Since I moved to the South, It's been a decade since I had In-N-Out. For someone who started eating at the OC drive thru in Santa Ana, the hamburger, fries and Chocolate shake are still satisfying and worth the trip.

Amazing! First time at an In-N-Out and it was simply Amazing! Clean! Well-Staffed! Service with a smile! What year is this? Am I still in the United States? Really, really great experience! Cashier, Aryanna, started it off being so friendly. Everyone had a smile. Felt like the Truman Show! I'll be back!

Always great customer service from each employee! The food is super yummy and always put together nicely. Wait times in the drive thru look bad because of the long lines, but you get through there pretty quickly. Always love that I can order off the secret menu and get a Neopolitan milk shake for my daughter to make it a special memory! The food tastes good, every time. Good times!

In-N-Out Burger has been a stop in Vegas every visit. This location was super busy at 9 pm but the staff served the line of cars fast. We chose to carry out and the fries were gone before we reached home. In-N-Out Burger makes some fantastic burgers and fries. The Double Double Animal Style really hits the spot. Indoor/outdoor seating is plentiful and busy during dinnertime.

I'm a loyal fan of the food and usually the service. However, on [11/20] at around 8:40 p.m., I was concerned to see employees outside taking orders and managing the line in the pouring rain and cold, shivering visibly. While I appreciate the dedication to keeping the drive-thru moving, it was hard to enjoy my meal knowing the crew was working in such uncomfortable and potentially unhealthy conditions. I hope management can provide a better solution for the team during inclement weather, like a pop-up canopy or rotating this tough duty more frequently. These employees work hard and deserve to be comfortable

Food was good, but was it worth the hype? I'd say no and maybe I was just expecting too much out of a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink? lol. My double cheeseburger was slipping and sliding all over the place, but I ate it all. Again the food was good, but I've found this at many food outlets so will I go back? Only time will tell.

As an East Coaster, I have to take advantage anytime I can get some In-N-Out. This past weekend was no exception with visiting a couple times. I don't eat a lot of fast food anymore so this is always a little treat in that way too. The service here was so quick, I felt like the long line to order went so quickly and we had an opportunity to grab a table and only had to wait a few minutes for our food. Two thumbs up on that part of the experience. The interior was super clean and it seemed like the staff would clean up in between everyone who sat down at a table. It feels nostalgic in every location which is part of the theme but always has a good vibe to it. Menu wise, the prices are cheap and the food is delicious. I ended up going with the Double Double combo with fries and a drink. Had some extra spread on the side for my fries and had a classic pink lemonade to wash it all down. It is the best fast food spot for a good reason. The feeling I had to go back one more time before leaving for the airport solidifies it as the best. This location is right down the road from my friends' house so we will definitely be going back for more whenever I am out that way.

**FOOD & DRINK (Allergic to Dairy)** 1. Hamburger w/o onion: I'm glad the Las Vegas In-N-Out food is as consistent with the SoCal locations. I eat mine with the pickled yellow peppers from the condiment bar. (SEE SERVICE) 2. French fries: Salty as expected and good crisp. Nothing outside the normal. **SERVICE** Jorge was great! I told him that I was allergic to dairy and he understood immediately. He didn't know if the In N Out spread had dairy, so he pulled up a packet. It didn't have a listing so he called over his manager to be safe who pulled out a small document that confirmed it did not have dairy. Thanks guys! **AMBIANCE** Fun, family-friendly, and consistent with other In-N-Outs. Floor was clean & condiment bar was filled.

We make it a Sunday evening tradition to hit up this location. The drive thru is often busy but that rarely results in a long wait. They typically have at least 1, if not 2, people taking orders on foot. 4x4 protein style mustard fried extra pickles no tomato grilled onion no spread and they've never made a mistake on my order! My wife goes with the easier to verbalize double double no tomato add grilled onion. 2 fries, not for the car. Everything tastes good and I'm often wishing I ordered another burger. 5x5? Fries are growing on me but still not able to crack the top 5 fast food fry rankings.

Always a line but the service is so quick! My daughter wanted stickers, in n out stickers was given and the cashier said if you want the hat and stickers it'll be at the next window which we got. Love how they mention it without me asking. Food was fresh, all utensils were given and full order was correct.

Be prepared to wait in a line for for drive thru at any In N Out location! We ordered some puppy patties as a treat for our sweet fur babies. They sure enjoyed it as always!! Thank you!!

The line was extremely long per usual, but the service was extremely fast per usual. I personally don't fully agree with all the hype around In-N-Out Burgers, but everyone I bought burgers for today said that they really enjoyed them. I'm not quite sure if they toast their buns, but the top bun was soft as you would expected it to be, but the bottom bun was a tad bit too hard. Other than that the burgers, fries, drinks, strawberry milkshake and fries were fine.

There was a line, but it went down fast. The guy who took our order was really nice, especially with our big order. The inside of the place was clean and there were quite a few people there for lunch. As usual, the burgers were so yummy! The veggies were fresh and I got the animal fries, which are my favorite. Every once in a while, I'll have an In-and-Out craving and they never disappoint.

Drive thru and Ordered a double double burger without onions and fries well done. Burger is good but fries were okay. Price is very reasonable why they are so busy especially drive thru. Love how it has 2 lanes but it merges. Staff outside to take orders to speed it up. If your wanting a burger to eat this place is a stop. Place is clean. Happy eats!

Absolutely my go to old fashioned burger. Every burger should be like this. And they are still so CHEAP!!! You can get a really good meal here for practically nothing! I'm a loyal fan!!! Do try Animal Style. I never order onions except here. On doors and the Double Double cheeseburger!!

Who doesn't like in-n-out burger??? Well I know I do! Hence the reason why there was a long line in the drive thru and it was busy inside as well - we opted for the drive thru! We were about 10 cars out and I just say we got our order really quick! Workers were jolly and drive thru ran efficient and quickly. Burgers were BOMB as in good - as usual! Will be visiting again real soon!

For years, I have wanted to try the famous In-N-Out Burger. I knew as soon as I landed in Las Vegas that my first stop was going to be to dive into one of their burgers. I loved it so much that we went twice in 4 days. I couldn't believe how cheap it was for Las Vegas. The fries were amazing. Fresh and hot, tasted freshly cut. The employees were very kind and worked hard to not let anyone wait for a table by cleaning the tables as soon as one was available. Can't wait to go ASAP.

Always long line in the drive thru, but consistent on the burgers. Fresh burgers and fries is always the best. Customer service is always awesome. No complain.

Food is pretty decent but in n out used to have excellent efficient and customer service. 18 people in line and one person working the register isn't great. I guess the care more about the drive thru.

Moving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas can get a local Angelino homesick for a genuine double double and the In-N-Out here in this location brings everything back. Service is exceptionally above and beyond, always greeted with a welcome and smile by the whole crew. Simplicity at its finest, from the nostalgic seat layout to menu options that won't put a hole in your wallet or purse. Lastly, the burgers. You can't go wrong with a double double with grilled/regular onions together on a toasted bun.

The fries at this location have more inner soft potatoes than the outside fried part. I love that. I can tell the difference. The soda machine sucked. The Coke tasted like grandma's left over can of Pepsi that's been sitting there for 2 days. Other than that everything else was very good as usual.

Always one of my best choices for healthy fast food. I like the protein style, no bread. But then definitely the fries, best one in the market and let's not forget the chocolate shake .. uhmmm it's a treat lol. But what I do live the most is the staff. Next time you go there watch those young kids. They are professionals, caring, friendly, always with a smile and awesome attitude. They care for each others, the work as a team and they look like a big family. I enjoy watching them work and I've never observed anything negative between them. Great job In-N-out l!!

Love in n out and it's food! But this establishment has not succeeded to other in n out's before. I constantly give this location a chance to redeem themselves but its failure after failure and inaccurate orders.

I am from the east coast so I always prioritize going to In-N-Out Burger whenever I am in the west coast and it never fails to impress with its unbeatable combination of quality and affordability. The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and bursting with flavor, while the fries are perfectly crispy. What's even better is that you get all this deliciousness at a price that won't break the bank. The service in this location was good even though it was very busy when we went. In-N-Out should not be McDon-N-Out: Today between 12:20 PM and 12:40 PM PST 05/08/2024 at Rainbow & 215 location. I experienced discrimination and racism while placing an order. The staff member assisting me was an African American man, he's approximately 6'1" tall. I ordered a No.1 combo (double-double combo) without cheese and another Double-double. Throughout the interaction he displayed a negative attitude and began to lecture me about what a 'double-double' is, the difference between a "burger" and "double-double" and other discriminated comments to me. He questioned me asking, 'Do you know what cheese is?' and refused to swap the type of onions to one of the burgers. I don't remember the reason he provided for not being able to add them. Ultimately we walked away. I was accompanied by an American who can act as a witness. Already filed a complaint, they offered gift cards and filed report but just in case if it will not be taken seriously. My intention is simply to share this within educational and professional networks if that's even applicable for him. If u know his name. JUST name. Can't go wrong with IN-N-OUT. Best burger around, hands down. It holds up against any 30$ burger on the strip. Always hot, always fresh, service is great. You're going to wait in line, but it's only because you're waiting for the best fast food possible. Can't say enough good things about IN-N-OUT and this location

First time visiting this location. Got my usual order of a 3x3 burger with mustard fried patties with spread only. Fries well done. They recently added cherry Coke so got that to drink. It's a rainy day here today and there wasn't much of a line so I got my order really quickly. Everything was perfect. It's amazing how they do each order fully customized and always get it right. Dining room is nice and clean. A worker even took away my tray when I was done. My only complaint is that we need a location closer to my house so I could go more often. A+

We walked in for the first time I told cashier I wanted two grilled cheese with onions and one without, cashier repeated my order twice and said "okay got you" waited for my order for about 7 minutes then when they gave my order I checked the bag and one was missing, I told them one is missing, and they saw my receipt and said it's not on the receipt, they can charge me for another one and make it, I said "okay how long will it take?" they said 7 minutes so I waited another 7 minutes. I feel they should've made my right away, and not had to wait.

This got to be the cleanest In-N-Out I've ever been to, everything was supper clean. Customer service was great and the burgers where good. In -N-Out Burger has a pretty basics menu, that' is pretty easy to order from.I usually get a regular with fries and if I'm really hungry I'll get a double cheese burger with fries. The prices àre really good and the wait time is not long. at all. I willl be back to this location since it pretty close to my house and really liked how clean it was here.

Not what I expected at all! Hype is a lie!! Honestly idk if that is normal for in in out but burnt bread hard as a rock straight from the fryer is ridiculous especially when it's a 4x4 idk if it's this location or what but they completely ruined it when you spend over 100 on food you expect the bread to be atleast somewhat soft not like this

This is one of the more popular in and out locations with two lanes for drive thru that merge into one. There was a great server taking orders outside prior to you get to the drive thru window. She was through and specific in her confirmation of your order and directions. The line went quickly considering. I did not go inside so I can't speak to the ambiance but it seems busy inside. As for the food, I wanted the fries to be more crispy but they had just the right amount of salt. The burger itself was fine and juicy but the bun was hard as if it had been over toasted or stale.

The team members here have excellent customer service. I believe the young man name is Delbert. He was the cashier. He was extremely friendly and repeated my order. He also took away my tray at my table when he noticed I was done eating and also handed my child an extra napkin because he asked for it. Delbert went out of his way to serve us. The food is always delicious. The ambience is happy. Great place.

One thing about In-N-Out is it is consistent. Fast service, fresh ingredients, and some of the best fries around.

Quality and consistent food here never changes... the food tastes the same as it did 20 years ago. This location is clean and bright. The only downside was they served customers who ordered after me before my number called. It's annoying when that happens but the food tasted great. I got a cheese burger, vanilla shake and animal fries. It's worth it.

Worst experience at In N Out first few bites my bun was dry and hard overall taste and quality of my burger were not the usual quality and fries were undercooked not fresh and hot

This is my favorite food spot after a long plane ride. Everything is fresh and the staff is super friendly. Always getting a fun vibe in the place. Animal style everything for the win. I always make it a tradition to eat here as my first meal and my last meal before I leave. Sooo yummy.

This was the best visit at this In-N-Out Burger. The food was hot and perfect. Service very friendly and prompt. The ambiance was good through the drive thru lane. Price is spot on if you are looking for an affordable hamburger out.

In-N-Out will always be my favorite fast food burger joint. For the quality of burger and the price you pay, it's really unbeatable. I've travelled throughout the country trying various similar tier burger places, including Whataburger (you mean Whateverburger? Sorry, not sorry TX), White Castle, Five Guys, Shake Shack, etc. Again, In-N-Out comes out on top for the combination of price/quality. Growing up in SoCal, my first exposure to In-N-Out was in elementary school. I earned some little kid award at school that gave all recipients a $5 gift certificate. I remember not caring for In-N-Out at that age because the burgers seemed too "adult" to me. I still preferred my Happy Meals from McDonalds that came complete with a toy and cute lunchbox with games to play etched on the sides of the cardboard. So I "took my dad out" with my certificate because he had heard of In-N-Out and had never tried it. Being an immigrant family man who scraped his savings penny by penny, my dad never spent even a buck on himself; it always went to the family. I remember how proud I felt, getting my dad a meal that I had earned. I still remember the exact In-N-Out we went to and the pride that welled up in my tiny 8 year old heart. He loved the burger, and I knew he savored every bite. Anyway, In-N-Out became my staple throughout high school and college when I commuted to the OC. It was the cool place to hang out for young broke kids who had a few bucks to spend. For less than $5, each kid was full, and honestly not that much unhealthier walking out. As everything is made fresh to order, you can personalize your order as much as you like - from grilled onions to extra everything (extra sauce, lettuce, tomatoes) to animal style anything to even crispier fries. I learned then I could maximize my delicious burger with extra lettuce and tomatoes and grilled onions. Even after demolishing my burger and fries, I never felt like a greasy lardball coming out of the meal, which I can't say the same for many other similar tiered burger joints. In-N-Out has a good culture and treats their employees well. I respect that, and I respect their good food. Anytime I have relatives from out of the country visiting, In-N-Out is a must, and they are always left wanting more. In-N-Out don't ever change.

Good food good service but the Drive Thur line need to be regulated, is like no one knows the zipper rule. Staff need to watch and regulate it asap.

Of course it's great food great service great place but I would love to meet the person that designed the parking lot. They put this location in an area where there's only one way in and not really way out. if you've been there, you know what I'm talking about. Just go across the street and eat greens and proteins. The classic continues. Generally, I shy away from reviewing chains because it's repetitive and because they aren't that great. In-N-Out remains both a bastion of childhood nostalgia and an exemplar of standout fast food which I have no trouble eating anytime I'm hungry and perhaps trying to stave off a hangover. This location happened to be convenient on one of those occasions, so I had to check it out at least. The interior looks like any number of other In-N-Out restaurants. Same coloring, almost identical layout, same prices as other Las Vegas locations. The parking lot is a bit different because it seems to be separate from any other businesses, so don't make the mistake of turning early for this or late for one of the nearby places. Let's get this out of the way: why is this not 5*? Because they didn't nail my fries ($1.90). Everyone knows that the most common gripe with In-N-Out is their limp fries, and my solution is to order them "lite well." This means they'll keep 'em in the fryer for long enough to get them crispy on the outside, but not as thoroughly crunchy as the "well done" modifier would. They did input the order correctly, but they didn't cook it long enough to get a good crisp on most of the fries, so it was almost indistinguishable from normal cooking length. Still works well enough with their cold ketchup (still gotta ask for packets because the dispensers aren't in use due to COVID precautions), but not the pinnacle of what I feel they offer. The Double-Double ($4.10) was as yummy as ever. Pillowy buns, thin patties, gooey cheese, and the special Animal Style treatment. That's mustard-grilled beef, extra spread, and caramelized onions. Oh, and normally it includes, but I make sure to refuse them because that's not my thing in this flavor combo. I'm making myself hungry typing this out. Long story short, come to this In-N-Out if you're in the area. Maybe they'll get the lite well fries right next time.

IN N OUT MANAGEMENT better start managing and training your employees right. The customer service here is NONEXISTENT. Every employee I came across here seemed like they were miserable and hate this job and I MEAN ALL EMPLOYEES including the one standing outside, the cashier, the one handing me my food. I get it, you are talking to customers nonstop the whole day but it doesn't mean you should project your inner hatred towards other customers who did not do anything. You are still on the job and I am not sure if In N Out doesn't care about the customer service aspect to not notice EVERY EMPLOYEE THERE LACKS BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE or they just don't care. My experiences here have been negative and I always feel uncomfortable talking to people here who don't even smile and just frowns like a "Ok I just did what I was supposed to do now please leave." Quality food is important BUT SO IS BASIC INTERACTIONS WITH THE PERSON HANDING THE FOOD. Not only was service bad, they forget my food multiple times. Every time I leave In N Out, few items are missing so this time I checked it, of course. Missing Items. I went back in to ask and the cashier did not even seem apologetic, didn't apologize and took my order to ask the cooks. Then I waited 10 mins for my food and the person who gave me my food looked absolutely rude. Handed me my food, did not even apologize and left so fast. Also gave me the nastiest eye before leaving. I am not the type to criticize everything or be negative about everything because I have worked in food service as well and I understand you get tired of dealing with customers everyday and you are working 6 hour shifts so you are tired but it doesn't give you a pass to be rude to your other customers who did not do anything. At the end of the food you chose to work there and you are getting paid on the clock. It always seems like some workers are purposely not making stuff because they don't want to. Management needs to fix these issues. This is NOT the only In N Out with the issue as well. AGAIN. Nobody is asking for extreme interactions but ALSO NOT ASKING FOR NONEXISTENT SERVICE.

YUM!! i've been to a couple of other In-N-Out Burger joints, and I think this one is one of my more favorite ones. I got a regular hamburger, animal style and regular fries. My husband got the fries animal style... That's the way you should get them because the plain fries are not my favorite. The burger, however, was delicious! So good, it absolutely hit the spot. The service was great and the food came out relatively quickly. The place was pretty clean and they do have a private parking lot in the drive-through. My husband got the strawberry milkshake, which was also pretty good, but I'm not a milkshake fan so I didn't have much. It's a regular In-N-Out Burger, but I do recommend their hamburger animal style which is absolutely delicious. we don't have any of these joints where we're from so we're always excited to go to a good one. This is definitely a nice one.

Another review for an In-N-Out, who could go wrong with this burger place. Originated in Baldwin Park, CA. I think in the early 1940s or something like that. But I grew up eating In-N-Out since I'm from California. Oh how I miss eating these burgers!! Yes, I know you all out there have your favorites. But this place for me is like nostalgia. My family and I love this place since they do serve up that "animal style". If you're familiar, it just makes the burger and fries so much tastier. If you're not familiar, times have changed so I'm not sure what they put in it. But I do know that it's their burger sauce, melty cheese and grilled onions. Mmm, just makes me hungry right now writing this review. LOL! This location is right off the freeway, so very easy to get to. And again, great customer service, especially during these difficult times. We'll be back again!

Well, of course we had to make a trip to the famous In-and-Out. We stopped by this location close to where we were staying. We chose to go drive-thru since our daughter had fallen asleep. We parked behind the gas station next door for shade. Food: I got their Double-double (Animal Style) with regular and animal style fries. It was definitely delicious. All the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Their fries could be cooked a little more, but I think that's how they do it.

I was sitting next to a "Karen". What a horrible person. She went off on a staff member and angrily went on about to much sodium. The guy who puts the salt on fries should be fired. After several minutes of her ranting I told her to shut up Karen! And the other customers clapped. The staff handled it awesomely. They were professional. The only reason I mentioning this is because she was threatening to go on yelp and leave bad reviews. Customer service here is always excellent.

The food is good but the customer service is terrible. The shortest staff with a mole on her face having such a bad attitude. She threw my change which it fell on the ground and didn't even show some respect. Better to train your staffs.

Employees need to pay closer attention when customers are order food! Then if your going to fix the order just remake it. Inconsiderate and not worth coming back!
