Industry West

I recently purchased the cane high back bench in natural, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s always a gamble when you buy furniture online, but I have to say I was very impressed. It arrived, completely assembled, and easy to remove from its packaging. It’s clearly a quality piece. I love the styling, (the seat resembles a skateboard). Looks amazing in my foyer. Excellent customer service. Very responsive.

I ordered a small leather sofa from Industry West. The quality of the leather and the color is exceptional. It exceeded my expectations so much that a bought a second one to coordinate with the first. They are smaller than a regular sofa so they look fabulous paired across from each other and provide maximum seating. Brian the sales manager is great to work with and their return policy is the best ever.

I am thrilled to review this company. I own 5 Bar/Restaurants in Milwaukee and know how durable furniture needs to be. I had minor issues that could have become major if it wasn’t for the amazing customer service associated with Jonathan Davis, Sasha and Industry West team. I never felt alone and left out because they responded to my needs in a timely manner and kept me up to date on manufacturers that provide parts. This can be cumbersome and I know it first hand. They’ve all been top notch! A verified customer!

Absolutely garbage experience. I received a table missing the correct parts needed for assembly but also an extra table top. After a lot of back and forth (unnecessary) they sent me an additional base (didn’t need it) and again incorrect parts which made it clear they didn’t check to see if the parts were packed correctly. Now I have 2 unusable dining room tables and no one is answering the customer service line.

Purchasing from Industry West was a nightmare. Bought a large dining room table. Industry West charges to deliver to the curb, charges to deliver inside front door, charges for assembly. Delivery and assembly charges amounted to $1595, not including the price of the table. Decided to hire my own assemblers. Industry West told us that we would be notified in advance of the shipping date and that we would be able to track the shipment once it left the manufacturer. We were notified less than 24 hours before shipment arrived, by the shipper, not by Industry West. Shipment weighed 345 pounds. Since we needed to schedule movers to move shipment from the street into our house, this was not a good situation. Temperatures were below zero in Illinois and we were in the middle of a snow storm. What were we to do with this size shipment delivered to the curb...in the middle of a snow storm? Called Industry West. They told me"it is out of our hands". With Industry West, after you pay the money, there is zero communication. Will NEVER buy from Industry West again.

This is not a well functioning business. They have nice seating however their customer interaction and delivery is abhorrent I placed a large order with this company and they tried to deliver to a remote location with a palate truck which of course did not work. Two weeks later, multiple wasted trips up to this location and countless phone calls/ emails later they finally found a company to deliver this order. Then I received my order with a piece missing and yet another missed delivery. Their customer service is dismissive and rude. They have no appreciation for their customers time and do not make this an easy process. I spend more time chasing the items I have already paid for Incredibly disappointed and will never order from this company again.

I buy for our restaurants through IW. Always very courteous and professional. Solid quality at reasonable costs make them a good choice for us. We are getting compliments on the latest chair purchase regularly. Maybe most importantly, it all showed up when scheduled! About to place another order...

Kelly, I don’t think ive ever done business with a company as dysfunctional as Industry West’s. Order delayed and no follow up until I reached out. Waited 7 weeks Offered a credit for the shipping. Never credited until I followed up weeks after. Asked for tracking, again no follow up Received one of the two items. Asked about the ETA for the second item. This is 3 months into the initial order. Was told to the item would be reshipped. Again after almost 3 weeks… nothing. I asked to cancel the order. You offered a refund…..and in your own words.. “should post to your account within 7 business days” That was almost 3 weeks ago. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. I think I have been more than patient after 3 ½ months. You guys are a joke. I will be posting this as my review as well.
