"Founded 15 years ago by co-winemakers Emily Towe and Jody Brix Towe, J. Brix Wines started in a garage and grew into a facility in Escondido. Known for low-intervention wines like Cobolorum Riesling Pét-Nat, J. Brix sources varieties from California vineyards, including Santa Barbara and San Diego County.
