Don't hesitate, don't keep checking reviews- eat at Italian Food Company in Key Largo! We tried the sandwiches, the pasta, and the pizza gnocchi bowl and O M G. It was all 5 stars. We are already discussing what we are getting when we come back again this week. Make your night extra delicious and eat here!!

The best food in town!!!never had better pizza, and the ban ban shrimp is so good, we had to order another one. The service is exceptional, our waitress Nicole is great. She’s very friendly, patiently waiting for our orders. she introduced us the ban ban shrimp, it was better than expected; she served our food so quickly, and the food was delicious. Other staff also came and helped out with removing plates and were very friendly. The dinning experience absolutely add more wonderful memories to our trip. We sure will come to this restaurant every time we’re in town.

As a neighbor of Italy and a true food lover, I can genuinely say this pizzeria in Key Largo impressed me! The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that took me by surprise. The service was top-notch – fast, professional, and warm. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A real gourmet experience I would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely spectacular. Not only was the service fantastic, but so was the food and the structure. Gorgeous building with many aspects of classical Italian culture. You can see the pizza being made in a huge oven and a casing of all their desserts. Our server was amazing and the food was out quickly, only around 15-25 minutes to get 8 plates of food, including drink refills and 2 appetizers. Truly a MUST visit for Italian food in the Keys and easily accesible with three locations. Some favorites are the Margherita Pizza, Steak dinner (forgot the official names for a few), E Pepe Pasta (made with real cheese melted off of a cheese wheel), Pistachio Cake, Canolis, Riccota Cheesecake, and the Tiramisu.

Fantastic little place; great pizza; delicious desserts; wonderful friendly staff and great service. We had a lovely meal celebrating our wedding anniversary. Will definitely return here.

Best margarita pizza we ever had! Delightful outdoor dining under a lit straw canopy…Napoli meets Key Largo. Our waiter, Fabrizio, was very helpful when we asked him for suggestions and very attentive with his service. Will have to return soon!

We absolutely love this place! We’ve stopped here several times during our trips up and down the Keys on the way to Cleveland Clinic in Weston, and every visit has been consistently wonderful. The food is always exceptional, and the service is just as impressive, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. While the pizzas are definitely a hit, two of our absolute favorites are the Chicken Parmigiana perfectly breaded and fried chicken topped with fresh, melted mozzarella and flavorful pomodoro sauce, served with a generous portion of spaghetti and the Fiocchi di Pera, a beautifully balanced dish of pasta stuffed with pear and cheese, served in a delicate cream sauce with honey and almonds. Truly unforgettable! Highly recommend stopping in, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely loved it! Nicholle Chirino was playing. We sat in the garden area. The music and food hit home. Only wish I could bring you home with me.

Pizza crust serious flop was like a burrito for take out. Maybe only in store is better. Has potential if crust gets crisp. Would suggest a better cheese mix. A few basil leaves added do not make it a better pizza.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've been to lately. Brant our server was amazing and fast. Busy day because of Key 100 race. All runners were looking for filling carbs for the race. We didn't have reservation, they quickly set a table on the upper side. Ok the food; quatro formaggio pizza, top notch. Classic spaghetti Bolognese, the best in town! Definitely will be back after my race to load on carbs. Great customer service. .

We ate here last year and came back again this year. The food is delicious, they make their dough fresh each day and it is like a cloud. We had the calzone which is big enough for two . Malaysia was our server and she was so nice and attentive. Leave room for desert!!! The atmosphere is so fun and beautifully lighted courtyard and usually music. It's a stop you should not miss.

We came to Italian Food Company after feeling like we wanted to eat dinner that wasn't seafood, did some randomly Googling and discovered this place. Martica was our server. She was fun, funny, kind and informative. We ordered the Montanara appetizer, as well as the chicken pesto genovese and meat lasagna. For dessert we tried 3 different options: pistachio cake, tiramisu and triple chocolate mousse. Every single thing we ordered was top notch tasty. It was so good that we came back the next night and ordered Bruschetta topped with prosciutto, burrata and chopped tomatoes, as well as spaghetti with meatballs, chicken genovese and meat lasagna. AND two more desserts: lemon pie and pistachio cake. Leann was our server the second night. She was fun, attentive and amazing. We are so happy to have discovered such a great place to eat, with the best service! We will definitely eat here the next time we are in town!

I was so excited to visit this restaurant but it was not fantastic. The lasagna had a strange smoky taste to it. The service was great and it is a cute place but unfortunately not my favorite.

Great spot in Key Largo with good food, good service and live outdoor music! I recommend making reservations as seating is limited. Love the keys vibe with an Italian restaurant!

Love love love this place. Let's start off with the food ... everything was absolutely delicious. The charcuterie board is LARGE can definitely be shared by many. The eggplant Parmesan is also delicious. The texture and flavor were perfect. It might be my favorite dish although we shared it as an appetizer. I had the carbonara and my husband had the Bolognese. Both were yummy!!!! I'm more of a carbonara girl and this hit the mark! The service was spectacular :) Antonio our server made sure we had everything we needed and walked us through the menu. Everyone here is so sweet, friendly and welcoming. The ambiance with outdoor seating is perfect. If you're worried about it being hot, don't! The covered area is well ventilated and breezy. Will be coming back :) need to try more things here!!

First time, and loved it. Reminded me of my husbands nana's home. Plentiful and flavorful, thanks for a great 55 th birthday dinner!

Great food! Our first visit as vacationers. You can tell this is a family owned establishment. We ordered pizzas and a sandwich and had way too much food! The pizza is tremendous especially the one with the bacon and hot tomato jam. When they say 6 pieces of pizza (L), it's enough for 4-6 people as the pieces are huge!! You can surely tell the San Marzano sauce is fresh and nothing from Dominos here :-) Delicious!!!

Pasta with vodka sauce is something of my dreams! Buratta with meats was decent, chicken parm was decent. Get the vodka sauce. Seriously - beyond delicious. Get Parmesan and add it to the pasta to get it even cheesier. You won't regret it!

Ambience was cozy, food was delicious and service was top. It's a small location, they offer outdoor dining and are dog friendly. Their parking lot is extremely small, Uber and Lyft would be the best way to get there. Prices are a bit high, but the flavors will make up for it all.

Came here with my toddler for some bites. Ordered the bruschetta and meatballs. They came in a matter of 3-4 minutes, which I found odd... The meatballs tasted raw and the bruschetta wasn't all that. The worse part is that my waitress didn't come check on me til the end and when I addressed what I felt she tried to argue with me. She was appalled by my comment of the meatballs & told me "you must not like the taste because we've never heard this before here" "they are pre-cooked". Never did I get the benefit of the doubt from her & when I finished paying she just walked away. Won't be coming here again. Don't waste your money with this crappy service. I left hungry & with my stomach hurting.

Service was excellent and the food was great. I had the gluten free Ortolana Vegetable pizza and my husband had the Bolognese. We also split a house salad. Definitely one of the best gluten free crusts I've had. Ambience is great and they have definitely done everything they can to make it a nice "backyard feel" and to minimize the traffic noise at this Key Larfo location.

What a lovely Italian restaurant. Music, colorful lights hanging from the trees, delicious Bruschetta and delicious pizza! A definite "must" to relax and enjoy authentic dining. Our waitress, Dilma was very attentive and we had excellent service.

Tana!!! Best service ever. We ordered a nice Amalfi salad with balsamic dressing on the side to share. And then we saw the IFC Sorrento pizza. What is THIS!? Ricotta cheese stuffed inside the crust? Oh. My. Gosh. My husband likes his meat so he ordered spicy salami and truffles on his half. Mine was just cheese. AMAZING. We have a few slices left for breakfast tomorrow. Really nice people. Lovely outdoor seating. Impressive menu. I am glad we found this place. Thank you again Tana.

I keep hearing nothing but great things about this Italian restaurant over in Key Largo and boy did it not disappoint. The ambiance here is very nice, we went to dinner on a Saturday night and there was live music in the patio. You may want to sit outside, there are tons of tables and with the island breeze it was delightful eating outdoors with the music playing. Now to the food! We ordered 2 large pizzas and a couple of patas to share with our group of 7 adults. The Quattro Formaggi pizza was my favorite, it was cheesy and not heavy as it does not have sauce. The 3 pastas we ordered were the Rigatoni Bolognese, Gnocchi Sorentina, and the Farfalle Allá Panna, which was the table favorite! Make sure to get the Gnocchi in their signature pink sauce. All the dishes were very good, the portions are just enough for one person but since we were all sharing this mix was enough for our group. They have a variety of authentic Italian desserts, sadly they had run out of some by this time, so we were only able to Ricotta and Pistachio one which was light with just enough sweetness. Make sure to check out this spot when in the Florida Keys, yes the Keys are known for their seafood but don't miss out on this great opportunity to try their Italian food as well.

This place is beautiful and the lady taking care of us was very friendly and helpful. Dishes are big and good taste. It was not too crowded at the moment of my visit and the patio is beautiful.

I went with my daughter to have a pizza with prosciutto and arugula. That was delicious. Seriously then we also had a penny à la vodka. I wish that you didn't put any pancetta, but it was good. Also had the meatball appetizer they were excellent and chocolate mousse cake that was just OK, the service was very attentive and the girl was really nice and welcoming as well as the hostess cute little joint to go have a casual

Imported noodles, cheese, olive oil with an in-house pastry chef. This place has all the makings of a great Italian restaurant and it delivered. My son had rigatoni carbonara and I had cacio e pepe. Both were excellent! The breads were top notch and the cheesecake was the best we've ever had. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. The ambiance was that of casual Italian deli. I was pleasantly surprised with the dinner from start to finish and will travel out of my way to come here in the future.

Is our first time eating there and it was a great experience. They're famous further pizza, but it's not exactly the pizza that I'd like. We did try a pizza and it was very good. I also had the lasagna which was great. Most of the seating is outside, which is great. The environment and the staff was wonderful and it was a great experience. Can't wait to go back there again.

The ambiance and environment look very inviting! I'm so excited!!! The staff is very friendly! Antonio was nice and was hustling to take care of everyone. I had the Penne Ala Vodka and the Tiramisu. A combo not to be missed. The pricing for the authentic food is worth every penny. Definitely coming back! BONUS: The Fioki is phenomenal as well!

What a nice little surprise. Food was exceptionally good and I loved the vibe. Small home-cooked and authentic Italian restaurant in the Florida Keys felt really random and very wholesome. Would absolutely go back.

Overall would recommend this pace if you're looking for Italian food in the Keys. Was originally looking for a single slice but ended up getting the Molina which was overall to my liking. Chicken Parmigiana folded into a pizza crust. Service was very good overall but the best thing about the place is the ambiance and good vibes. Check it out!!

Saw the reviews and decided to try this place. Big mistake. Just wanted to substitute a white sauce for red sauce since it upsets my stomach. They refused to do it even though other restaurants have always done it with no issue. Lots of other Italian restaurants in the area. Would not recommend this place.

Overall, a great meal and service. We arrived just before 5pm and had plenty of seating choices. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order right away. We asked for garlic bread ( not on the menu) and it was nicely toasted and not too strong. Our fettuccine alfredo was perfectly al-dente with creamy sauce that was not too garlicky. We were checked on often and had a great time. Some music had very "adult lyrics" and seemed out of place though. Got our desserts to-go, as we had plenty of food, but could not pass on the plentiful selection.

The food was surprisingly incredibly awesome!! Our waitress was pleasant and eager to please restaurant was clean and decor was fun - it's not sir conditioned but many ceiling fans kept it comfortable Our meals were fantastic- will be back very soon!

I stopped and ate at Italian Food Company as I was driving down highway 1 thru the keys. They have a diverse menu ranging from pizza to pasta, which will allow you to find that Italian food item that will meet your hunger. I was highly impressed as I walked in at how nice the space was. The tables were all clean and ready for the next guest, the patio area was nicely designed and had a great feel at night, and the staff was all attentive and ready to go. There is a TV in the main dining area showing beautiful scenes from around Italy that really got me thinking about how amazing the country is. I ordered the Fiocchi De Pera which is a pear and cheese filling stuffed into a pasta "purse" and then served with a light cream sauce with honey and almonds. I hope that your taste buds are watering because when I read that description I knew exactly what I was going to be ordering. The food came out piping hot and was so delicious that it fully delivered to my expectations. The sauce was rich without being thick and the almonds and honey provided little bits of goodness in every bite. The pasta was served with a slice of crostini to help you make sure you did not miss any of the sauce. Although I was very full I got a piece of the Key Lime pie since it seems like something you should do at every opportunity. The pie was the perfect way to wrap up the dinner with the sweet and tart flavors and the graham cracker crust. The live music the night I visited was fun. The musician had a repeater that he played certain parts of a song that he would then build on to make it sound like there was a five-person band playing along with him. This just added to the positive vibe and feeling I had visiting the Italian Food Company.

We got pizza to go at the Express location. Tasty! Fresh! Next time we will order in and try the other location. Highly recommended by locals.

The food was amazing. We ordered a gluten free pizza and I thought they brought us a regular pizza. The soft, fluffy crust rivales any pizza dough Their gluten free pasta was also homemade and equally as yummy Our waiter Rafeal was very helpful and attentive. Outdoor ambience was an added touch. We really enjoyed our dinner here! Plenty of outdoor seating as well as a section of patio seating with sun screen panels and ceiling fans. The burrata and prosciutto salad was great! The prosciutto was a bit too salty, but overall it was delicious. Hubby really liked the Tartufo pizza - nice and truffle-y with pesto too, but I thought the spicy salami was too salty. I enjoyed my Farfalle Alla Panna. It was so creamy! If you check in on Yelp, you'll get a free dessert up to $8 value (or $8 deducted if you choose a dessert that costs more than that). The tiramisu was the perfect end to our meal. We ate every last bit of it!

Visiting key largo, and my son wanted a change from fresh fish. He found this place, and since his criteria is "do they have chicken parm on the menu?" We agreed but didn't expect much. Little did we know that we were in for a treat! Son happily enjoyed his chicken parm. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the hand painted tables, the burratta salad with fresh ingredients and the pizza. Oh, the pizza. Thin crust Naples style, crispy crust with a delicious sauce and wonderful toppings. This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Leave room for dessert. Their ricotta pistachio cake was delicious. Son ate every speck of his chocolate temptation.

We went for dinner and everything was excellent. Our server Memet was very helpful and very pleasant. Hubby had the Sorrento Pizza and I had the Fiocchi di Pear. They were both really good, but the pizza was so different and delicious. It was not as crispy as we usually prefer, but it tasted perfect. We sat in the garden and there was a guy playing the guitar and singing. It was perfect.

Food wasn't bad. Great portions. But the thing that ticked me off was that I asked for Alfredo Sauce on my pizza, something they have, and they adamantly refused. For what reason, I don't know why. For me it wasn't a huge deal, but what about people with allergies? They're out of luck? Unprofessional in my opinion considering that Domino's, Gina's, and many other pizza places do it with no problems.

The best Italian food by far when in Key Largo and highly recommend. We were a family of 5 from NJ, in Key Largo for a week, and ate there 3 times because it was so good. One night was just for salads and pizza which is also the best on the island. Reservations are suggested because it does fill up quick.

A little slice of Italian heaven in Key Largo! Wow, I can't believe I had been missing out -- but better late than never! After hearing great things about Italian Food Company for a while, I finally just tried it out. And I am blown away at everything about this place! Tucked right in between northbound and southbound lanes of US1/Overseas Highway, this place is unexpected gem. Outdoor terrace seating, either coveted or uncovered under twinkling lights. Cute Fiat & decor for photo ops. Beautiful tables. So lovely. The owners are Italian and very interactive with their customers -- gotta love that! Our server was so, so friendly. They welcomed my little chihuahua pup with so much love. Fantastic ambiance. We ordered two pizzas -- one veggie and one margherita. They were absolutely delicious! Not too heavy, just right. Served hot and fresh. Yum! There is a large selection of desserts. We had a chocolate dessert that was delicious. My family and I had such a great experience and can't wait to go back!

While Italian food could be the the last thing on your mind while traveling to Key Largo, you simply need to give this place a try! It's a cute spot off Overseas highway. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and when we arrived we were seated right away. We had the Margherita Pizza and we had the Bruschetta which the bread was crispy and toasted to a perfection. What I really liked was that the fact that the food was done quickly and the ambiance was perfect. The decor was so cute and reminded me of much of Italy when I visited. The pizza is also a decent size and enough to share for two people.

Yes ... I am certain you've read it in other reviews but the truth cannot be withheld.... IT's AUTHENTIC! That simple! Treat yourself to delicious pizza and great desserts. Would love to see some polenta or risotto offerings in the future. In the meantime will continue to visit for great ambiance, great service and delicious food. Enjoy

Italian Food Company is one of our favorite spots in the keys. Not only is the story on the menu so sweet and touching but the experience actually matches the authenticity they promise. From the gorgeous tables to the antique Fiat, it truly feels like a little slice of Italy. The food is delicious, though certainly not cheap. It's a bit pricey but that's expected in the keys. I really enjoyed the eggplant parm, although it took a bit to arrive and ultimately was room temperature. The star of the meal was the tiramisu. Absolutely delicious. For myself and my husband having two entrees, one dessert, sparkling water, and tip, the bill came out to just over $50.

Real Napolitan pizza !! OMG Soooo delicious!!! Order to go at night and the next day for lunch before leaving key largo we had to have this pizza again.. is that amazing" super friendly service! Love this place!! Don't miss it

Finally! Good pizza here in Florida. I've been looking around for someone who could get either New York or Italy style pies right and have been sorely disappointed. Until now! I dare you to find a better cheese pie in the state. Next time we will be trying the rest of the menu so we can share details there as well.
