Indigo

The clothes in this store are very cute & they have lots of denim to choose from, but the customer service was lacking to put it mildly. I went in looking for jeans. I found a couple that I wanted to try on and one of the sales associates did start a dressing room for me. I told her that i may need help to try and find sizing and length. She replied with an “ok”, but that was the end of it. There were shoppers that came in and were getting impeccable service, but it seemed as though nobody wanted to help me. I did find a top that I liked so I purchased it for an upcoming trip, but I will just order denim from Nordstrom from now on. The level of service that they provide to some and not others is disappointing to say the least.

Indigo Little Rock is one of my favorite stores to shop in. The customer service is absolutely amazing when I go when they actually remember my name they assist with helping me pick out items that normally I wouldn’t pick from myself and overall I end up loving and purchasing. In a pinch I’ve even called over to the store to order gifts for graduations/birthdays and they’ve been available to allow me to purchase over the phone and gift wrapping was a part of my purchase so when I picked up I had nothing to do but pick up and go. I guess what I’m trying to say. It is the best clothing store in Little Rock with the friendliest and most inviting Customer Service. You should shop there.

Indigo is a fantastic boutique full of beautiful and trendy women's clothes, fabulous shoes, and jewelry and gifts that all of my friends love. :) I wholeheartedly recommend Indigo to all of my friends and they all love it! Wonderful store! I frequently also shop online and the customer service is exceptional and the packaging is so great.

I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years (since way back when their storefront was inside Park Plaza) and now that I’ve moved out of state, I still come shop whenever I’m in town or on their online store. Why? Because they carry all my favorite brands, their denim selection is unmatched, and the ladies that work there are super kind and helpful. When you walk into the shop you’re immediately greeted by several super stylish women and they ask how they can help or if you’re looking for something particular… pro tip: SAY YES! And ask them to help you put together an outfit for whatever you’re there shopping for. They have put outfits together for me that I would have never been able to come up with on my own. They aren’t just fantastic sales associates, they are amazing stylists and if you take advantage of their help, you will leave with a BOMBSHELL OUTFIT!

I found a cute skirt on sale, but once I left I found a cuter skirt and decided to return the initial skirt I found at indigo. I was never told that my item could not be returned. When I tried to return the item, the cashier simply acknowledged and apologized for never stating that it was a final sale item and didn’t allow any returns or exchanges to be made. I have shopped here many times and have been satisfied. However, after this incident I will not be returning.

Ordered Mother Jeans online and absolutely loved them so went into the store to buy a few more pair and the workers were so rude that I’ll never go back.. There were THREE ladies that came in after me that were asked if they could get them a fitting room. I had to ask for a room once I was done shopping and had been in the store over THIRTY minutes and had half a dozen items to try on. Yes, i was seen coming in and was met with blank stares. While trying on, the workers were sitting on the couch making fun of someone else that was there shopping so I left my items and walked out. The worst shopping experience I’ve had in a very long time due to very unprofessional and rude young ladies.

I love this store. The selection is excellent and quality of the clothing is great! I will say the items are pricy—some of them too pricy for my taste, others are within reason. The clothing always seems to be trending! The store is always clean and well put together and items are always merchandised and look great visually! My other favorite part of this store is the service! You are always greeted with a warm welcome and treated like a guest in their store. The associates are quick to start you a dressing room and will be sure to add to it so you are free to continue shopping. When you are in the dressing room they always check in to make sure you don’t need any extra sizes or to get anything out of your way. In some cases there have been associates who have given me advice on how to wear pieces or what to pair pieces with. I have a hard time finding clothes that fit well so I try on a lot of clothes—no one has ever given me a hard time about this—every one is so friendly. Even if it’s close to their closing they don’t rush you. It’s a wonderful place to shop! My fav!

It's a women's clothing store, so I'm probably not the best judge, but this one is ok I guess. It's small enough that I don't have to stay in there very long while my wife shops, but it's got enough of a selection that she'll go here rather than the larger Anthropologie when I'm with her, and be satisfied with her shopping experience. She always finds stuff on sale that she likes, but even some of the normal price stuff is reasonable. 4 stars because neither my wallet nor my feet hurt after a visit. Docking 1 star because there aren't TV's or gadgets I can play with.

The staff is extremely helpful and complimentary. They have a wide variety of clothes, shoes, and accessories. I will definitely be back soon!
