 5 balls that were pipping hot the inside was filed with battered fill that has a cheese like taste but it's not cheese normally you can fill and taste the texture of chunks of octopus but this set had none. Flavor is on the fishy side fyi Pan - Fried Soft Shell Crab $7.95 Served with Carrot Purée that taste like a seltzer was added to it it wasn't appetizing to any of us. The tempura batter on the soft shell crap wasn't light and crispy it was dense, soft and chewy almost like under cooked texture. Chicken Karaage $7.95 Was over cooked the chicken was very dry the batter was crispy served with Chipotle Mayo Entrees: Classic Tonkotsu Ramen $12.95 Tonkotsu (pork) broth, pork chashu, soft boiled egg, arcon onions. bean sorouts d bamboo shoots everything about this dish was great the broth was creamy and delicious. Pork was thin and cooked nicely Black Garlic Ramen $14.95 Great strong flavor of garlic noodles were cooked perfect. Broth was my second favorite Shoyu Ramen $12.95 Least favor broth very bland lacked flavor. Presentation was great, some items I liked but wasn't a huge fan of this ramen place.

Not my taste, I like garlic caramelized or cooked down a bit -Noodles were very soft I'd give this place another shot. It's a pretty good pick!

I've been coming here for years and it has seriously gone down hill. We were seated quickly upon arrival, however no one even came to our table for 10 minutes. Meanwhile multiple different employees walked past our table and made eye contact. Finally someone did come to our table and took our order. Once our food arrived we had asked for plates and silverware to eat our rice with, I was given a dirty look like this was too much to ask for. It took about 7 minutes to even get this. Mind you there is only like max 15 tables in this establishment. The people sitting next to us took their rice to go and I wonder if it's because they never had any plates or silverware to eat the rice. I also didn't like how they just place the check on the table while we were still eating. The food is delicious but it's some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a while.

My family and I come to this place several times a month. Tonight was a disappointment. The waiter repeated our order correctly but the cooks prepared it wrong. When I asked for them to correct it, the server sighed and rolled her eyes. If you cannot be kind, you should not work with the public. Once we received our meal, not one person asked us if we were ok or if we needed anything. We had to flag someone down just to get our check. Needless to say, they lost a frequent customer!

I'll get straight to the point. Food was great but service was terrible, my friend took me for the first time and I enjoyed the food. However, is it normal for staff to be rushing you and mopping 3 HOURS before closing? When it was down to the 2nd hour I already felt the vibe that they were trying to close early so I tried to wave the waitress down to pay for the food and she walked pass. She comes back to the table 15 minutes later and passive aggressively says "yeah we're closing soon I can take your payment"........ fast forward I gave them a second try with the friend who took me and we experienced the same thing. If people are dining in a few hours before closing NO one should be rushed. Especially when you see them actually eating and trying to finish their plate and if you can't seat anymore people then just say that so we can go somewhere else without being WATCHED and RUSHED.
