Love this place! The bakery has new items to try every time I visit, and everything I’ve had has been amazing. The Turkish delights are so delicious, and they’ll slice them for you too. Super friendly staff and a great spot to find unique international goodies.

Genuinely amazing store. The smell of baking bread immediately hits you. They have fresh meats and sweets make in store. The staff are among the kindest people I've ever met. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit. I will definitely be back.

I've gotten many things from here, dubai chocolate, dark dubai chocolate, bread, cake and many other things from the bakery. This is the first time getting a meal and it didn't disappoint. Give them a try!

This is my new favorite grocery store and I love all the products that they carry because I don’t trust big box stores anymore. I noticed when you buy fresh produce like this, I feel drastically healthier, and also lose more weight Then bread from Kroger for example. My husband from Argentina also really enjoyed it. The Dubai chocolate bar also lives up to the hype. I’ll definitely be back to buy more fresh breads, fish and goodies.

The best bakery. Fantastic prices on chocolates, eastern Europe grocery items, frozen foods, Amish (yes Amish) produce and a butcher counter with all kinds of meat including halel.

Their cake is very fresh and tasty. I got the chocolate cake with pistachios inside and eclair on top. One of the best I have eaten in a long time. The employees are so welcoming and kind. I also bought some specialty Turkish delight variety box. My all time favorite with pistachio paste inside was stale and had an unpleasant taste. For an expensive treat like that, I am actually disappointed. Other flavors were fine. The store looks organized and clean. They have a good variety of items compared to the similar stores. I would go back.

A plus excellent service! Was always a great store, but now it is it exceptionally clean and well organized. Dina is the best! Food and grocery quality is second to none. My go to for everything !

New ownership brought disappointing changes. No more pork sausages and way less selection of international food. We are frequenting much less than we used to because we order the sausages online now and most of those places also carry the other European items we used to buy there. Amazon has the rest. Yes, that was always true but it was fun to go and buy bread and other items we missed while supporting a local business. Only reason to stop by now is the bread.

Used to be our "dealer" for real polish sausage in the Atlanta area. Sadly the store has changed hands and no longer have it in the deli by the link, and really no pork in the store. No deli really though they're doing fresh halal in the same space. Disappointing change.

First time ordering a cake at this location since the transition of the new ownership. We ordered a specific custom cake for our daughter's birthday and we are very happy with the way it turned out. They make everything from quality fresh ingredients. Adding it to one of our new favorite spots. Can't beat the quality and great prices too. They definitely exceeded our expectations. We give it an overall 5+ stars.

We used to come here often for our Polish foods. We stopped recently to find out they no longer carry any pork or sausages containing pork. They have added more baked goods and fresh beef. The new owner is from Turkey. They should change the name because it obviously is not international food.‍

Butcher is providing all kinds of fresh meat and chicken . Bakery and cake are so delicious.

New owner took over and removed all pork products. No more Patak products, no more delicious deli meats, and cheeses. Great that they have desserts and fresh meat but it was all about the deli. It only caters to a certain clientele now and excludes everyone else. I hope they go under. I know several people who are upset about this and will no longer frequent this store. Total BS.

Was very disappointed! Dropped by today expecting to pick up several family favorite German meats (Patak Meats) just as we have for the past several years, only to find the meat counter entirely empty. The staff says that they will no longer sell any pork products, or products with pork in them. This was the only store within at least 45 minutes that we were able to find these German foods. Now there is no reason to shop there and I have to wonder if there are new owners & what direction they plan on going in.

Great international store especially for middles eastern. Easy access with plenty of parking, the store is clean and well maintained. They have beef sausages, cold cuts, pastrami, cheeses, breads, cakes, veil meat, snacks, and much more. The meet selection is pretty good and halal- come on Friday if you need beef sausage. Prices are fairly decent. I stop here once a week to pick some stuff. They have products that you won't find in other stores so I would I highly recommended checking it out.

Stopped in to get some staples for my Iranian family. Super impressed on how clean and organized the store was. This may sound silly but trust me, many international markets are not clean and you have to check expiration dates carefully, but this store is on point! They have fresh baked bread daily and it is amazing! Pita, barberi, sanjak- if you get there early enough, it is still warm! They have a great selection of nuts, herbs, spices, sweets. As we were paying, a lady brought in freshly made cream puffs that we added to our bill! The staff is also very friendly and multi lingual.

CEVAPI LINK SAUSAGE is so good and fresh. I buy the ones in meat shop and they are packaged for you already. Put it on the grill for a few minutes and also buy the soft cream and avar for dipping! They have Bosnian bread, Bosnian burak, cevapi and tons of other Eastern European gourmet foods. I also get chicken pate spread here too!

They have many popular items from Eastern Europe. It's a very good place to visit if you want to try something new, or if you miss the flavors of Europe.

This store is for lovers of Eastern European food. I usually visit it twice a week - Monday to see new deliveries, and Friday to get meat. Very nice and friendly employees. I mistakenly assumed they speak Russian since they have a lot ofRussian food :). Recently I tried their cakes - it's unbelievable how addictive all those sweets can be :). The best cakes you can find in our area. Meats - try their smokies sausages!!! Of course buckwheat, salt herring, caviar, and many many other good things. Ladies who work their will always help you and recommend something if you have doubts. I always feel so welcome there. Even the store is smaller than if used to be, it still have a good assortment of everything. Also it has clean smell. I'm picky about bad smell at stores, and this one doesn't have such a problem.

Those who know me, know that I love offbeat international grocery stores. In fact, I have not done any food shopping in the traditional suburban grocery store in such a long time, that I can't remember the last time. so one day while "stalling" (I was 1/2 hour early to a doctors appointment near by) that I stumbled across this international gem in the otherwise "white bread" world of grocery shopping in Alpharetta. Stalking the aisles, I noticed an almost complete absence of American products. Sure I saw brands that are familiar to most Americans, like Knorr, but the packages were imported from Russia ( the logo was familiar, but I'm guessing at the Russian origin, but the writing on the package was all in a Cyrillic alphabet). Aisle after aisle of goodies that I could only guess at the taste of . Mostly Eastern European, the selection spanned every culture of east of the Oder river, from the Arctic to the Caspian Sea. The spice aisle was my weak spot. We tend to use garlic Aioli on a lot of goodies,and the recipe we use calls for spicy smoked paprika - and that was their sweet spot (spices in general). Needless to say I walked out with several new (to me) different Paprikas to try. And in the Turkish (!!) aisle there was a find of find for me ~ Lokum ( Turkish delight)! My first introduction to this delightful confection was out in Washington State and the brand called Applets & Cotlets from the town of Cashmere in the Cascades. Buy here were the originals, in every flavor possible. Made from reduced fruit juice and a center of crushed nuts, and then coated with powdered sugar- I was familiar with the apple and apricot with walnut centers - but here were new flavors, like Rose petal, and new to me centers like pistachio. Yum! So why the three stars? Two simple reasons: the deli selection (only pre-packaged items - even from local suppliers like Patak - the Sausage Chalet out in Austell); and the complete absence of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Leslie Moak Murray There are tons of International aisles and stores dedicated to Hispanic or Asian products, but this one is uniquely European, mostly Eastern European. From pickled everything, to pastas, to frozen perogies, this is a fun place to shop. The shop itself is a bit lackluster, but I can see there is work being done to put some style into it. The owner is around to help with the labels, and seems to know his customers. What really blew me away was the candy aisle, no make that aisles, all dedicated to sweet stuff. An amazing variety of European chocolates, cookies, and candies can be found here. I wanted to try every single thing on the shelves in these aisles. The prices are great on everything I picked up, and my plan is to pick up something new to try every time. There is enough variety of chocolates and sweets here to keep me coming back for more. I'm not sure if there were Dukes in Russia, but I am pretty sure I will be the Duke at International Gourmet Foods. Just doing my part to support capitalism!

If you're Eastern European seeking some food you will have a great time here. They have many meats, cheeses, dairy products, dried products, chocolates, canned goods, et cetera! The only thing they do not have are fruits and veggies but I do not think it is necessary as this is a specialty store. Their frozen section is out of this world, they genuinely have every flavor of pelmeni you could possibly imagine. I found their pricing to be competitive, especially for salmon roe.

Amazing selection, great and friendly staff! The store is very clean and well organized. It is my favorite store now for eastern European groceries.

It's amazing they all really helpful ppl and thanks to Dina ( Manager) she was amazing it's really clean store and everything are very organized and good date on all items I have been shopping there almost 2 years and never got any problem with any items plus they know very well about customer service thank you very much

A TASTE OF EUROPE My daughter happened to see this shop as we were driving down Main and since we like to browse these types of stores and try new things, I was willing to stop and check it out. This store does not have produce but it does have a nice selection of non perishable and perishable items, such as cheese, sauerkraut, chocolates, snacks and meats. If you enjoy European foods or just want to try something new, you should definitely visit this store. It is really refreshing to see this type of grocer because it is not as common as the Asian, Indian and Mexican stores we see in the area. It is located on Main, just south of Old Milton and on the East side, across from the Dairy Queen. Welcome to the neighborhood!

I visited IGF for the first time last week and was impressed by how clean and neat I found it. I loved the freshly baked bread in particular. The store also has a wide variety of delicious international food products and for competitive prices. I can't wait to go back.

The store is clean and they have lots of things that are great and super yummy. I would have given 5 stars but I do find them very pricy in comparison to other European stores. There are also some items that are expired but they are pretty good at discounting or getting rid of that. Overall good store

I start shopping quite often at International Gourmet Foods because they have everything I want. The food is all the time fresh, taste great,they have a variety of selections from everywhere, and everything. They are very nice and knowledgeable about there products.Great customer service with a smile .

If I complain about expiration date and cashier tells me " oh don't worry it's only 2 days out of date" that's more than enough to not come back...mistakes happen but you can at least say "I am sorry"

Went there for the first time today. The Kabanos from Patak smelled so good, it never made it home... they have a very nice selection of canned stuff, chocolates, pastas, grains, pierogis, cheese as well. I'm definitely coming back, soon!

A bit a hit or miss depending on their deliveries, but overall- my go-to place for German / Austrian food needs. Best authentic German bread at a reasonable price in Atlanta. Patak products. Baking ingredients, juices, sweets, Kinderschokolade, flour that is untreated / not malted and sold by European grade, pickles, cheeses, meats, herring, fish products, frozen red currants and dried chanterelles,... they have what our family misses.

This is a fun place to shop, if for no other reason than to try to figure out what it is and what flavor it is. They have a deli counter now with meats. Still no fresh fruits and veggies, but that's not really the point. The chocolates are great, the cookies are great, and sometimes you can get stuff on sale. And you can get a cup of coffee to sip on while you shop. Came in very handy last winter. Friendly staff, great place to go!

Very friendly owner, helped me out with my groceries when I was there with two babies. Has a nice variety of european foods, heavy on Russian gastronomy though. On fridays and saturdays they have fresh meat (veal, etc.) Try the custom made cakes, amazing! To the person who rated it 3 stars because they don't carry produce: the name of the store is GOURMET, not Farmer's Market after all! The prices are very competitive with other places (Buford Hwy Farmer's Market) and I found some things even cheaper here than elsewhere.

Today was the first time I went to this store. It was amazing! My favorite items were: Hungarian salami, black current syrup, Romanian zakuszka, chicken pates, honey, pickled stuff. I like european stuff because things are not as salty or sweet. It was an awesome experience! :)

There are several choices for European foods around Alpharetta, but this place does a much better job around expiration dates and pricing. I also liked that they're actually giving you a receipt with names for everything you bought. Other Russian stores will give you a cryptic printout with just prices and you're never really sure whether they added a couple of lines there for themselves. I liked their fresh cake selection in the back of the store. Cakes were very tasty and didn't seem to contain much of preservatives, tasted homemade. Decent selection and prices on pickled produce. Acceptable prices for Patak meats product if you hate to drive down to Austell. Overall, nice store and nice owners/employees.

We didn't buy anything (yet), but this is just a fun place to even visit. TONS of interesting foods and (as other reviewers have echoed) nice to find an international grocery that isn't focused on latin american products. Stumbled on it by accident, but hope to go back soon.
