On June 8th, I ordered a cup of coffee and a croissant. The receipt printer in the store was broken, so I didn’t receive a receipt. The staff seemed unable to coordinate with each other, didn’t know which customers arrived first, and couldn’t figure out which items belonged to which orders. The whole situation was a mess.
On top of that, the staff were rude and impatient. One of them even said, “Too many orders, I give up.” Their attitude was terrible, and they clearly couldn’t handle the situation. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my order due to their poor organization and lack of crisis management.
When I went to write this review, I noticed someone had complained about the exact same issue two weeks ago—yet nothing has changed. It’s clear they have no intention of improving. A restaurant that doesn’t care shouldn’t stay in business. Don’t waste your time here. Thanks.
