IL FORNO NYC - HELL'S KITCHEN

Absolutely amazing, very impressed in all regards of this experience. The service was excellent and should be the standard for the industry. The food was amazing; the chicken alfredo was creamy, perfectly cooked, and the right balance of all the ingredients and the flavor was on point. I have mad respect for the culinary staff, as the margarita pizza had every topping on every slice (unlike some places where there are hardly any tomatoes). Additionally, the price was incredibly reasonable for the location, level of service, quality of food, and portions (which are just the right size to be filling without leftovers, making it perfect for a pre-show dinner). All-in-all, I can’t recommend this place enough!! Definitely a great spot for a pre-show dinner (just make sure to grab a reservation!)

The food here was exquisite! Definitely some of the best mushroom risotto I’ve had and definitely the best crab cakes! The service was great, but sometimes a little slow to have the waiter come back around. The atmosphere was so homey and cozy, though a bit small on space if you get one of the tables in the center of the restaurant. Overall, so delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a cute little place. It was really warm in there, though, so if you are sensitive to the hot temperatures outside, it's no better inside. The service was good, our waiter was nice and friendly. My chicken was so delicious, but the rice had way too much butter on it. The pepperoni pizza was good. We also had ceaser salad, spaghetti meatballs, and chicken Alfredo. The portions are enough.

Such a beautiful restaurant! You can dine inside or outside (see video). The food was delicious! Pictured: Frutti Di Mare pizza, Chicken Parm pasta, and Grilled Atlantic Salmon. The staff was really nice and there wasn't too long of a wait for the food to come out. When I come back to visit New York, I will absolutely come back to this restaurant!

Very nice place. I liked their bruschetta and pasta. The staff was nice. A little bit disappointed to do file and wait outside in a windy weather even if I booked.

This restaurant looks a little unassuming when you walk in. Don't be fooled. The food is ridiculous. I ordered the Alfredo with chicken. The staff was friendly and entertaining. My sister in law ordered the Margherita pizza. She said it was great too. Give this place a shot, you wont be disappointed.

Service was the first thing that struck my eye. Waiter was very kind and jovial. He walked around the restaurant humming and singing the songs playing. He joked around with us and even comped one of our desserts! The lighting is nice and when we went it wasn’t too busy. The food did take a while to come out, so I wouldn’t recommend going if you’re in a rush. Speaking of the food- it was delicious. Half of us ordered a special that allows you to get a salad/soup, entree and dessert for $36. It’s a good deal considering their entrees are $20-30+. I’m not sure how much the desserts costed individually. I got the mushroom risotto. I would definitely recommend jt if you’re looking for something very savory and creamy. The cheesecake was amazing. The cannolis were fresh and though they were small, they were quite filling with the thick cream. The tiramisu was delicious as well.

Really enjoyed my time here. Had dinner here for my birthday with a few others and from the moment we walked in, the waiter (seemed like the floor manager) was really attentive and friendly. He made us feel very welcomed. Our food came out quickly, and we enjoyed it. I ordered bolognese which was tasty and had a good portion size. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend!
