Where To Find the City’s Best Ramen

"Ramen is just plain fun again as you select your package of dried noodles from a wall-mounted assortment of 85 — from Japan, China, Korea, and Thailand — and prepare it yourself using what amounts to a noodle-preparation robot. You can select every element of you bowl, or go with one of the handful of pre-set combinations. We particularly loved the duck duck noods." - Robert Sietsema

The Best Restaurants in Long Island City

"Enter the hospital-white premises and discover displays of dozens of ramen packages mainly from Korea, Japan, and Thailand. Boil them up yourself — with a variety of add-ons — at a line of contraptions that dispense the correct amount of water, set a timer, and cook the noodles. This is all great fun, and an inexpensive lunch or dinner." - Eater Staff

The Most Fun Restaurants in NYC

"Maybe you don’t think cooking for yourself is fun, but first, take a look at the dozens of packages of instant noodles from around the globe displayed on the wall. Pick yours and then move to the cooking contraption that automatically sets the timer and squirts in the hot water. You’ll feel like you’re in your college dorm again, in front of the stove in your pajamas." - Eater Staff

New York’s New Instant Ramen Restaurant Serves 85 Types of Packaged Noodles - Eater NY

"Inside the Instant Noodle Factory, bright white walls resemble an art gallery more than a factory. Customers sit at counters, preparing their own noodle dishes at computerized stations. The restaurant offers 85 packages of dried noodles from various countries and allows patrons to customize their meals with a variety of add-ins. The venue combines elements of a participatory art gallery, automated restaurant, and grocery store. Meals are served in a deconstructed form, and diners are responsible for assembling their dishes. The experience is both bewildering and delightful, offering preset noodle combinations and an extensive range of custom options." - Robert Sietsema

Google
My girlfriend and I went to this place after we heard there's a restaurant where instant noodles are the main gimmick because we're both instant noodle fanatics! So many rare flavors and I'm pretty sure you can't even find some of these in the country! Great price for what it offers. Would recommend, especially if you're a lover of spicy foods like I am!

Google
It was a wonderful experience. We would definitely come back whenever we crave for some instant noodle. Lots of dishes to choose from but if it’s too complicated then you can choose from given combos. Staffs were wonderful and space is clean and large enough to accommodate enough guest.

Google
Such a nostalgic experience! So fun for a quick yummy lunch - beef and duck proteins were a huge hit! Place is super chill vibes with great music. Update: also ordered delivery in LIC on a rainy day and this absolutely hit. Noodles are perfectly cooked, egg yolk was runny, pork was tender and pulled apart easily. 10/10

We’ve had our fair share of instant noodles growing up, so it’s so cool to see our memories of instant noodles culminating in an Instant Noodle Factory. This spot elevates ordinary noodles into a novel experience that's not limited to just college dorm rooms and late night eats. Instant noodles are so convenient for a quick lunch or as a snack, and it’s so easy to prepare by simply adding boiling water. It’s pretty awesome to see how a meal like this has been turned into such a fun concept in LIC. I love the wall of ramen showcasing all the different types of ramen right when you walk in. They even have the spice level of each noodle displayed. My friends and I ordered the beef birria, mala madness, champong, and duck duck noods, which are mostly combinations of classic instant noodles. With each noodle dish, you have the option to add extra toppings and sides on - we opted for toppings such as corn, fried fishballs, shrimp shumai, scallions, shrimp, and fried fish cakes. Ben, of course, got the beef birria noodle soup, which comes with tender marinated beef, corn, and jalapeños. The duck duck noods come with a pulled duck leg, scallions, and a soft-boiled egg. The mala madness is a combination of Buldak Fire noodles and mala spice. Our cousin loves spice, so he handled it really well - he could've upgraded to the Buldak 2x spicy. I got champong, a spicy seafood noodle soup, and added corn, shrimp, and fried fish cakes with edamame. Don't forget a drink to wash the noodles down! I really liked the iced lychee yakult tea and peach iced tea.

Google
Ramen is ofc good. They used to let the customers cook the ramen previously now they do it and serve. Employees can be more friendly. They are busy on their phone and doesn’t seem that they like coming out of the covered place. Bad customer service but good location price and food

Google
I loved this place! I got the classic tonkotsu and husband got the duck noodle, both with the soy egg add-on. Very tasty, generous servings of meat and fun experience cooking the noodles. We will definitely be back to try the other flavors. Fun place for date night. It wasn’t too busy on a Friday night (7:30) but I could see the wait for the kiosk being long if it got busier, since it takes a while to select all the options.

Google
A fun and tasty ramen experience. 🍜 You start off by choosing from a variety of instant ramen options. I’m vegetarian and they have at least 5 different types of veggie ramen options to choose from. You can add extra toppings into your ramen like fried garlic and/or an egg, and some toppings are free of charge. You also get to cook your own noodles with the help of a machine before eating. The ramen is very tasty. I’ve been here various times already so I would recommend you try. Shoutout to all the team members who made Instant Noodle Factory possible. Thank you!

Google
Super cute concept that is very simple and well organized. Ordering from the kiosk and navigating the different ramen and topping options was very easy. Getting the order took longer than expected and there was a few toppings that were sold out, such as egg and scallions. The meal itself tasted good and I got to try a ramen packet I've never had before! I chose all free toppings and added birria beef for my protein. I also got a peach tea that was refreshing and not too sweet. The meal came out to around $15 which isn't a lot for dinner but a bit steep for instant ramen. Overall I liked the experience and would recommend trying out with friends.

Yelp
Worth trying because it's an interesting concept. Ultimately it becomes too pricey for a dish that you could make just as good at home for much cheaper, but they have a pretty wide variety of instant noodles with some flavors that are hard to find elsewhere, so for that I'd say it could be worth making the trip. Recommend: adding the beef birria topping

Yelp
Kind of a fun experience ... but it embodies the "we have this at home!!!" It is pricey for an instant ramen + random toppings. Some of them can be unique and interesting combinations, but unless you're paying $15 for the combos one can be left wanting something more. Can be fun eating solo or with friends, although there are few group tables. Very minimal service touchpoints; depending how introverted you are that may be a good or bad thing. Especially because order and payment is done via kiosk or phone. The one server preps the ramen and sides/toppings you choose and hands it to you; the number written on the tray sticker notes the setting to use at the water boiling station. It's quite straightforward, that you click the setting and cook the ramen there. Because of this, the ramen is served very hot! Overall a fun experience to go with friends and offers good inspiration for the next time you make instant ramen at home.

Yelp
Instant noodles in a restaurant? Why not! Pros: - Great selection of ramen, over 100 total - Plenty of noodle topping add-on options - Self ordering, but staff was nice and helpful - Easy instructions and one button cooking Cons: - Selection mostly from Japan, Korea, and China - Price could add up fast if you add toppings - Not everything on display was available - Self ordering could get confusing at times I love a good instant noodle. I have tried so many brands and types of noodles from all over Asia. With that said, I have been hesitant to try this relatively new place in LIC because I'll be overpaying for something I can easily do at home. However, i'm glad I visited this unique restaurant. The space has mostly counter seating and couple of tables. The walls were decorated with a large noodle display, combo options, and multiple menus. I was feeling a Chinese lamb noodle, but they were sold out. Then I tried ordering two different Chinese seafood noodle, but once again, both not available. Lesson of the day - stay away from the Chinese flavor options. Lol One of the staff member recommended me the Nissin Seafood Cup Noodle ($6), which costed more than my original choices (between $4.50 to $5.50). However, for my trouble, she gave me two for the price of one. For the freebies, I added scallions, corn, and fried garlic. Then, I topped it off with fish cake w/ onion ($1.50) and a marinated soft boil egg ($2), which were both excellent. The total cost of the meal was about $10.50 including tax. You throw away your own garbage. I tried tipping, but staff member behind the curtain said it was not necessary. Overall, I really enjoyed it, and would come back to try other interesting instant noodles.

Yelp
I met up with a friend here for dinner because I've been wanting to dine for the novel experience. I love the walls showcasing all the flavors of ramen available. A lot of rare flavors and combinations possible. The place itself is clean and well maintained with a good amount of seating available. I ended up getting the beef birria noodle soup, with a soft boiled egg, and the spicy mala oil. Overall a fun dining experience.

Yelp
Love Instant Noodle Factory more and more each time I go. I literally want to try every type of noodle they feature on the noodle wall. Not sure how spicy I will ever go but only time will tell. Given that you are pretty much in charge of cooking your noodles via the directions given to you (I mess up every single time and whatever staff is around is always super sweet in helping me) and that might throw some people off, but this spot is quintessential Queens. Fun, slightly kitschy but most of all very delicious! Another thing to note is the beef birria stacks up to others. I'll throw beef birria on anything any day especially noodles!

Yelp
This was quite the experience! I'm not a huge instant noodle person. I like them, but they're never my first choice. But this spot was recommended to me and I figured why not?! The shop itself is decorated perfectly and very Instagram friendly. The ordering process was very simple. You order your noodles and toppings/ingredients on a kiosk and then they bring everything out on a tray for you. You then cook your noodles with their machines that add hot water as you stir everything up. The beef birria noodles I had were very good! It had really good flavor for instant noodles and some extra toppings like the jalapeños. It was very hot for a long time so I added in some rice to soak up the water and also help cool it down a bit. They give you a spoon and chopsticks so better practice up your chopstick noodle skills before heading over here! This was a cool experience and I would go back. It's fun!

Yelp
instantnoodlefactory is the ultimate paradise for instant noodles lovers. It's the DIY instant noodles haven that brings your wildest noodles dreams to life. As you enter the store, you can see the stunning illustrated mural of soup that welcomes you and the "Wall of Ramen" showcasing 115 noodles varieties. Each package is like a work of art, labeled and displayed with the care of a museum exhibit. Personalized your noodle creations with variety of mouthwatering toppings such as pork chasu, fish ball, marinated soft boil eggs, ducks, beef Birria and many more. Or you can order the combo or pre-set. Don't forget to pair your noodle creations with their diverse drink selection. Gather your friends , bring your creativity , and let the noodle festivities begin!

Yelp
Interesting concept. If you try or get your favorite ramen or any type of noodles, you might want to try this place with various toppings. There is a combo that comes with a drink or build your own, toppings are extra. The cost of the meal can quickly add up with a topping here, protein there and next thing you know it's more than if you cook the items at home. Though truthfully, I don't have a marinated soy egg or fried garlic at home and to buy it for one setting is too much. It takes a little while to receive your tray and your items. An employee will ask if you have ever dined at the restaurant. If you haven't, the employee will explain to you how to cook the noodles. The number on the tray is the time it takes to boil the water and cook the noodles. For my udon noodles, there was a 2 on the tray so I put the bowl on the machine and pressed the 2 button. Watched the water fill up the bowl and begin heating up. Didn't see my water bowl boiling like the one we saw earlier but it was hot. I pressed the button for extra cooking time since there is a suggestion to add the toppings at the end though the egg takes a bit of time to heat up. I would suggest putting the egg in earlier if you want a hot egg or a bit later if you want a warmish egg. The other items I ordered included roasted pork belly, fried garlic, and kimchi which didn't take too long to heat up. Warning: Be careful removing the bowl from the machine since it's hot! It is a bit hot when you eat the noodles or items. The marinated egg was on the salty side though my bowl wasn't too salty until the bottom of the bowl so it was complimentary. If you order a noodle that is more on the salty side like mama, you might want to get some extra water to dilute the flavoring. We ordered a side dish of kaarage which was a bit hard and oily. More breading than meat though it gave us more protein to the bowl It's interesting to try different noodles and toppings. PS: There is no public bathroom at this location.

Yelp
Very fun concept! You order your meal from a kiosk, then an attendant comes out to help. I tried the laksa, which was just OK (I know, that's what I get for ordering the outlier at a mostly ramen-focused place) but the chirashu in it was amazing. Don't know if I'll be back because it's kind of out of the way from the Court Square area, but glad I tried it once. Ramen wall is cool and there is plenty of seating.

Yelp
Super fun, cute, and creative spot for instant noodle lovers! Right when you walk in, you'll see a wall display of a variety of instant noodles. Some you'll recognize and some you've never knew existed. Once you put in your order, a staff member will come out and show you how to use the induction stove to cook your noodles.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this concept, inspired by instant noodle convenience stores you can find across Asia. Upon walking in, you're greeted with a large wall gallery of instant noodles, which also conveniently serves as your menu. For those who don't want the hassle of having to interact with another human being when ordering food, you're in luck. At the end of the shop, there's a place to place your order and pay on an iPad. Soon after, a tray is delivered with your instant noodles in a lined paper bowl alongside any toppings you've chosen. You can then cook and prepare the noodles yourself, with the setting you're supposed to use listed on a piece of paper. It's a great place to enjoy a quick and convenient meal. No frills eatery and admittedly pretty fun to watch your noodles cook in anticipation of devouring them!
google avatar

Vishnu G.

Yelp
I ordered the soondubu ramen with added kimchi and a marinated egg, which came out to about $10. You're presented with instant noodles and the toppings when you order. There's a little induction cooker that adds water and cooks it for a predetermined amount of time. Then you pour off the extra water. It tastes more or less like instant ramen with interesting toppings, so nothing groundbreaking. But it's inexpensive and worth a visit for the novelty.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a cute little store located in LIC. There are the menus located all over the place, from combos to desserts. You choose what you want to eat and they have 1 kiosk to put in your order with your toppings and extras. Then they bring it out and tell you how to prepare it. I thought it was a cute experience and I'm glad I tried it. I had the duck duck combo and my bf had the beef birria. I recommend ordering a drink or bringing water because it can get very salty as with all instant noodles!

Yelp
The food is good. Very interesting spot. They aren't totally integrated with the other apps yet. There's no service as it is self service. The place is clean and nicely decorated and lit.

Yelp
Such a cool college hang out kind of spot! A wall full of ramen and noodle options from all over the world basically. You can do their pre-determined options or make your own ramen bowl from scratch. The amount of options and the display of options on the wall is so fun to see, and the servers are very accommodating and helpful.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
I came here after seeing how cute this place looks. For instant noodle fans, this is your place. I got the budae jjigae and the ramdon. The budae jjigae was essentially a ramen with spam and hot dog. The Ramdon was two ramens with beef and scallion. I also added jja jjang sauce to the Ramdon. Overall the total came to about $20. You basically choose which set you want and the staff brings the bowl out with the ingredients. They tell you how to use the machine to add water and let it sit, something I could just do at home. It was an interesting experience but not particularly worth the price...
google avatar

Naimah L.

Yelp
Didn't get to try the food. The QR code wasn't allowing orders to be places (which I had to use to place my order so that I could use my promo code). The two employees were extremely inattentive, did not offer any solution, and pretty much acted as though it wasn't their job to attempt to help. Service needs a significant upgrade

Yelp
This is the ultimate ramen lover's paradise. What a great idea!! 115 different ramen noodles available to choose from and 1000+ different meal combo choices. You can DIY your own ramen bowl from noodles to toppings or choose from a list of pre-selected combos that mostly cost under $10. To order, place your order choices on the IPad. Then, the service staff will hand you a tray with the noodle cup and dry toppings so you can head over to the cooking station with the heating machines. To cook the noodles, place the noodle cup under the machine, press the number that corresponds to the amount of water that's appropriate (a number 1-4, written at the corner of your food tray). It should take ~3 minutes for most of the noodles to be cooked and the noodles to be ready. Then, assemble your dry toppings, mix and enjoy! This was such a fun and interactive experience for a casual lunch. I love how novel this concept was. There's plenty of choices and sufficient seating to dine in. Yelp
I've been twice now and can confidently say this is our newest neighborhood favorite! When I first heard about this place, I thought it would be a fun, gimmicky spot that I would never return to - but I was quickly proven wrong. There are tons of choices for instant ramen (and if their Instagram is to be believed, they'll soon have 100 different choices) and toppings, ranging from the free (green onion, naruto, garlic chips) to premium (duck, chashu, marinated soft boiled egg). You place your order through an iPad-style kiosk and then wait for your name to be called. An employee will pop out with a tray with your ingredients and explain how to cook the noodles using the automated machines (the tray will indicate which number on the machine to press, which corresponds to pre-set boiling times). Then, cook up your ramen, add your toppings, and enjoy! The selection of ramen is pretty impressive, even including some Buldak versions not commonly found at your local H-Mart (cream carbo!) and Hong Kong-exclusive Cup Noodles. The toppings are reasonably priced (if you go all out, it'll be around $15-17, but you can easily make a cheaper bowl that's still tasty) and much tastier than I expected. The chashu is up to par with any fresh ramen restaurant in the neighborhood. If you're overwhelmed by the choices, there are also pre-set combos. Overall, a great experience at a fair price. My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised at how the toppings transformed the ramen from a sad struggle meal to a "real" dinner. I know we'll be back many times to test out all our wildest combinations!
google avatar

Emily L.

Yelp
While it was tasty and fun, due to the nature of NYC rent prices- it translates to $15-20 (if you add toppings) to have a bag of instant ramen. Great for the experience, but not Asian convenience store prices... workers were friendly and place was clean. Lots of options for instant noodle (spanning diff countries) and toppings.
google avatar

Steve R.

Yelp
Flavorless overpriced and left all the premium toppings off my order. Avoid at all costs.
google avatar

Diana C.

Yelp
Just to get it out of the way: this is instant Ramen, so be sure to walk in knowing what kind of standards to expect. With that being said, it's very fun to choose exactly what you'd like to eat and the pricing is very affordable. They have set combos if you're indecisive like me. It's worth going for the novelty but maybe not regularly unless you really love instant Ramen! The staff were very friendly and helpful and walk you through the cooking steps.

Yelp
Fun concept for all the instant noodle lovers out there. Restaurant was clean and had minimalist decor. There were a couple of tables up front and a row of bar styled seating. You can order at the kiosk in the back or via QR code. Upon submitting an order, the staff brings out a tray with your food and you get to fill up your container with hot water at the hot water kiosk. Be sure to follow the instructions! I was a little confused and concerned by how the protein was served cold or frozen. The shumai was frozen and the duck in the duck duck combo was cold. Thankfully though, everything warmed up if you follow the instructions and be sure to give your bowl a good stir. For the price point, I'd probably prefer to go across the street to get a bowl of ramen that didn't come out of an instant noodle package. However, I understand the novelty of this idea and appreciate the concept, especially if you've been wanting to try different ramen/noodle flavors from different countries without having to commit to a six pack at the supermarket. No restrooms on premise.

Yelp
New must try spot in LIC! This is our second time here after randomly stumbling upon it in the neighborhood last weekend. It's a fun twist on instant noodles: you pick your noodle pack base and add any toppings you like to add protein and fiber to your noodles. The cooking process takes about 3 minutes, you do it yourself by pressing a button and its fast and efficient. Load up your ramen with the different toppings and enjoy you yummy meal! It really gave us a new appreciation for instant noodles. Overall a chill spot that my wife and I enjoy coming on the weekends regularly!
google avatar

Stephany G.

Yelp
Find the time to pop in here and try one of their amazing combos or customize your own ramen bowl! We've now been twice in the past week and plan to make it a regular stop off on weekends. The customer service from the owners is sweet and genuine-- you can tell they truly care about the experience they offer you here from the minute you walk in. The decor is also fresh and clean-- they have their own pets as the mascots and it's all over their bowls and signs, SUPER CUTE So far my personal favorites here are the duck leg, the marinated egg, and their tofu for toppings. Both of the teas they offer (peach tea and citrus ginkgo tea) are made in house and are so refreshing-- perfect pairing with any of the noodles. Honestly I can't rave enough about this place, this is definitely a hidden gem that should be found ASAP by you and everyone you know.

Yelp
A new concept in the US. In Japan, and Korea, these systems are common on every 7-11. It's fun and innovative. Come down for a quick cheap meal and enjoy the variety.

Yelp
Instant noodle factory is a great place to stop by with friends to experience something authentically Asian right in your own neighborhood. You have a selection of instant noodles from all over the world that can be hard to find without digging into local shops tucked away in the outskirts of the city. If you're looking for quick service, good environment and a novel experience, this spot is worth checking out

Yelp
This place was fun for lunch! We were having a doctor's appointment around the way and had an eye on this spot since we seen it on TikTok months ago. It's very visual, allowing you to see your options by category and it is all self serve. You place your order on a kiosk and then they bring you a tray that has instructions on how to cook it. The staff member will come out to help if you are there for the first time. It was fun to make our own ramen combos. I was excited to try buldak noodles for the first time and it definitely was spicy! I found the marinated egg to be a tad too salty for my palette.. next time I'll still to the regular soft boiled egg. Overall, it was fun to cook our own noodles. My daughter really enjoyed it but it's definitely a little on the pricy for packaged ramen! It is definitely a novelty place, for a once in a while noodles with a self serve experience.

Yelp
I had seen plenty of fun and musical Instagram reels, so it was surprising to walk into a quiet empty space. It had the eerie and exciting vibe of an escape room. "Okay there are clues all over the walls. Let's figure this out," I said quietly to myself. My favorite thing about ordering from a kiosk is that you don't need to look anyone in their rolling eyes when you order your extra eggs, extra chashu, extra sausage, extra spam, extra duck meat, extra fried onion, extra fried garlic, scallions, shitake mushrooms, and other toppings I've forgotten because I had temporarily blacked out when my tap-happy finger took over. There is no one judging you for spending $35 on a single bowl of instant noodles, then getting another two bowls so that you can make your own Neoguri/Chapaghetti combo that you'd been wanting to try for 4 years since Parasite came out. Restaurant servers have stopped me from ordering too much before. But kiosk is very supportive. If this was their strategy to make customers buy more add-ons, it certainly works on me and I love it. They write a number on your tray that corresponds to the number you need to push on the hot water dispenser / hot plate machine. This tickles me to no end. The bottoms of the paper bowls are lined with foil so that heat can can transfer into the bowl and actually boil your noods. There are tray-shaped grooves at each water station in case you're not sure where your tray should go when you're waiting for your noodles to cook. The permanency of these grooves concerned me because it's the equivalent of shaping your kitchen counter to fit your mixing bowls. What if you get new bowls! I looked at my 3 marinated eggs, then over at my eating companion's bowl which was uncomfortably holding so many items that the top few layers were still dry. We were doing this right. Oh and yes it was delicious.

Yelp
This was a really fun experience! My husband and I are very good at making instant ramen at home with various toppings, so we had low expectations when a friend recommended this to us, but wow, there are so many various types of ramen and broths to try. Some of the ramen offered can't even be found in any Asian grocery store nearby. I wanted something more familiar for my first time so I chose the Kimcheese and added on egg and kimchi. I was pleasantly surprised as it had a bit of a twist to the classic Korean flavors with the jalapeno sausages. There's also an option to add rice to soak up the broth at the end, which I highly recommend. Because there's no server and it's automated for the most part, there's no need to tip. Instructions are easy to follow, so no worries if you don't know which buttons to press to boil your water and for how long. I hope this place is able to stay open for longer at night in the future, as it'd be a great place for people to eat after drinking. Can't wait to come back and try something new!

Yelp
My friend and I had the opportunity to visit this spot for lunch on a weekday. We both live in the neighborhood and wanted to see if the spot was worth the hype! We arrived around 1 PM and walked in. No need to make a reservation since this spot is very casual. When you walk in the walls show the types of bowls you can order, the bowls you can make, and how to order as well. When it came time to order I decided to go with the beef biria combo. After ordering you sit down and the server comes out with your bowl and instructs you how to use the water heating disc to make your dish. Overall a fun experience but given the prices for the common ingredients it seems more like a novelty rather than something I'd visit multiple times.

Yelp
This place has no business being this good! It's like those days in college when you used to remix your instant ramen. The restaurant has about 80 varieties of packaged noodles, and you literally choose your noodles and build a bowl. They have a wide variety of toppings, including fried onions, garlic, corn, marinated soy eggs, duck, beef birria, chorizo, and of course chashu pork for those ramen aficionados. They also have pre-selected combos. I ordered the Duck Duck Noods, a pre-selected combo, which contained scallions, soft boiled eggs, pulled duck leg, and MAMA duck flavored instant noodles. I swapped the soft boiled eggs for marinated eggs for about $0.50 extra. As for the ordering process, you place the order on a kiosk in the back of the restaurant. Since this was my first time at the restaurant, I was confused at the ordering process and the types of noodles and combinations. There was one person in the front of house, but when they go to the back to retrieve the noodles, there is no one to explain the ordering process. There is only one kiosk and the line builds quickly while people are confusingly trying to place orders. After ordering, they bring your bowl, which is mostly dry ingredients. You take the bowl to a machine on the side of the restaurant that adds water and boils the noodles within the bowl. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and the noodles were quite tasty. I'd definitely come back to try different noodle combinations.

Yelp
Happened to stumble across this newly opened spot around the area - im so happy this concept is finally here. Definitely recommend coming here as the selection of instant noodles is unmatched-with stock you cant find at grocery stores that are native/popular in Asian countries. Something about the induction cooking just makes the noodles that much richer/tastier. The toppings are so suiting and price is amazing for the quality. So happy this concept finally was done right in NYC

Yelp
Be Careful, when you warm your noodles, the plastic from the gets burnt and goes inside your food. This place is very quiet and aesthetically pleasing but it's very unsafe to eat cup noodles with plastic inside.

Yelp
My wife and I decided to try out this place tonight since the weather was rainy and it seemed like a good time to have ramen. I'm glad we decided to get food from here. I placed the order online for take out and by the time I got to the store, the food was ready for me. When you get the food for take out, they give you the noodles uncooked and you have to heat up the noodles depending on what number (1 thru 4) is on the tray. Once the noodles are cooked, you then put the rest of the ingredients on your tray into the ramen. My wife got the Classic Tonkotsu, chicken karaage, and an iced yakult lychee. I did a build your own and got the mama chand with pulled duck leg, silken tofu, scallions, Narutomaki, and furikake. When I got home, I realized I never got the chicken karaage. I texted the place that I never received the chicken karaage and they were able to refund me right away. I would definitely recommend this place because of the the fast service, the pricing and the quality of food. Usually I'm not a fan of ramen because it's usually too salty for me but this place didn't have too much salt which I was a huge fan of. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Yelp
Cute concept, great options! I recommend the Mala Madness-- I've tried 3 combos and that's my favourite. It is expensive for what it is but it's also one of those things where it's for the experience.

Yelp
I'm conflicted about this place so here I go. I ordered a traditional tonkotsu ramen. It comes with chashu, soy egg, nori and corn. I added an extra piece of chashu, another soy egg, scallions (I found it weird that it didn't come with scallions to begin with, but I digress) and gyoza. The person I came with ordered the duck duck noodles and ordered extra scallion and a sausage. When the order came out the extras were all mixed up. They put the soy eggs, nori on his tray and on my tray it had some of his toppings. Also his food came out with two ramen noodles and mine only one, not sure if it was supposed to be like that but moving on. Weird but not a big deal, at all. But then I noticed that they didn't give me the corn that was supposed to come with my ramen. I go request it, the girl gives it to me. Then the person I came with noticed his ramen didn't have the duck meat that was supposed to come with his ramen, you know like the whole point of duck duck noodles is the duck. He had to go request it from the back. The duck meat was refrigerator cold. Again not sure if that's standard protocol, but I found it odd to serve someone cold meat, especially for a ramen. Anyways to continue, I then ordered an iced milk tea and I don't even know what they handed me, but it sure wasn't milk tea. At this point we finished the food and left. The food was good. The place was mostly quiet, empty and clean.

Yelp
Quirky cheap and cheerful. Affordable prices. Meal is ordered on a computer add delivered to a machine where you' cook it yourself. Very easy. At 73, I was the oldest patron when I visited but I enjoyed the experience. Very convenient to the LiC Plaza Hotel where I was staying

Yelp
Eh, not bad. Quick meal but I wouldn't go that far for instant ramen lol. The service was amazing tho

Yelp

Yelp
I cannot explain how kind and helpful the staff are! Great service and very tasty noodles, and not to mention the variety of toppings you can put on your ramen! Definitely coming back here. The place is a comforting, and aesthetic ambiance. If you're in Long Island City, this is a must!
