14 Beautiful Brunches to Eat in Dallas

"Ida Claire is forever a solid brunch spot, but from from June 16 to 23, it will offer brunch all day, from it’s opening to 4 p.m. Now that brunch is no longer relegated to a weekend only event, pop by and order a ham and green tomato Benedict, Southern quiche with peach and goat cheese salad, short rib and potato hash, and so many other Southern comfort food favorites." - Courtney E. Smith

The Best Restaurants in Addison | Eater Dallas

"To scratch the itch for Southern food, head to this Addison-born restaurant from Frontburner. It is well-known for it’s brunch, but lunch is also a sleeper hit. During its daily happy hour, the bartenders play DJs and select records to play on vinyl for diners (and drinkers). Go for the classic fried chicken, monte cristo, or the Nashville hot chicken." - Courtney E. Smith

The Best Fried Chicken Restaurants in Dallas | Eater Dallas

"This Southern-style cafe in Addison has all the comfort food one could want in a slightly hipper environment than the average. Naturally, that also includes a great plate of fried chicken. Get it straight with a seasonal salad for lunch or dinner, or go with chicken and waffles for brunch." - Courtney E. Smith

Best Restaurants For Group Dining in Jacksonville, Florida | Eater Miami

"Ida Claire is a Southern restaurant where everything from pimento cheese to fried chicken graces the menu. The Jacksonville location, one of three in the country, partners with local farmers and purveyors to bring vegetables and seafood to the restaurant. This is most evident in the Mayport Seafood Dip, which combines Mayport shrimp and crawfish with cheese, garlic, and shallots into a creamy dip that’s ideal for sharing. What makes this spot perfect for a group night out, besides the Southern-style plates, is the silver airstream parked just outside the main entrance to the restaurant that groups of 15 people or less can rent for parties or a friend’s night out."
