Insomnia Cookies Will Open Its First DFW Location in Deep Ellum | Eater Dallas

"An East Coast chain known for late-night treat deliveries will open in Deep Ellum on February 15. This will be the brand’s first Dallas–Fort Worth location (with a second outpost planned for Victory Park in March); the company was founded in 2003 in Pennsylvania and first expanded to Texas in 2019 near the University of Texas. The shop will offer classic cookies like chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin, and snickerdoodle alongside creative flavors such as salted caramel and confetti, plus cookie cakes, ice cream, brownies, and signature “wiches” — two cookies sandwiched with a giant swirl of icing.
