Japanese Sando Pop-Up Sandoitchi Sandoitch Returns to Dallas For One Day Event | Eater Dallas

"An East Coast chain that delivers warm and melty late-night munchies, Insomnia Cookies has opened a second location in Dallas offering treats like strawberry shortcake cookies, snickerdoodles, vegan double chocolate chunk cookies, and cookie sandwiches. I can get deliveries until 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday (they’ll also deliver during the day), and the Victory Park location’s grand opening celebration takes place May 22 and 23; their first Dallas location opened in Deep Ellum in February." - Brittanie Shey

Insomnia Cookies Will Open Its First DFW Location in Deep Ellum | Eater Dallas

"An East Coast chain known for late-night treat deliveries will open in Deep Ellum on February 15. This will be the brand’s first Dallas–Fort Worth location (with a second outpost planned for Victory Park in March); the company was founded in 2003 in Pennsylvania and first expanded to Texas in 2019 near the University of Texas. The shop will offer classic cookies like chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin, and snickerdoodle alongside creative flavors such as salted caramel and confetti, plus cookie cakes, ice cream, brownies, and signature “wiches” — two cookies sandwiched with a giant swirl of icing. It will be open for pick-up and delivery late into the night: until 1 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday and until 3 a.m. Thursday through Saturday." - Amy McCarthy

The girl at the counter was very nice. She was working all alone because the other lady with her was just standing on the side talking to someone. I gave 3 starts because the cookie and the lady behind the counter was nice. But the other two are gone because it’s not fair that the lady behind the counter was working all by herself a big line getting cookies and icecream while checking everyone out while the other person was just talking to someone in the lobby. Not cool.

Insomnia Cookies always comes through when that sweet tooth kicks in. 😋 I’ve had them a few times and they never miss. Stopped by today after placing an order online, and even though I had to wait about 20–30 minutes, it was for a fresh batch straight out the oven—so no complaints here! Warm, gooey cookies > cookies that have been sitting all day. 🍪 The staff was super nice too. Overall, they hit the spot every time. It’s no Tiff’s Treats, but still sooo good when you need that cookie fix.

Updated: I had to jump through flaming hoops after working with customer support to re-do my order. The Deep Ellum location had no information regarding my order, pickup time, etc., though I had been corresponding with Customer Service all evening. I had to show the long thread of messages, and almost beg for my order. The cookies tasted much better this time, but I just wouldn’t recommend them. Two horrible experiences back-to-back. Previous Post: This basic cookie experience left me wanting more. I wish I had gotten some cookie dough and baked them myself at home. The confetti cookie was doughy and underbaked, and the cookies were too sweet and not warm.

Came for my son's birthday dessert and he loved it! He was able to pick for many choices and they came out fresh and warm! Great first experience and can't wait to return!

Insomnia Cookies totally cured our sweet tooth—with a delicious lineup of mint chocolate and s’mores cookies, plus a brownie topped with ice cream that was pure happiness in a cup.

Had cookies and ice cream delivered tonight but they forgot the ice cream. Called the store and talked with Lexie ~ she had the ice cream re-delivered with extra! Wonderful experience! And they called too to make sure I got everything! Perfect! And yes the cookies and ice cream are excellent! Thank you guys so much!!!

I had the experience of ordering cookies for the first time in the New Orleans area. While the cookies were good, the customer service was not!!! I had to use the restroom and was turned away indicating that it was not open to the public. I considered myself a customer that should have been able to use the restroom; especially after buying cookies from them. I will not be back to spend my money there again.

Our cookies were hot and ready at 2am!! That is all that counts, plus they have milk! The staff was super friendly and patient.
