Great breakfast/brunch spot. I used to go all of the time until they changed their pancake recipe. The rest of the menu is awesome--I just crave a great pancake sometimes. They do fresh squeezed juices and mimosas/bloody mary's. Ina is typically in the restaurant and so sweet. Parking is really easy.

Really bad service. The food was average, i have had better in the west loop area. The place didn't have something special just regular omelettes and regular type of breakfast food. The service was horibble. I asked for a paper cup and waiter said you are not allowed to drink in a paper cup it is the rules in a very rude manner. it said nowhere such a thing. Waiters keep pushing you to take extra stuff when you order. The food is pricey as compared to west loop restaurants. The waiters are not friendly at all. i am not going back to this place.

My first time at Ina's was for a Saturday lunch and I went back the next day for breakfast with friends, it was that good! For lunch, I ordered the special and never even opened the menu. My girlfriend ordered huevos rancheros for brunch and it was delicious. Ina was at the door welcoming us to her restaurant and I felt right at home.

Ina makes sure that all the food is good and everyone feels welcome. I've had great breakfasts and even chicken and waffles. A good place to take people from out of town for brunch.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS! INA FEELS IT IS OKAY TO SAY WHAT SHE WANTS BECAUSE IT IS HER RESTAURANT. I was at Inas on Easter Sunday with my 3 year-old. There was a 20 minute wait, so we gave our name and went outside to walk around. After 15 minutes, we checked on our name, and my son spied 3 big cakes on the counter in the waiting area. He pointed to the carrot cake and said, "I want that." Ina was standing behind the counter watching as I tried to talk him out of the cake, but she did not make eye contact or offer us the plate of tiny coffee cake samples that was on her side of the counter. He was not going to be dissuaded. He is Autistic and gets fixated and there is no way to unstick him without a violent tantrum. I was indulging him by BUYING a piece of carrot cake. I didn’t want the screaming. I was exhausted and was going to BUY the carrot cake for the sake of my own sanity. Ina had been giving my son the evil eye this whole time. I asked her if I could have a piece of carrot cake "To Go". She said, "He does not want that one. He will not like it. He should have this one," finally offering the plate of coffee cake samples. I said, "No thanks. He wants carrot cake." Ina looked me right in the eye and said with a snarl, "I see who the boss is in YOUR family." Read: You are a horrible parent and your kid is a brat. I politely told her that he is Autistic and didn't understand. She never apologized. We paid $5.00 for the piece of cake and left.

I was brought here by reviews of their waffle. I felt that the cost value did not measure up to what was served. It was also celllphone free and I am one to take pictures of my food.

I love Ina's. It's such a shame that it is closing. Thank you for such a great run in the neighborhood, Ina! Best of luck to you. You're pancakes are the best!

It's awesome to see a business succeed for so long. But unfortunate others will miss out on their food, especially the chicken and waffles.
