It's KBBQ & Shabu Shabu

This was my second time here and it was even better than before, last time I got the KBBQ and hot pot. Before you keep reading, I need you to just choose this as the place to go…It’s big, clean, lots of good food and great options. Not to mention the amazing bathrooms!✨ I just got the hot pot this time because it was so good that I no longer care for the KBBQ. It’s $29.99 per person at dinner and weekends for ayce hot pot.You pick your broth, choose your starting meats and then grab whatever you want from the buffet and toppings conveyor belt. The toppings are not limited and do not miss, there’s a wide variety of veggies, greens noodles, shrimp, squid, octopus, tripe, rice, cakes, fish, cakes, sausage, tofu, literally everything. The buffet has wings, fried shrimp, glass noodles, rice, kimchi etc. The sauce bar has literally anything you can think of! Kun was my server and made sure I was well taken care of, he was super sweet, patient, made sure I had water and my 100s of plates never cluttered my table! If that doesn’t convince you to come here idk what else….they got alcohol and desert too! But you got to go hard at ayce hot pot, highly recommend beef bone broth as base and the beef toro and pork belly for meats!!

Came here for the first time the other night. The hostess seated us immediately, she was kind and informative. She let us know where the sauce bar and the restrooms were as she sat us down. Their sauce bar had plenty of options as well as their revolving hot pot sides. We did the kbbq and shabu option, doing both is only $5 more. The meats were all great quality. We had a good server as well. I appreciated seeing the staffs being so clean and wiping down the cooking areas. It lets me know this place will stay on top of their cleaning. Which means the food will be prepped safely as well!

This has by far been the worst KBBQ experience I’ve ever had. After seeing the numerous videos on social media, I decided to bring a few friends with me to try this new place out. Going in there was four people at the host desk. The restaurant did not seem too crowded but was told to wait 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting about 12 minutes, we were seated on the far right hand side of the restaurant with no one seated behind us. We were greeted by the server, but was told to give our drink order when he comes back. After about 15 minutes, we were able to get our drink order in and was ready to order our meats to get dinner started. It seemed that the server was already in a rush after only having three other tables on the opposite side of our booth. He then left our table without getting our meat order and someone else brought out our drinks. We then waited 25 minutes for him to come back to take our meat order and we decided to say we needed double orders of the meat since we were starving. It took about 15 minutes to get the meat out to our table as we decided to eat the food that was in the hot area. We were so disappointed in this place because we also needed a refill on our drinks and the server took forever to come back and as if we needed more meat after seeing that our table was empty after we cooked. We decided to get the Bill and leave because we were still hungry but did not have any more time to wait. Horrible customer service I would not recommend anyone coming here if you are starving and need a basic order of meat.

Thank you for a great brunch/dinner! Our server Diego was friendly, sassy, and very involved in our satisfaction. The owner was also going around tables making sure everyone was attended to and taken care of. Thank you for the great customer service and high quality ingredients. The food was great, and my party of two came during opening so service was fast! Note: This price cannot be beat! We got all you can eat K-BBQ & Hotpot for under $70. Enough to say we were happy and full! Panza llena corazón contento.

Delicious, It was very good. Our waiter was nice and he explained everything to us in details. The buffet was great. Overall an awesome experience. We went as date night but definitely for kiddos as well.

We had a great experience at this KBBQ spot right off of 20! The location is super convenient, and is all-you-can-eat. It was our first time doing Korean BBQ, and the staff was incredibly helpful—our waiter took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt comfortable. He checked on us frequently and provided great service throughout. While some of the meats were a bit lower in quality and lacked flavor, others were really good—especially the marinated options. The variety was solid. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience, and we’d come back again, maybe just stick to our favorite cuts next time.

KBBQ is not your typical Korean BBQ, they offer a hot pot selection that you can enjoy on its own or as a part of your KBBQ experience. The service was lacking but it may have just been our server that was not very helpful, attentive or present although, he and the entire staff were VERY friendly. Other servers seemed to be visiting their tables more frequently than ours. This is why they lost a star in my review. As far as the food is concerned, it was very good and the offerings were PLENTIFUL! I don’t recommend it for children or picky eaters especially if only one person at the table is manning the grill for the table. However, for a date night, this is highly recommended. The decor and ambiance is great and feels very upscale.

I was driving home and my birthday was tomorrow so I thought tonight I’m gonna have a great dinner. I love Korean food and I kept passing this place by and finally tonight. I said I’m gonna treat myself I go in and the hostess was super nice bright smile, energetic, and I sit down and the waiter was just the same very happy. It was his best friend b-day and gather the attention of the whole restaurant and we sung her happy birthday. The vibes were amazing now for the food I go to the buffet and I get everything that I think I need. I was greeted by Jeff the general manager and he was very friendly to me and it seems genuine. He suggested that I try a sauce that he makes from scratch. He whipped up all of these different ingredients and brought it to my table. It was incredible salty sweet spicy umami. It ended up being on everything I ate tonight. This was a great start off to my birthday. they didn’t know it was my birthday, but a treat nonetheless this is my new favorite spot.

Always a great option when we are craving kbbq and hot pot. The service is always spectacular and we have enjoyed every meal here. There is a conveyer belt with hot pot ingredients which makes it even more fun!

Fun first-time experience. Enjoyed the grilling and hot pot concept for a birthday celebration. Our server Kun was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a bit pricey ($135 for 2) but it is all you can eat in 90 minutes, and that did include 3 beers in the tab as well tax and tip.

This place is closer to 3.5 stars. Love the concept, prices are on par with other AYCE places. Location has plenty of parking and it's pretty clean. We got there close to opening time and there was no wait. At the front there is a buffet bar with dumplings, fried rice, typically banchan for KBBQ and items that'll appeal to the kids like nuggets and fries. Being short, the back items were a bit hard to reach but luckily I had several taller people with me. I love that we can mix up our own dipping sauces for the meats as well. We decided to do both KBBQ and Shabu Shabu (extra fee). The conveyor does have plenty of options to fill up your shabu shabu! We were a bit bummed on the limited number of quail eggs but there were plenty of other items. The broth spice level goes from 1-5 so we all got level 3. However, we all thought we should've went with level 5 since level 3 didn't taste spicy to us at all - we went back to the sauce bar and just got sambal to add to our pots. The KBBQ meat options are also plentiful but the portions are much smaller than other KBBQ locations. The bulgolgi felt too chopped up that the pieces were very small and should've just been eaten in a rice bowl. We grabbed the pork belly and it was a bit of a disappointment that the different variety was really a slab of pork belly with sauce on top instead of being marinaded.The larger chunks come in 2 pieces at a time so we had to keep ordering more. Our waiter was VERY attentive that there were no issues or delays with us ordering more items. He made sure our burners kept b being changed out, waters being refilled, dishes being cleared, etc. If we have friends that want to try both and are in the area, we may come back here. However, there are other KBBQ places with just as good of a menu. Service was great though!

Overall an okay experience, I'd go back. We only had KBBQ this time around, first time here but might come back & do both. I'd rate a 3.5 if I could but not exactly a 4. Selection of meat on the menu wasn't bad, we tried several things. I really enjoyed the pork belly, we tried the garlic & spicy ones... although they were good they tasted the same. Like the pork belly's overall flavor was there but on the spicy one it didn't taste spicy. The honey beef belly was sweeter than I expected but adding things from the conveyor belt helped cut the sweetness. The pork jowl & prime beef brisket I'd also recommend. A nice variety of options on the conveyor belt, loved the variety of mushrooms. They had a little bar with side dishes & other things. I'm short, reaching to the back pans was a little difficult & I kept hitting the glass overhead trying to reach. Fried rice, dumplings, fishcakes, & cucumber salad (favorite) are recommend. Japchae was actually served as a cold dish which surprised me, it was okay & sesame balls were so so. Pathway to the restrooms are a little odd, if you aren't seated in the back aisle where they are located you have to walk out of your aisle, go around, then in that back aisle to the back wall. Hard to explain but basically each aisle is not open ended on both ends. Restroom & restaurant were clean. Superb service. I wish they would use different tongs, they are difficult to use & hurt your hand because there is no spring at the end to help clench items. Price was fair for two people at lunch. Also, even though it's AYCE when I looked at the receipt I don't recall having three honey beef belly orders or two beef bugolgi order, we only had two & one. A little odd. Still, I would go back & try them again.

Hands down the BEST Korean BBQ I've ever been to!! It's always a pricy experience, but at $30 per person, they really delivered. From the buffet that included pan fried dumplings, egg rolls, japchae, kimchi and more, to a conveyor belt of fresh ingredients to a great menu of meats to seasoned/marinated ones, this is the place to go for great food and a great cooking experience!! We loved the beef bulgogi and ordered 3 plates of it, so that's a definite must when you visit. Our waitress told us that the chef makes the sauces from scratch, so you know attention to detail is there, which resulted in a delicious experience. Will definitely come back and bring my family when they visit.

Stopped by 5/6/25 for a weekday lunch! I'd been watchfully waiting for Grand Prairie to finally get some kbbq in town. The interior was gorgeous and modern, with abundant blue velvety plush seating and a central conveyor belt for shabu shabu ingredients. There was also a large sauce and appetizer bar. We opted for the kbbq only menu, paying only $ 19.95 for a weekday girls' lunch (m-f 11-4p). We tried the following meats: 01) Beef Bulgogi* 02) Beef Finger Ribs* 05) Honey Beef Belly* and were fairly satisfied with the marinade except the honey beef belly which we found to be WAY too sweet. All-in-all, not my favorite kbbq spot in the world, but extremely impressed by the interior, selection, affordability, and location in Grand Prairie, and I can see myself coming back to give their shabu shabu a try!

Was so excited for this restaurant to finally open since it's so close to my house and I don't have to drive all the way to Carrollton or Plano to get some good hot pot! The meat quality was pretty decent, and the service was great! I really loved the inside it was nice, clean, and very organized. The only thing for me was that the soup bases were a little on the plain side, and I didn't mind it but I went with my parents and we have went to all the other hot pot places around dfw and they really like ending off their hot pot meal with desserts, so maybe as time goes on they will add desserts for customers like ice cream or a more variety at their self serve side. Overall I had a good experience, hope as time goes on things get tweaked a bit and it'll be a great spot for hot pot. I didn't get to try their kbbq so maybe next time I visit I'll try that! Almost forgot, since they are recently open, they are giving customers a gift set! So my family and I got a big plate and a small plate to take home HAHAA!! What a cute idea for all the new customers!

If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would This place is a dream come true for food lovers especially if you enjoy a mix of Korean BBQ and Shabu Shabu The quality of the meat was outstanding beautifully marbled and so fresh you could taste the difference with every bite The all you can eat setup is a total win Everything from the spicy pork belly to the brisket and short ribs was seasoned and sliced to perfection The broth for the shabu shabu was flavorful and rich and the veggie and seafood options were just as fresh and generous What really makes this spot shine is the service The staff was incredibly attentive always making sure our grills were clean and our table was stocked with sauces side dishes and more They were friendly quick and clearly cared about the dining experience The vibe is modern clean and super comfortable Whether you are on a date or dining with a big group of friends this place hits the mark The value for what you get is unbeatable I left full happy and already planning my next visit Do not sleep on this gem It is easily one of the best Korean BBQ and hot pot spots I have ever been to!!

I went to this place in Grand Prairie!! Let me say no expense has been spared!!! The ambiance is so beautiful when you walk in, the service is fantastic, you're greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. If you're not familiar with the cuisine they were more than willing to explain how it goes and what they have to offer. They also have a full buffet with sides as well in addition To the rotating sides displayed for the hot pot will be sure to visit them again

The food was fantastic, but service was the worse I've ever had. And when we tried to pay, we had them split the ticket. They put the other party on my card, when I told them, they suggested that I use my card to pay for both and have the other party pay me cash. When I refused the server got upset that I made him reverse the transaction and do it again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

James was very helpful and guided us through our new experience in KBBQ & Shabu Shabu. Great service! The food is delicious and there is a wide selection.

Been to alot of KBBQ and Hot pot places. This was probably my last favorite. We did both kbbq and shabu shabu Pros: Nice decor? Cool conveyor belt. The Ice cream macarons looked good Cons: -Some of the meats were very crummy Like the shavings were very brittle and left alot of meat crumbs from being sliced. -Meats weren't very marinated like they skimped on it -The sauces. I think they mixed up the sugar and salts at the sauce station. Everything was extremely salty even with the sugar added. I couldn't get any of them to taste right. I literally tried 12 times -The Thai Tom Yum broth was too tangy. Really had high hopes for this one but disappointed I really wanted to like this place and wanted another option for Hot pot near Arlington. This was a mid 5/10. It's Do-able but not amazing. I won't be recommending it or return back unfortunately

The hot food buffet line is juat A okay not a lot of selections but enough to wait until our food is cooked. The conveyor selections for veggies and noodles is awesome. The hot pot soup base is tasteless but we can customize to add to your taste perhaps that was their purpose. The decor is unusual for asian restaurant but it is great. Price $29.95 kbbq plus $5 for combo shabu shabu

I was excited to find a hotpot place near my house. My favorite hotpot place right now is Seapot in Plano. I love the conveyor belt with all the veggies and extra assortment you can choose. They also have a buffet area and sauce area. I am happy this is near, but I do find that Seapot still wins my hotpot heart. The service was awesome , they were all sweet and checked on us continuously. If I didn't want to do the hour drive to Seapot , I would definitely come back.

Food was pretty good, atmosphere was nice, and service was probably the best I've experienced! My only complaint is that they need to watch more for people putting plates back on the belt. It was annoying and honestly made me not wanna get anything cause idk if those people were touching other plates and not taking them. Besides that really nice place.

The BBQ meat is very good as it's fresh and marinated. Conveyer belt has a lot of great options, with the hot bar / sauce bar. It's a very modern interior, with nice seating and big screen music videos. Service was ok, didn't get drink refills, not much interaction with the staff. Ordered the spicy house soup and it wasn't spicy at all kind of disappointing.. but overall a decent lunch.

Had a delicious all you can eat meal here! Plus, you can grab items off a conveyer belt. The staff were super helpful. We enjoyed everything! The price was also on point, and we will be back soon!

My girlfriend and I went to It's KBBQ and were seated quickly. Our server at first was James, who greeted us right away and told us it was fine if one of us chose the regular BBQ option and the other did both (KBBQ and hot pot). But a few minutes later, someone who seemed to be the manager or owner came over and said James was new and actually not our server -- that Michael would be taking care of us instead. He also clarified the pricing for both options, which was fine, but James probably shouldn't have made that call without knowing the policy. What made the experience uncomfortable was how James kept hovering. He would come by every couple of minutes, constantly looking at us, and it made it really hard to enjoy our meal. We could tell he was new -- he changed the grill super slowly, even dropped it , and didn't seem to have any KBBQ experience. Overall, we felt really uncomfortable, like we were being watched the whole time. I wouldn't recommend this place to other girls. Both my girlfriend and I left feeling uneasy.

Very delicious food options offered. Loved the uniqueness of the conveyor belt and the friendly customer service offered. Even though this is a new location, management/ownership had brought a great restaurant to this area.

I highly recommend this place! We were a group of four that did the shabu shabu and kbbq combo together. We came during lunch time and the service was amazing! Every food they brought out was so yummy. For the kbbq, we recommend the large intestine and the honey beef belly. The shabu shabu was delicious, and the conveyer belt was so convenient. Our server James was so lovely and attentive. You are lucky if you have him as your server. :)​

It was a good experience. They had a pretty decent selection of buffet line food, the only thing for me was that the restaurant wasn't busy and it took a while for our server to come to our table. Otherwise he was very pleasant, and made sure we had everything we needed :)

The food was amazing. We reordered the short rib three times because it was so good! They have veggies for hot pot on a conveyor belt with lots of options. Super easy! The ambiance was super cute and the service was great! 10/10 recommend

Tried it for the first time tonight. The way they had everything set up was really nice. Service was 10/10 ask for Trey/Bi he was amazing!! Explained everything very well and super attentive which made our experience even better! They don't skimp on the meat portions and had a great selection. It is a conveyor belt for the additional seafood and sides which is a cool experience definitely give this place a try!

I've been here many times and they have good food and great service! The hostess at the front named Cindy Tran was kind and welcoming, and was very informative of where everything was. She even introduced herself and made small talk while selling us delicious macaron ice creams, making us feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything is nice, music on point all the time, the service is always good when we go. Food is great, just no to go allowed, but can't go wrong with all you can eat- so still very much worth it. It's also a BYOB!

Amazing new restaurant. There are hot foods aside from the choices on the conveyor belt. Price for both shabu and bbq is an additional $5. Overall, would recommend.
