If you’re looking for a true high end local dining experience, this is the right choice. The service team seemed a little messy at times, creating a slight chaotic ambiance, but once seated it’s rarely noticeable. Besides this, they were helpful to navigate the menu, adjust for intolerances or allergies, and followed perfect timing between courses.
The food presented a combination of Spanish and French cuisine, which was well displayed in all plates. The combination of the calamari and prawn carpaccio with the fois gras, was surprisingly good, although texture wise I feel it needs a bit of adjustments. The tarte was very well executed, crispy and light, which combined with the grilled scallops was really an experience, although I would prefer slightly less fois gras as it covers the delicate flavor of scallop, if you were to eat all of it. Finally the desert was a perfect ending to the meal, the caramelized sfoglia was crispy and went really well with the chocolate ganache and the tartness of the raspberries.
