Intimo Restaurante

Our first night in Panama was capped off by this unique property. The exclusive feel of it (low key signage, you'll think it's closed but you have to ring for the hostess to open the gate to check reservations) and the Intimate nature of the interior (max seating of around 20 persons) make a perfect special night out. The food was extraordinarily creative and the cocktails were some of the best we had in Panama. If I ever find myself back in Panama, this place is on my list of must returns.

Went here for a date night and it ended up being my favorite meal I had in Panama! I am American and my Panamanian husband brought me here. We had the beef tartare, the clams, the pifia rice, and the buttered grouper. Literally everything was AMAZING and so flavorful. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Panama!

This is most certainly a must visit restaurant if you enjoy great food in a relaxed atmosphere! You'll need to make reservations and I'd highly suggest you select the 'Chef's Choice' You won't be disappointed!!!

Awesome place for date night, had the chefs menu for $62 per person, plus wines and a hybiscus tea moscow mule. Fine dining with Panamenians influences in a very intimate place, absolutely loved the clams! The tartare was ok, a bit too plain. Service was very good too!

Phenomenal experience in this hidden gem with impeccable service and exquisite cuisine. The menu offers just enough options but each one feels tempting and worth trying. Good wine selection from both new and old worlds. Ask the well trained waiters for a recommendation and they won’t disappoint you. Definitely a must visit for those who appreciate an intimate setting with an exclusive touch. We’ll definitely be back.

Incredible experience. From start to finish an absolute amazing journey. Food is delicious and the staff is phenomenal. 5 Course Tasting Menu - 5/5 Intimo is currently the No. 70 spot on the top 100 restaurants in Latin America. The restaurant itself is awesome. Very cool old skool vibes. The staff is great. Amazing service and super fun to chat with. The food was incredible. The dessert was sooo tasty. The creamy rice dish was my favorite and had such fun playful textures. The tuna tiradito was excellent as well. The fish was sooo fresh and amazing quality. The torrejas and the sauce were delicious, a nice spice. Plus they were surprisingly light and airy. The bean dish caught me off guard in a good way. I never would have ordered it on my own but was really surprised with the flavors. Definitely opt for the tasting menu.

8 course tasting menu, fabulous. Need to reserve in advance, well worth the price. Portions are bigger than bite sized, a few are practically a normal restaurant plate. Flavors are just wonderful.

Hands down the one of the best food expediences I've had in all of Panama. they have some DELICIOUS and SAVORY food. Time to time they replan their menu, I tried all of foods on their menu so far. Everything was ALL amazing. Can’t go wrong here.
