"This modern American restaurant captured the attention of food lovers with its flavorful dedication to carefully sourced cuisine. Housed in an elegant, restored home, diners are treated to a rotating, seasonal menu showcasing dishes such as parmesan beignets with local honey, thyme, and pears; red snapper sourced from Madeira Beach served with local corn puree, herbed mushroom bread pudding, grilled broccolini and shallots, arugula pesto, and parmesan; baked scallops with Everglades spice, white wine, butter, lemon, braised potatoes, and tarragon breadcrumbs, and Iberico pork chop with dijon hollandaise, caramelized brown sugar, and bacon and broccoli potato hash. Be sure to make a reservation." - Alona Martinez

One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Restaurant is in a cute historic home. Food was unique and tasted amazing. We had a pear parmesan beneigh, seared tuna, pork chop, roasted potatoes and caramel ice cream (with crispy sweet potatoes on top). Apparently Bobby Flay eats here. So good. Highly recommend.

Back again after our last visit a year ago and it was just as amazing. Our server Olivia was great! Very sweet and super easy to chat with. The food was just as good as I remember. Very happy we made it back and will plan more future visits! Thank you indigenous team!

An absolutely delicious restaurant with locally sourced ingredients, and a focus on sustainability. It really nourishes your soul to eat at a place like this where they are thinking about the environmental impact of their menu. The burger and the char were delicious. Even my 5-year-old niece was a fan! She has been asking to go back for the fish lol so Indigenous has elevated food, but enjoyed by even the more hesitant pallets among us :) The Parmesan Beignets were super unique, fresh, and fluffy. The perfect balance of savory and sweet. The service was good and the caramel ice cream was the perfect end to the experience. I definitely recommend.

Pork chops were premier, 10 outta 10. Fish sandwich I found to be not to my liking at all. Mushroom soup, delicious and will make you feel ill if you eat too much. It’s really really rich and salty. We liked our experience overall, kind of shrugged when we walked out like “ehhh.. want to go grab some ice cream to make up for it?” Atmosphere and service in my opinion are 10/10. Overall, we won’t be returning but I’m glad we tried it.

All around great experience! My girlfriend and I came in for a date night on a Tuesday. The food was phenomenal and Micah was very professional and attentive from start to finish. He recommended great wines to accompany the Salmon and Pork Chop dishes which were both to die for. We also started with the Mushroom Bisque and Parmesan Beignets. The bisque may have been one of the best soups I've ever had. We ended the meal with both the Dark Chocolate Creme de Pot and the Vanilla Bean ice cream with salted caramel shell. The BEST combination, the savory dark chocolate with dark berries and crunchy cashews paired perfectly with the softness of the vanilla ice cream. 10/10 and will definitely be back!

Wow!!! Not much tops the dining experience for New Years than Indigenous!! Great food and service from our lead waitress, Kelcy, and the whole team!!! If you've never tried their amazing meals, you're missing out. Presentation, sweet, savory and delightful olfactory and visual surprises with every course. Great wine options and wonderful cottage vibe. Try the back wine bar or go for a meal. You'll not be disappointed. Reservations usually needed. Some pretty good take out options too if you can't dine in or are in a hurry.

I had changed our dinner reservations from another place to Indigenous which I later came to realize was a blessing in disguise, it was our first visit. I’m no food reviewer that describes every detail of how things tasted and how things were presented….blah blah blah. But…this place is outstanding and has a unique vibe and set up. Long story short…I’ve been to great restaurants all over and this place blew me away. I had the pork chop it was perfect from taste to texture. My wife had the triple tail and it was fantastic. This place is outstanding!!

So good! Highly recommend coming here. My server was Olivia, and she was outstanding (very friendly, helpful and attentive). I got the beignets, mushroom soup and scallops - all of which were AMAZING and very uniquely done! They have a cozy seating layout with an outdoor section as well. There is free street parking, but not many spots. Definitely coming back here to try their other items on the menu since it always changes.
