The service was perfect; not annoyingly over polite, but still very helpful. My room was actually upgraded to an executive suite at no extra cost and the room was incredible. It had a tub, shower, 2 balconies, huge couch, all that. The downstairs breakfast buffet is completely worth the cost ( not free, by the way, but completely worth it). The location is also pretty nice. My only complaint was that the bathroom is downright hideous. It needs to be remodeled in the worst way. It has peach marble tiles and counter tops that are totally outdated. The shower is also small. One note, this hotel appeals to a sort of older, high classish type of crowd, of which I do not really fit in (as a 20-something computer programmer), but they treated me well just the same.
