Self scan is useless, the employees have to tell you how to use it. Sausage patty is half the size of the bagel. Little cheap spreadable cheese. Go somewhere else.

Pretty good hot cappuccino with whole milk for a 1-star place. I’d rate the coffee at 3.

This is the only “coffee shop” in JFK Terminal 7, so I see how the problems started—no competition and thus no motivation to improve. There is a cashier register but was not operating, all customers must order on the kiosk—not an issue for me, but I saw some customers got turned away because they didn’t want to/know how to use the kiosk. I ordered an oak latte and waited for 20 minutes until all customers before and after me were gone. After being asked multiple times, they realized that they lost my order in the queue and had to ask for my receipt to see what I have ordered—so keep your receipt, or your $8 small latte would have no proof of its existence. Atmosphere is nice, which tricked me. Good was as expected. But the organization and service—zero star if I could. I don’t fly Terminal 7 often, but mental note—I will never return to this Irving Farm coffee again.

Waited 20 min for my order to come after I’d paid. Received the drinks eventually but no one had put my ultimate grilled cheese sandwich in the toaster. The loudest lady (tallest head covering to go with the shouting) told me I’d just have to wait. No apology just aggression. So I waited yet another 5 min, finally received it but had to demand the cookie ordered with it, as basically they are completely useless at customer care. This is supposed to be fast food at the airport. People have flights to catch. I feel sorry for the owners as there’s no management going on here and none of the servers seem to know who is doing each order so some are avoided, others half done and the loud lady is shouting at everyone including customers. Avoid this place if you can until they train or replace the staff. Food and coffee are good.

I got the turkey on ciabbata. Sandwich was very good for airport food, highly recommend. 🙌 Not sure why the llace has bad reviews, I thought the workers were pretty chill and friendly. They are a bit slow but I'm sure it gets tiring dealing with annoying customers all day

Breakfast bagel and cold brew were great. I didn’t have any issues with the self-order and the staff were fast and nice.

Pretty incredible to have the perfect trifector: gobsmackingly stupid and rude staff, a machine that doesn't work and a general inability to fix either of these two things. The coffee tastes like dog shit but there's only the one place in the terminal, so I presume they can just carry on being abysmal with impunity.

I have to echo all the terrible reviews. A lot of people had trouble with self service (it didn't scan). I asked the checkout girl to help, and she said 'I do food prep, I'm not a cashier.' I asked her if she could help, or if she wasn't trained to. She said 'again, I do food prep.' She then scanned it (which she could have all along). I don't understand why she couldn't have done this in the first place. Of course I will never go again like all the other people who have trouble with this place - I witnessed four other people having the same issue at the same time. Ridiculous and embarrassing.
