They use to be good, very reliable. But i just ordered this pizza at 9:30 pm and it has NO SAUCE WHATSOEVER, i didn’t disclose i had any allergies to tomato sauce, this pizza is a DISGRACE to Chicago! We the people keep yall in business for the sauce if i wanted a grilled cheese i would’ve made one. Ruined my evening!

I ordered large cheese pizza with Italian sausage. Trash! Worst pizza I have ever had. No sauce, no taste. All I tasted is grease. Crust was soggy from the grease. Disgusting. I think we can all agree that this location has fell off. Prices increased but quality decreased.

15 years since the last time I had this pizza.This is a 1/2 spinach green pepper also turkey sausage.I pulled the cheese down to show how much spinach you will receive barely 2 leaves.Actually didn’t really see much green pepper either.You can see for yourself how many turkey sausage you will get.The pizza wasn’t seasoned as well.Well I guess you can see not really any sauce either.The memory of eating a delicious pizza from here is in the past.$30 plus ohh ordered a fry for $2.50 I’ll say if they were hot it would have had potential all 16 or 17 of them.Thanks for making me save money next time.

The crust was not cooked all the way. It had a doughy texture. I ordered two pizzas and they accidentally placed the wrong toppings on the wrong size after repeating the correct order. There was also an additional 15 to 20 minutes on the original wait time. The order taker was nice. If you aren't patient, this place may be a challenge for you.

Worst ever! They need to replace the entire staff immediately! I called in 30 minutes before coming and still had to wait over an hour. They’re unprofessional the woman at the window taking orders is being loud and rude plus using foul language with multiple customers! She wouldn’t give up her name to be reported. It’s the worst location on the South side of Chicago. I don’t recommend this location at all. I don’t understand how people can be so careless about a job in the food industry. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closed permanently because I’m sure on its way!

Disgusting and not done. I will be contacting the health department. Because if they will send a pizza out the restaurant that is not done they probably are breaking other health codes. Allowing your staff to deliver food that is not fully cooked is a health hazard. Monday I will be reporting them to the health department. Next the box should have been secured when it was sent out for delivery. This establishment needs to be reported. I should not have to finish cooking the pizza after is was delivered. I could have just went out and brought a frozen pizza and cooked it.

I ordered a pizza from Italian Fiesta yesterday and when I picked it up it was cold. Because I have been ordering from Italian Fiesta for over 30 years I didn’t make a big deal of it and ate the pizza. Due to an issue that happened today I called and spoke with a wonderful manager named Charlotte. She was so helpful, understanding and compassionate and she offered me another pizza. I originally ordered a small and she gave me a large in return. These days it’s hard to find great customer service but that’s not the case at Italian Fiesta, not only will you get great pizza but you will also get great customer service. I recommend that everyone get their pizza from Italian Fiesta!!!

Pizza is the Best.. Yet getting your pizza another thing.. The service in this place is the WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.. Profanity, Pizza is NEVER CLOSE TO BEING ON TIME. Always crowded.. Pizza is never ready on time.. Your have to wait HOURS.. BUT THIS PIZZA IS THE BOMB...
