At least that’s what you’ll find at Il Pampero, an Italian bar and restaurant inside The Hari hotel. To get a good idea of the feel and food, we only need to tell you one thing–you can add black or white truffle to any of the pastas. Our go-to here is the cacio e pepe and although it isn’t a total knockout–we like to feel like a walking pepper grinder when we eat cacio e pepe–it’s worth it for the experience of eating it out of a giant wheel of pecorino romano and the rat-pack, high-roller look of the bar.
