Industry Tavern

In the context of sports bars, Industry is top-notch. Sports bars are known neither for their high quality food or excellent service, but that's exactly what you get here! We went with the giant pretzel and a couple of their 2x4 cheeseburgers...and it was all cooked to perfection and incredible. The burger was among the best I've had in Atlanta. The only criticism was that the bun disintegrated at some point and couldn't hold such a sizable burger. But it was absolutely delicious. I'd give the food 4.5 if I could. But the most amazing thing was that our servers were constantly checking to see if we needed anything. It was quite impressive for a busy Sunday. Well done!

High quality restaurant, environment and experience. I normally wouldn’t have ordered the chicken Parmesan for lunch, but I am very glad that I did. An overall phenomenal restaurant located right in the heart of Buckhead. Valet parking just outside the door. Excellent customer service. Hi food quality. Clean environment. Our table had a screen making the open air experience very comfortable. Beautiful day five star experience. ⭐️🇺🇸💯👏🏽🐺

Moved to Atlanta about 2 months ago. When we first arrived this was one of the first spots that we tried and they did not disappoint. The pizza, beer and food is so fresh. The service we get here from every person is immaculate and even the owner is here most nights to hang with the staff. We love it here and this will be our regular spot.

I always like to bring my colleagues to this place after work. Because the food is good , the service is nice and fast. We also like the playlist. But why the music is so loud?! We can’t barely hear each other without screaming. I hope this bar will improve this point because after a day in a noisy work environment, we would like to be able to chat normally!

Great food(!), even better than expected. Great service. Atmosphere was louder than expected and felt a little cramp, but bearable. Seemed like a fun environment. There were lots a people eating outside too, if you want that option. (I forgot to take pictures of our food, but the salads were amazing sizes).

Ended up there late at Halloween night on a good mood and paid the bill with a lot of drinks in me from before the tavern and at the restaurant. Checked again in the morning to see that they’ve charged me for more than I’ve ordered and called to ask them to adjust it. I’ve been patient and asked nicely to handle their mistake as they took advantage of a drunk customer but the rude manager tells me it is my fault for an error on their end and that they’re not going to refund me for the amount they charged me for the stuff I didn’t even order. Not a single apology from their end or trying to make things right instead the manager told me it’s my fault for calling in the day after without a receipt because I was out there drunk. Is it okay to add items onto a drunk customer’s bill and tell them it’s their fault for being drunk on a Halloween night? A simple apology or a credit for the store could’ve resolved the issue if refund was not available for only the wrong items they charged me but the manager was straight up rude and told me it’s my fault for being drunk. I advised them to check the cctv for the exact time I was at claiming the items they added was not from my table but wasn’t even willing to do any of that or apologize. Put all the blame on me even after I told them I realized my mistake for not checking the receipt thoroughly because I was drunk. Very poorly handled and will not be coming back. Only food item I ordered was the pizza and 3 drinks, they added a burger and other items on the bill without me knowing.

Came in to watch the Super Bowl at 6pm, mind the game starts at 6:30 so most people are at their spot for the night. The host sat me at a two top, I told her I wasn’t interested in seating across from each other and asked if we could sit at one of the two four tops that were still available. They said yes, give me a minute. Then I believe the manager came out from behind the bar and told me I had to sit at the two top or leave because it’s not how they “operate” during the Super Bowl. There were two people sitting at the 4 top behind the table I was trying to get… I mentioned we planned to stay for the entire game and he did not care. He was dismissive, rude, and inconsiderate. As a business owner, I’m appalled. Will never be back.

Enjoyed the food but the service lackadaisical. Food came out fast, but then we didn’t 15 minutes trying to get the bartenders attention for condiments and cutlery. My husband’s second beer has an off flavor and the bartender quipped “sometimes your food will make the beer taste off” and he had to ask twice for a replacement. The replacement bet was fine. Likely the glass was not rinsed well. Another bartender ensured us parking would be comped, and wouldn't validate our ticket, but it ended up costing us $14.00 to park for an hour. We won’t be back.
