"This tiny Indian/Mexican fusion cafe inside a Hollywood car wash is about as LA as it gets, but it isn’t just a gimmick - the food is good, too. It doesn't look like much from the outside and it's nothing special on the inside but the FOOD?! WOW! The flavors, prep and quality was some of the best I have had yet. There isn't much seating for large groups but my group of 5 was able to fit at a 6 top table (the largest table in the restraunt and could probably fit 7). Plenty of chicken, seafood, vegetarian and vegan options available. Chicken Tikka masala and Chicken vindalu were delicious. Dishes are definitely resonably priced for the location. Parking is limited but parking street parking within a block is easy to grab. The Mexican fusion aspect is limited - the Indian inspired options are majority of the menu.

I was walking by IndiMex and happy I stopped by! The food is mind-blowing good! I ordered chicken tandoori with their special sauce on the side. They normally use for the special sauce for their Chicken Masala. The secret sauce is like nothing Ive tried before. It's sweet with hints of savory, ten stars!

I went in, amazed seeing that someone geniusly put together Indian and mexican foods, and I am not joking ...the Tandoori Chicken burrito was the best burrito ever!!!! It was fantastic. I am definitely going back for more. How about they do a korma burrito? Yum

I had the Strawberry Lassi, papadums and Chicken Tikka Tacos- perfect blend of two cuisines; zesty, creamy, a hint of citrus and homemade tortillas made in a tandoori oven. Absolutely recommend! Service was very friendly, helpful with suggestions and swift timing

Went here with friends and had a great meal! This is an awesome spot for an affordable, casual bite. The menu is “light” on mexican fusion but I did go for the Indian tacos, they were super filling and pretty big! I tried one lamb taco and one chicken tikka taco. Both were super great and i’d get again. My friend got her plate asking for it to be “super mild” and for the first time ever at an Indian restaurant, it was actually mild for her - big win in her book! We finished our meal with an order of gulab jamun and they threw in a complimentary extra piece for our friend as well as they brought a scoop of the Mango Kulfi for us to share. What a great way to end our meal, we all agreed we’d come back again. Everyone working there was so nice and hospitable :) They have a free small parking lot on the side of their building as well as tons of free street parking.

Honestly this was one of those moments when you drive buy see something interesting and just wing it! I’m so glad I did it was absolutely the best Indian cuisine I’ve partaken in. The owner was amazing and the food was literally DELICIOUS. Please go here try it out. I got the lamb biryani. It was the best thing I’ve ever eaten and I eat a lot of food as a foodaholic. Love the atmosphere, the owner was so kind and I also got the Mango Lassi! That drink reminded me of my childhood. It was so good !!! 100% recommend!!!!

We had a very lovely date here!!! Tikka masala fries 💯off menu veggie burrito 💯saag paneer 💯lamb Rogan Josh 💯rice 💯naan💯 gulab jamun💯 & mango ice cream (house made)💯 everything so amazing, and the server/host was so friendly and great at helping us order exactly what made a great meal. For the example, he suggested the off menu veggie burrito instead of the chicken tikka burrito after I questioned that we might be getting the same flavors as in our delicious fries appetizer. He agreed and suggested one of his fave things and it really was chefs kiss 😘 delicious. Ambiance was sweet, gentle, romantic, mellow, and comfortable. Great for a date, friends, family, whatever. Flexible and inspiring. We love this place and can’t wait to go back. 🩷💯🩷💯🩷🩵💯🩵💯🩵 thank you Indimex eats for doing your thang and making a bang in the dining scang.

The food here is great! We ordered the paneer burrito to start and were enjoying it so much that I forgot to take a picture when our main entree arrived. The menu is more like that of a standard north Indian place than a true fusion menu, but all the items we tried were great! The burrito was tasty (especially with the masala drizzled on top), the lassi was solid, and the curries were also great! Service was prompt and smooth and it was good to talk to the new proprietor. We'll definitely be coming back in future!
