IKEA Oxford Street

I know that this store is not like the other big mainstream ones but I really like the concept and I think it works really well! I like the selection that they have and it is great as I don’t drive and can’t always get to the other branches. The only downside is that it gets so hot! But other than that great store and can’t wait to go back

Down to earth experience from the food hall, special festive items and comfy shopping experience during winter time. The hotdog is a must item and the Bella Ciao Salad is in so funny tasting. The staffs are full of energy and I hope this is what IKEA brings customers feel like a homey vibe no matter where you are from.

Such a gem of a place! Understably smaller IKEA store compared to others and always buzzing inside! But that should not be a suprise due to the location. When we find ourselves in this IKEA we love getting food from here. Afforably yummy meals, we love their plant based meatballs with chips/mash, gravy and peas. Slightly disappointing today as we ordered Fish and Chips, the fish we found as hard as a rock, but the vinegary tarter sauce slightly made up for it. Also did not help that they ran out of ketchup around 1610ish. The low sugar cola drink 'ISKUB' was refreshing. Today tried out the IKEA coffee latte and for £1.50 you cannot complain and found it very tasty. Beware we were not provided with a lid for the hot drink. This is not a complain, however just to raise awareness - seating area was very crowded and as a caution be prepared for strangers to either ask to join you or you asking random members of public if you could join them. Already looking forward to returning as we are obsessed with their meals and now we are new fans of their coffee!

Such a cute place for a quick lunch/dinner! It’s cheap, fast, and tasty, but definitely a different vibe from the “original” IKEA restaurants - more of a fast food place. 12 meatball meal was £6,95 and still a fairly good size 😋 The location is super handy and the staff was lovely!

Pretty similar in layout to other IKEA stores, though more compact given its central London location. Despite its smaller size, it carries a comparable range of items - though quite a few were out of stock, so it’s worth checking availability online beforehand. Conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Oxford Circus Station. Includes the usual amenities like a play area and food hall.

Such a fun little IKEA right in the heart of London! It’s smaller than the usual massive warehouses, but honestly, that’s part of the charm — no getting lost for hours trying to find the exit 😂 The staff were lovely and super helpful, and I loved how cozy and stylish the setups looked (I left wanting to redecorate my entire flat). The café is always a win — can confirm the meatballs still slap! Only minus point: not everything is in stock to take home immediately, but ordering online is easy enough. Overall, a really nice experience — would definitely pop in again!

Surprised to find it opens from 12 on Sundays, but it’s still a really handy store in Central London. It’s not huge, but perfect if you’re after small household items. Sometimes it’s great to just grab the essentials quickly and skip all the big showrooms.

Extremely disappointing visit to IKEA Oxford Street. Popped in with a friend today and honestly, I don’t know where to start. Parts of the store were roped off and looked filthy. It felt more like a warehouse in disarray than a proper IKEA. We went to the restaurant hoping for a quick bite — big mistake. The kitchen area looked grimy, tables were left covered in rubbish, bins were overflowing, and no staff seemed to care. It was honestly disgusting. I took photos and will be uploading them — this place needs serious attention. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting even basic hygiene standards. Total letdown.
