Italian Fiesta Pizzeria - 47th St

Today I ordered a pizza like I normally do. I ordered pizza from this location and multiple locations of a time in fiesta all the time. Today I ordered a pizza and there was no toppings which I requested. I paid the money for it, but I didn’t receive what I paid for. Upon explaining it to two different representatives, both managers they explained to me that the store is closed and I will not be able to get a refund or an exchange. They explained to me that I will have to wait until tomorrow to get an exchange. I was met with vulgarity and unprofessionalism. Never have I ever experienced this with this establishment. I am thoroughly disappointed and upset at the unprofessionalism and the uneducated individuals that I spoke with. This is business therefore, these ignorant people need to understand what business is. Nonetheless, I know how to play them. I specifically asked for turkey sausage, jalapeño, garlic, and spinach on one side and pepperoni on the other side. Here are pictures of my pizza.

Well first of all this use to be my favorite pizza but after today it’s not I ordered a large turkey pizza with extra sauce got the pizza it wasn’t no sauce they came and got the pizza back because it was delivered the second time it was barely sauce on it smh at this point I give up pizza was cold and nasty with no sauce Italian fiesta is to high to be nasty not 1 but 2 times it’s nasty this was a waist of money I will not order from them again if I can rate a zero star I would’ve because they don’t deserve 1 star at this point.. do this look like extra sauce

I ordered for pickup and had to call several times before my call was answered. Order was ready at the time given. I paid 26.00 for a small cheese pizza and perch dinner. The pizza was hot and that first bite was good. I dislike the fact that Italian Fiesta don’t put cheese around the edges of the pizza. You end up with portions of the pizza that’s just sauce and bread. That lowers the overall score for me. Id rank it 3/5. The fish was my favorite of the two meals. It comes with fries, coleslaw and garlic bread. The pieces of fish were big, which at first I thought perhaps it was basa instead of perch. It’s seasoned well and the fries are reminiscent of Popeyes seasoned fries but slightly better. Their cole-slaw is good if you like it on the sweeter side. I wasn’t impressed with the garlic bread. The only problem I had with order was the fact that they added ketchup packets inside the box with food. I don’t think restaurants realize how unsanitary it is for you to touch these packages and then pack them with the food. I’d rate the fish dinner at 3.7/5 for taste. Overall service a solid 3 out of 5.

Ordered through Uber Eats tonight. Waited over 1.5 hours just for them to give my driver the wrong order. I ordered a medium pizza and they sent an Italian beef in a bag. My driver was nice enough to go back for my correct order. They told him they already gave it away and refused to make another pizza to replace mine. They wasted me and my driver’s time and money (his gas for the trip). Uber was able to compensate and refund me. So I took my money to a better business. Will never support this slow Italian Fiesta again.

If you are from Chicago and the hood, you know about Italian Fiesta pizza. IYKYK. There are some things that could be better like the customer service and the wait once you order, but the pizza is great and has been a staple in the hood for over 40 years for me. They are always good to me and has been one of my favorite pizzerias ever. I have tasted a lot of pizza in Chicago and there are several pizzas that are really good in the city and all around. Some of the best pizza is not always the big box places but the smaller places that are hidden gems.

I usually be ok with this location. But on Super Bowl Sunday they were not staffed and if they were. No one was doing anything. It was at 20-30 pizzas with people's name on it and no one was calling them out. The 2nd thing was the lobby was packed to capacity with people waiting for there orders. My order was given away , I placed my order on uber eats at 3:30 for a Pick up Time at 5:30. I arrived at 5:39. Went to the desk and showed the lady my order number and was told it was not here and that it was passed out

Pizza ended up being really good, but the call center person was VERY rude. Only one item was delivered out of the FIVE items I ordered. I called them to try to get the rest of my food delivered, and the person from the call center would cut me each off time I tried to tell her what was going on. I ended up ordering again through GrubHub. My order was delivered, but still incorrect, but it was minor, and I didn’t want to have to interact with the call center again. I’m only giving 3 stars because of customer service, but the pizza is actually good.

This is the worst location ever! Do NOT I MEAN DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. I just waited 3 and a half hours just for them to tell me that they have the wrong number for my order and they attempted a delivery and will not re deliver. $10off the next order? Maybe if I wasn’t rushed off the phone, than my number would’ve been taken down correctly. Worst of the worst location and honestly all of the locations are completely unprofessional and not worth a penny.
