We had Christmas Day breakfast here and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, comforting, and perfectly prepared. But the true highlight of our morning was our server, Elizabeth. She was absolutely incredible warm, attentive, patient, and genuinely joyful. On such a special day, her kindness and positive energy made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. She went above and beyond in every way and made our Christmas morning feel extra special. Elizabeth is a true gem and an absolute asset to this place. We will definitely be back, because of her!

We had the most OUTSTANDING service from Elizabeth again today!! Not only did she remember us from last time, she once again had the sweetest, kindest personality by any server any of us can ever remember! No exaggeration, she made every one of us feel SO welcomed that she instantly had us all in a better mood within minutes! She was attentive, easy going, funny, and made what would have been an average meal, an EXCEPTIONAL one! There's no question that good service is few and far between these days, and Elizabeth not only met our (high) expectations - she absolutely EXCEEDED them in every possible way! If you are visiting this particular location, be sure to ask if Elizabeth is working and to be seated in her section - you will be so happy that you did!!! ❣️

Haven't been to IHOP in awhile and happened to go on a holiday and it was rather packed. I'm not sure if it's usually as packed on a typical day or not. Fortunately we were able to be seated after not too long of waiting. The server attended to us right away and the service was good and friendly. Even it was a little busy, it didn't take too long to get our good. The portions were smaller than we expected and the taste was just average. I found that the coffee, which was $3.29, was a little weak. While McDonald's, 7Eleven and other breakfast joints offer $1 coffee, paying $3.29 for a rather watery coffee was a bit of a turn off for us. Despite the lackluster food and pricey coffee, we liked the service there.

The food is excellent, and our server Elizabeth was incredibly helpful and energetic. She was attentive, caring, and made sure to meet all the needs of my family.

This place has been serving the community for years! Ever since they tore down the Baby's R Us and split the entire lot up into these different businesses. This IHOP has never disappointed me! I am surprised with the pancake syrup offering being drastically reduced, but the Old Fashioned Syrup is just fine! They DO need to be more gentle with the utensils though, but still not a deal breaker! Good food, awesome staff! And the old 60s-70s music while you eat is interesting. Food came out right when the Shaft theme came on. "🎼Can you dig it? 🎵" Yes, I'm digging into my food right as you serenade me!

took me and my nephew for the $6 me u deal as advertised on TV, ended up costing us $32 for 2 orders each of their classic pancake, 1 sausage, 1 bacon, and 1 egg. Never coming back again

It was a great experience, I went on a Sunday it was kinda busy and eventhough the wait was 25 minutes I got in under that time. My waitress was so sweet.

I don't know why people are complaining about the food so much. We always get great food and service at this location. They're located inside the Rosemead Plaza - which in the mornings there's plenty of parking. We're usually greeted by Carmen - very polite and accommodating. Our server is usually Elizabeth or Nayeli. Elizabeth is always upbeat and is basically a ray of sunshine! Nayeli is always so kind and on top of it.

Decided to drop by IHOP while waiting for my car being service across the street. Again I have not been to IHOP over 15+ years. I was seated near a window which was perfect and your waitress was very nice showing to my seat. I was going to order my favorite breakfast Country fried chick & eggs, but the weird thing she mention they are out of chicken fried steak that was a new one. Then I got biscuits and gravy instead oh well go figure. The coffee I was impressed very good had two cups as for the food it was good but I really wanted the country fried steak overall I had good experience it was pricing coffee $5 wow better getting coffee from 7/11 the total bill $23 and change. Btw I appreciate the bathrooms are well kept The reason for the 4 stars I really wanted chicken fried steak to be out was really strange.

Went to IHOP for the first time with my family and I will not be back here again. The food was not good and there was a long wait for the food to come out. I ordered the eggs benedict and my eggs were not runny like how they should be. It was almost fully cooked. The omelet was ok. My siblings didn't like the burgers because the meat was dry. Other then the food being mediocre, the service was ok and our server was friendly.

Very bad service , worst customer service ever in: IHOP 3506 Rosemead Blvd Rosemead, CA 91770 I came at 1:30pm to have a meal , it took 20 minutes to wait until i walked away, this unprofessional big white woman waitress decide to chat with other clients instead of asking for my order , the place was NOT full at all, if you hire women without experience , not well know IHOP rules and customer service, .... DONT GIVE THEM A JOB !! I will not return to this location

I'm honestly shocked at the prices they're charging for such terrible food. Breakfasts are mostly $16-17 now. I ordered a small breakfast that was like $13 that came with toast, 2 eggs, hash browns, and 2 (I chose) sausage. I asked for my eggs over easy, but they literally turned into egg soup. The sausage had no crispy edges, just mush. Someone else in my party got bacon and the bacon was dry and rock hard. I also ordered the "vanilla cream top cold brew"... it was literally whipped cream on top of iced coffee, and it was not good. I got to try my boyfriend's strawberry crepe... crepes are normally one of my favorite desserts but these WERE NOT crepes and the filling and toppings just tasted weird. Everything was bad, and not cheap or necessarily quick either.

I haven't been to IHOP for years, but was craving some American breakfast food and IHOP was close by. Upon entry, Elizabeth was very warm and welcoming! I have to say, her whole personality just lights up the restaurant. Food was anything you would expect from an American diner. I got the split decision breakfast and my boyfriend got an omelette with a side of the coffee cake pancakes. All very delicious. For anyone who likes a little of everything and can't decide on one thing, the split decision breakfast is a great value and gives you a little bit of everything! Will be coming back any time I'm craving a nice vibe!

Waited 30 minutes for pickup and no food? Do not come if you have somewhere to be. The food is probably bad, but I wouldn't know because it never appeared lol.

Good service and breakfast here. I like the pancakes, bacon, coffee and all. They greeted and served us. Eric was a good server. What a good place to be.

It's hit and miss when we go to I hop but today was amazing! Our server was Giselle she knew what we needed before we needed it! The food was perfect and the restaurant was quiet and do clean! Perfect way to end a work day! Thank you Giselle for going above and beyond especially making my grandkids feel so special!

The greeter and manager was friendly. We arrived, seated right away. Took about 15 minutes to order our food and the restaurant was probably about 20% full. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food we decided to leave. The manager was called up and was very apologetic, she said the printers went offline and that our food would be ready right away. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. It would have only taken the waitress to spend 10 seconds to let us know what was going on and we would have waited. I hate to order all that food having it go to waste. I do have to say the manager was very apologetic and was sincere. Employees definitely need customer service training.

Elizabeth is the best server. It was very busy but she made sure to check in every step of the way. She's also very funny and charismatic. 10/10

We come here a lot, late at night and we don't expect anything besides quick and simple service but today was different. Food was great, fast, and SUCCULENT. Our server, Kelly Q, second day on the job, made sure everything was perfect and to our liking. I don't expect a lot either because it's 2 am, but she's super nice, and very caring. Entertained us the entire time and in another way always kept us on our toes lol. Coming back and hoping we get her again! They also play classic music which makes the vibes in here so lax.

Food - 5 Service 5+ Ambiance - 5 Before anything, I'd like to take this opportunity to give a shout out to Fernando (server) and Norma (Manager). Please stay tuned for my story. I'm going to explain why I gave a 5 stars rating across the board which it's not that challenging to get me to do so, because I digged customer service and food quality. Let's get to it: I've been to different IHops including this very same location before. Today, my visit was unexpected exceedingly fabulous. First, I was greeted from the host and the server as soon as they got to me. I came when they were extremely hectic with crowds (Togo and flood of people come right after me). This IHop has two separate seating areas. I was seated right away on the side that the AC unit wasn't working properly. I first thought to myself maybe because I was drinking hot coffee and so I'm feeling sweaty then I picked up the promotion menu from the table used a fan to starting fanning. ^*^. Norma noticed my action when she was on the floor supporting her team. She offered me to switch table and got Fernando to help me to move to the other side of the room. I felt so much better right way with the breeze and cool air. I was started to feel stuffy from the area where I was seated. After I changed to my new seat. Fernando still manage to check in with me, of course with the team support. How I know because I noticed, when I need to refill my coffee, I flagged down a server, and the server will take the coffee pot but Fernando was the one who always brought it back to my table.

Another OMGeliciiusness! The Poblano omelette came recommended and I do agree! Just the right amount of heat. Great prompt and friendly service

Last minute I decided to come to I hop because it was late and o was tired. Elizabeth was the ABSOLUTE MOST PLEASANT waitress I have ever had. I watched her at all 4 of her tables and her energy was electrifying and she was nice to everybody. I would come back just to be served by her. She made my night!!

A waitress stole my phone here years ago. I left it in the booth by accident. Came back 5 minutes later and it was gone, a customer at a different table says he saw her cover it with a towel and take it. I never got my phone back even though we spent hours there with the police. I will never step foot in here again. I always drive by and thought I should share my experience.

Took a dinner break on a Tuesday evening @8:00 pm Martin waited on us; we ordered boneless chicken strips & fries & beef Salisbury steak with 2 sides of rice. Got our food within a few minutes. Tasted great & our drinks were perfect! My wife ordered a hot chocolate drink & I got a cold brew coffee. Really hit the spot! Our service was great & Martin ran solo doing everything from waiting, bussing & cashiering! Amazing this place runs so smooth & minimum amount of hands in deck. The dining area & restrooms are clean & kept up really clean. The dinner was a superb & great experience! Kudos to Martin a real Jack of all trades! Thank you IHOP of Rosemead. That's why we keep coming back! A MUST TRY!!!

IHOP is not my choice to eat at because of the low quality of food, but my kids love it so we occasionally come. Today I had the BEST experience I've ever had at any IHOP. Our server Fernando was amazing! Checked the quality of all his plates before serving them and kept his orders coming out in a sufficient timely manner. I'll be coming back and looking for Fernando more frequently.

Yaneli, our server, was fantastic! So attentive, patient, and helpful - we could really see her checking in on everyone around us, taking care of all our needs. Food was good!

Service is nice and all but the food isn't that good! The restaurant doesn't smell nice as well but I appreciate the waitress. She was patient and nice to us even though we walked in 20' before they close ( because we thought they open 24 hrs since they have the sign for it) But she was very nice to us!

Came here for free pancakes on national pancake day! I ordered breakfast for dinner and it's always good! They have a happy hour menu for 3pm to 9 pm. I ordered the $6 2 eggs combo which was a good size to make a sandwich with! Service: took a while for them to seat me but after they were pretty attentive.

What's up: Haven't had pancakes in a while so we decided to grab some for our family breakfast. Parking: Located in the Rosemead Place Shopping Center, parking is shared amongst the nearby businesses. Since IHOP is located a bit farther out from the rest, it has some dedicated parking spots. Once those gets filled up, you'll have to go a bit farther out. Environment: They have a temporary canopy setup outside on the walkway where you can check in. We got there around 9am and were told we had a 20/30 min wait. Both indoor and outdoor seating was available. Restrooms are located inside towards the left. What was ordered: - Mexican Tres Leches Pancake Combo, Regular (the tres leches on the pancake was very unique and tasty! The sausage, eggs, and hash browns were yum too.) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. I got my pancake fix and the food was tasty. Food took a while to come out but they were packed and had a full house. Our waitress, Norma, was friendly during our time there. Credit cards are accepted.

Cooks in the back were a little tired it seemed...took them like 30 mins to put together toast and eggs ‍

The manager Norma alone deserves the five stars. She is so patient and nice. It is a blessing that this restaurant has her. Excellent and really professional customer service.

The food is delicious. The service can get hectic during the busy times. The ihoppy hour is a great value, but only available from 3pm-9pm.

Liz was awesome. All the people here have a wonderful attitude and make me feel welcome every time I come in.

OVERPRICED & MEDIOCRE SERVICE If you feel like overpaying, a long wait and mediocre service than this is the place for you! We waited for about 30 minutes to get a table for two when clearly the host told me it would be about a 10 minute wait...just be honest. The ambiance inside was crowded and hot...any AC? When we were seated it took another 25+ minutes to get our food. When the food did arrive the server did not bother to bring any napkins until we asked. The portions simply seem to get smaller and smaller each year, yet look at the menu prices and they keep increasing. The pancakes are literally kids size and my burger was also underside, close to kids size. Let me give you my example: I order the jalapeño burger which comes with a handful of fries and coffee all for $19.00 plus expected tip. For such a small burger and a hand full of fries and a cup of coffee...really!?! You can take your $22 somewhere else like and get double the amount of food or portions with better service and maybe no tip depending on the establishment. Save your hard earn money and go to a place that values service and your money to get what you pay for and deserve.

Food was very good asa always the chicken crepes were good and great portion. The manager was very nice and attentive and the service was friendly and quick despite being pretty busy. Overall a great atmosphere and will be back soon.

Really great service on a very busy Sunday morning. Everyone was cheerful and helpful including the manager who was floor making sure all went smoothly. I like the cool uniforms staff wear now. I enjoyed my classic eggs Benedict and coffee, which is what I had been craving. Every table was full inside and out so I felt lucky the wait time was only 10 minutes. Very efficient. Btw: my awesome server's name was Yaneli.

My husband and I go here whenever we get our car washed next door. They keep the place clean at all times. Today we got the spinach & Mushroom omelette with sausage and 2x2x2 and just shared everything. As for the service, not sure if Elizabeth is the manager, but she's so sweet, very accommodating and I love the way she interacts with the customers. She makes every one feel special.

Didn't even get to eat here and very disappointed. Came in with a party of three at 9:20pm and while I can understand being understaffed we didn't even get no drink orders nothing. Just sat down and handed menus left waiting 20 minutes with no acknowledgement and finally decided to get up and leave when our server decided to help a group of 8 people they had just sat way after us. Don't go here if you want horrible service! Rather take my business to the dennys 5 minutes away!

Have always come to this area but never ate at this IHOP. Thought I should give it a try today. I started off with a water and hot coffee and ordered the bone steak and eggs, hashbrowns and Mexican thres leche pancakes. Ordered my steak to a medium, and for my eggs I did over easy. Had my hashbrowns extra crispy, and upgraded my regular pancakes to Mexican thres leche pancakes. Pedro L. My server was quick, attentive, & service is always served with a smile! Staff here is very kind I believe the manager Elizabeth brought my food over she is very kind and joyful something I feel everyone in the food industry should be more. I did notice when my food was brought over it was regular pancakes instead of the Mexican thres leche pancakes, Elizabeth quickly fixed that for me and took less than 2 mins. That's what I call fast service. Elizabeth was also attentive bless her heart for being who she is. For my steak I ordered medium I can say it's at a medium because it is IHOP so it wouldn't be too pink based on the thinness of the steak. My eggs are perfectly over easy, just the way I love it! Hashbrowns are perfectly crispy as I asked. The pancakes well you can tell they just need to drizzle the leches onto them but overall flavorful and presentation was good. Ambiance of the place was peaceful and played great music. Come here if you want excellent service and a smile coming your way all the time.

This was my first time at this location.and my server was Liz! She was very friendly, happy and made you feel very welcome. I came to have a late lunch and wound up ordering the crêpe combo. Breakfast is good for any meal of the day! Every person that came in, she welcomed! it was not very busy since it was late afternoon and she was the only server. She had a really good communication with the kitchen. The food was good. The fruit could be a little fresher, but not a big deal. I noticed that this location does not have very good reviews which is a shame because there are some very good employees there! If I am in the area again, I would definitely come back !

This IHop Sucks Went For Breakfast Ordered Biscuits and Gravy and Got Biscuits and No Gravy... Asked The Waitress Where's The Gravy She Took it Back and Came Back With Very Little Gravy on The Biscuits..The Service was The Worst I've Ever Experienced .. They're Family Friendly But With The Service I Received Is Not Worth Coming Back With My Family I've Eaten at Other IHOPs and Received Way Better Service...

Haven't bern here in a few years...it was so empty. Only 3 tables were taken including mine. There was 1 server and 1 cook. It made me sad to see the place so empty...but maybe that's why the quality of food went down. It was clean and all table condiments were filled. The server was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Great ihop spot. Lots of parking space since it's a big plaza. Classic diner breakfast is great. And pancakes are so good and so buttery. The food never disappoints. The prices have definitely gone up over the years but it's in every location. Coffee is like 5 bucks and you get free refills. Beware on coming on peak hours, they get busy and you may have to wait. Best thing about this location is it used to be one of the ihop that opens late but they don't open that late anymore. We used to come at midnight for pancakes and chicken tenders cravings. Late dining is usually great b/c there aren't a lot of people and they only open some section of the restaurant. So far food is just as good and service is fast.

Great service by Yaneli. She kept bringing me hot water for my tea. Also, I was waiting on someone to join me, and she was kind enough to keep our food under the heat lamp until everyone was ready to eat. I'm very happy with the new crepe options. The lemon ricotta crepe combo was nutritious and not excessively sugared. I do wish there were more anti-food coma options such as this one. I like this establishment, and have always had a good experience with the waitstaff, but I don't come here often, because I don't want food coma. It isn't energizing fare. On weekdays, at 7am, no one's there. You get the place all to yourself. One time I was here for an extended breakfast meeting and was on my way out close to 9am. At that point, the place was packed. Stacks of heavily syrupy pancakes everywhere. Everyone fat, and apparently without jobs. Sorry, but my point in bringing this up is I think they could do better business earlier in the morning with the business crowd with more healthy options.

Came to breakfast after eye surgery , Elizabeth B. ( waitress) was so sweet and offered to close blinds . She was extremely helpful and attentive... Lover her and will definitely will come back in hopes to have her as our waitress

Soon as we (three of us) walked in we had to wait 10-15 minutes to even be greeted. After seated there was three other groups eating or waiting to make orders around (so wasn't packed at all) Server took 20 minutes to take our order for drinks only; After that one of the servers was taking everybody's order overtime. She was moving very slow and frustrated. The other server was just cleaning up tables and on her phone.She wasn't taking any orders so I felt bad for our server. So waiting another 25 minutes for her to take our order after our drinks our food came out rather quickly, so that was the only good thing. The other server who was cleaning taking very slow and the restaurant was disgusting water on the floor food on the floor. After we got our food we needed refills took our server to ask us if we want to refills and we didn't get our refills for another 15 minutes. We had to flag her down again to get our utensils. Our experience at IHOP wasn't the best. We sat there for about three hours. Overall, the food was OK. Very disappointing will not ever show our faces there again. Also other people gave up and walked out the restaurant *Slow *Disgusting * no sense of urgency *other people walking out

This IHOP, located in the Rosemead place shopping center, just off the 10 freeway and Rosemead Bl. On today's visit, was greeted nicely and shown to our table fairly quick. Our server was nice and friendly, very attentive. Restaurant was clean, decorated with that typical IHOP decor. As for the food, no complaints here. My son's chicken fajita omlette was good and my chicken fried chicken was on point. So with the above average food, great service and clean restaurant, this place gets 4 stars from me.

This location has no respect for customers and the waiters choose who they'd like to serve first came in at 9:20pm and waited till 9:45pm still not served but a family that arrived at 9:30pm got served this is disrespectful and unprofessional. Never returning

Many ants on the table! We haven't order our food yet, we came here just because T-Mobile Tuesday has an offer for free.

Ordered over $40 of food to go. Came home to eat and the food is disgusting and my husbands decaf coffee was warm water with creamer, I almost threw up trying his coffee... and now my stomach hurts and I think I'm going to really puke. i ordered the Cinn-A-Stack pancakes that wasn't even made right. Only the top pancake had the cinnamon filling on it and the rest of the three pancakes were a regular stack with no filling on them, see pictures below.... Totally not worth the $12 for these pancakes. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! THIS ISN'T MY FIRST PROBLEM WITH THIS PLACE! Even the dining room stinks. Like if they don't clean the floor. So go at your own discretion because I'm giving you the warning now before you waste your hard earning money on this place and the people that work there. Please see the pictures below. You can see what I am talking about. Compare the website picture to my picture that I actually received this morning. Service is also horrible at this location. Nobody seems to want to be working there. They all seem to be forced to work there. They have attitudes and nasty looks on their faces. No one seems to want to do there jobs now a days. It's very sad. I wouldn't even give this place a star but you have to just to put your review. This place gets a -5 stars.

Ihop currently has Happy Hour so I ordered online to try out what they have to offer! I ordered the Classic Burger with some onion rings($6) and 6 Mozzarella sticks($4). The portion size of the burger was a bit small, but the beef does taste fresh and I believe if the onions were grilled more instead of having them raw it would've tasted even better. For the burger, they used a brioche bun so you can taste a little sweetness which really adds flavor to the burger. In other Ihop locations, the prices would've been a dollar cheaper. I don't think the prices were worth for the portions of the food, but the quality of the burger was good. I was welcomed with an employee opening the door for me and the packaging for the food togo was really nice, so bonus star for that!

The IHOP in Rosemead near the freeway had a glowing sign that said "open 24 hours" but they are not. It's a pain in the ass to get to in the front door is located in the stupid area behind the building. We went to open the door but it was locked. People were inside and the lights were on. The sign on the door so that they close at 11. But the big sign said 24 hours. I get if there was an emergency or you didn't have enough staff or anything like that but to change your hours and not cover the sign turn or at least turn off the sign.

Apparently can't take payment because of system update... Two employees working and I was turned away. No problem, dennys is 5 min away.
