"Planned as part of a ground-up, 114,670-square-foot Arroyo Rainbow Plaza at the intersection of Sunset Road and Rainbow Boulevard in Spring Valley, this forthcoming burger restaurant has about $500,000 allocated for construction. Sitting close to the busy Arroyo Market Square and Rainbow Sunset Pavilion hubs, it is expected to follow the chain’s typical hours (generally 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily, with 1:30 a.m. closings on Friday and Saturday). The plaza is also working to finalize paperwork to include a third local WinCo Foods as the retail anchor." - Bradley Martin
