Waited in line for about 20mins, Soo long they turned the timer off. The food wasn't good at all. My hash brown tasted like it sat out all day. My taco's were chewy. I ordered a strawberry shake & the machine went out mid fill up. Then the lady had to refill the machine so she asked me if i could park in front after about 8mins of waiting. A line of about 4 cars formed behind me. Ridiculous

Food and service is great my problem with jith or Uber eats whoever charging ridiculous prices should be considered unethical. $24 for 2 milkshakes! 1 was regular one large. Absolutely insane and unbelievably frustrating.especially when your paying for Uber one subscription. Please what are all the " fees"? 🙏😭

I’m never coming here again The Boba is always hard in the Boba iced coffee and then when you asked them to make it soft, they look at you like you’re crazy. Also, I spent $40 on food here and The Lady goes. Have a good night and close the window on my face. this place is just straight up, The food is cold, and the customer service is horrible

girl that works night shift should quit lol and the gap tooth'd dude that looked me in my eyes and asked what sauce i wanted and didnt give it to me JUST JOIN THE UNION ALREADY BRO! XD rubbery pop corn chicken in a ghetto area for 12 bucks not bad. just eat at home

I’m a little irritated. Its 9:30 line was long and they gave me an unacceptable cold hamburger. (How with so many customers ? 🧐) Avoid the double bonus combo. I feel the staff allows burgers to sit. Not freshly made. Kid gave me water which was nice other than that the manager should be fired. I’ll stand on that. And I didn’t get my receipt so I couldn’t call the number.

After having a bad experience at Pollo Loco for closing at 9:44 PM instead of 10 PM. I decided to come here, the staff here are very friendly it’s 10:10 PM and they took care of me. Drive-thru it’s also perfect sense I’m driving a limo its a straight shot.

It's almost as if they didn't hear me ask to make it extra well done but than my wife looks at the receipt and it says it right there

I ordered the French toast sticks and after paying they asked me to pull to the front door while they make them. I didn't mind figuring they were making them fresh. I didn't check the bag because I received a call (law enforcement). 15 minutes later I check my bag ready to eat and lo and behold I was given burnt French toast sticks, BURNT!! So now I gotta continue working hungry because someone doesn't know how to monitor the fryers. Mind you I was the only car in drive thru

Coffee was good. Thought i come back here and plug in. They actually turn off the power. I had to ask of they could turn it on but they didn't.

I'm rating 5 stars because of the employee Edna. She's been the cashier for the recent two times that I've eaten here and I love her! She's so kind and patient with my order. She also has good memory; she didn't forget about the two sugars and creams that I asked earlier for my coffee! Good job on whoever hired her. That kind of customer service is what makes people come back and eat here. The food was hot and fresh, and so freaking good that day. The presentation looked like what you would see in a commercial lol. Inside the restaurant, meh. It wasn't too dirty but it wasn't too clean

This Jack location is my and the family's go-to "Box" spot in the neighborhood, especially when we are craving their famous (or infamous) "Grease-pit tacos"). Located in the Stater Bros. plaza on the corner of Highland and Palm, this spot has recently been renovated and has a clear, fresh look to it. The plaza its located in has seen better days, for sure; but its nice to see the company investing in renovations to make this location look nice. Our experience with the food has been pretty consistent in quality and taste, especially when compared to food from other JITB locations. Their food is always tasty and cooked through. I think they've only got our order wrong 2-3 times in the two decades we've been ordering food from them. And bonus! They are open 24/7!! To be honest, it's a pretty basic fast-food restaurant. We've all been to Jack in the Box, so we know what to expect. My one main complaint is they need to keep the dining area cleaner. There was one time when my brother and I went in and it looked like a milk-shake fight had broken out recently, and the staff didn't seem in much of a hurry to clean it up! Come on, guys! Appearances matter! It was pretty gross. So all in all, a good place to order food from, especially if you're going through the drive-thru. Your experiences in the dining area might vary, however. So be alert!

Ordered a muchie meal and 2 extra tacos. They forgot my 2 extra tacos. Noticed when I got home, pretty upsetting.

This Jack in the Box is alright my food is always warm & tastes good. The service is so so, because it's hit and miss. Are you going to go in and sometimes you don't. Now I'm not expecting five star service from Jack In The Box but it wouldn't kill them to cut a smile instead of shitty looks. ( this is only from a few bad apples) A lot of the staff are friendly.

Absolutely wonderful . I have two choices between Jack in the Box one one highland ave and one on Baseline. Baseline is not as fresh as the one on Highland and Palm. Excellent customer service, excellent team work, food is always Fresh. Alma the team leader runs an excellent crew. Thank you for such excellent excellent service and for the fresh food.

absolutely amazing service tonight. the team member taking my order at the speaker was so kind and courteous. she allowed me to take a minute to take in the massive menu and answered the questions i had about certain items. she was extremely patient with us. when we got to the window we paid promptly and were offered free shakes! they were cleaning out the machine and offered us free shakes. they're so sweet. our food came out perfect, all extra sauces and spoons for our free shakes! the order was correct, hot, and crispy. everything was perfect and then above and beyond. i was so amazed tonight by the team here.

Rude customer representative took my order. They burnt my pattie for my burger as well.

Missing items from your order are the worst. They read the order back correctly so of course you go home and it is wrong. Where is the quality assurance. And they park you! Has happened a few times. And sometimes you are to frustrated to call on it. And this time I did call. I worked all day was taking food home for my son and his item was the one missing. Oh they say can you come back for it. No I just got home. We pay for this service. It should be deducted from there pay. Only giving a one because it makes me too!

No problems with this Place I drive out of my way to go here instead of other jacks restaurants. The food is always fresh late night and goood. The staff is cool too they don't mess up orders ever.

I'm confused, it's very clean and they were quick but I went to use the restroom and I saw this random thing inside I've never seen these in restrooms and it really threw me off I felt like they were watching me, if u come here just don't take the chance and use the restroom (I'm not sure 100% if it is a camera but I'd rather be safe) my man helped me cover it lol --- if u can prove its not a camera I will definitely remove my post

Very poor service. They asked me what kind of sauce, I said bbq. I pull away and it's ranch. The coke tastes bad. They didn't say thank you it anything. They just handed my card back with my food and turned away. I got the 4 piece tenders, and one of the tenders is like, 1/2 size the rest. Shame.

Have gone here several times and when I order thru the drive thru my order is incomplete. I have called and left vmls to have a supervisor call me after last drive thru order and Erika gave me my order at 6:30am and it was incomplete. They have not returned my calls. Have not had a chance to go in. I suggest you check your bags before leaving drive thru.

This a nice fast foods clean and new they have restroom and lots of parking spaces and breakfast all day it's not that big in inside and they have drive through.

Jack food is jack food but the service here is unmatched. Always friendly employees who always take care of the people. Ive been coming here for years and never had a bad experience with the employees. Its nice to have that. Place is always clean too. I cant say the same for other jacks that ive been to.

bru i came on 09/06/23 and the girl working the drive thru with glasses was so amazing!!!! i wish i got her name im from la so i usually go over there to jacks and they're always rude and stingy... so i asked her to put cheese and sour cream on my curly fries instead of potato wedges and they were so good jacks has not hit like that in a while!!! she deserves a raise or sum fr

I usually never come to this location because of the poor customer service..... but today I went around 9:00pm placed my order and everything and when I got up to the drive thru the guy who took my money his words EXACT. Was "WHAT DO U WANT" like really there gonna talk to me like that wow never coming here again be careful people

Went inside to eat with my son, stood at the counter for 10 minutes and not one worker acknowledged us. One employee was on break eating in the dining area, while security was sitting in a corner on her phone. I said hello twice, and was still not acknowledged.

I came here almost everyday that I work. I Get a ice coffee and the #21. The staff there are wonderful and very pleasant. They always make me feel welcomed and happy to spend my money in this location

The girl Lupe working on August 31st at 1:30am was arguing with us after she got our order incorrect. After we kindly explained what our order was she bluntly replied with "Uh no it was ____" to which we kindly replied again our correct order. I will not becoming back again, very disappointed.

Came here on my lunch break was fast service. With fresh food and fries. Okay pricing 16$ and some change . Good place to go to on a break if in rush or anything like that . This jack n the box is a good location compared to some and even with the rough surroundings of location of restaurant is well taken care of.

FOOD POISONING!!! Most of the time when I've ever eaten here I would get really sick and have explosive diarrhea that same day!!! They don't wash their hands or cross-contaminate. Either or, I would head to the Jack In The box just off baseline & 210 east. I haven't been sick from eating there yet.

I stopped here some curly fries and side of ranch .. they told me to pull to the side and took a while to bring my food out, and when they finally did the fries were old, hard and cold.. so I don't see the point in them having me pull to the side and wait so long if the fries weren't even going to be fresh. I know these fast food places are moreso you get what you pay for, but come on! At least do tour job correctly to avoid horrible reviews from glue service and food.

Horrible horrible horrible. This Jack In The Box was awful. The burger was lake night thing ever tasted before. One bite threw it out. And the two tacos where soggy and cold. Will never come here again. Brand new and it's a shame how bad it is.

This location always takes longer. The drive-thru wait is 15 mins so ridiculous. They're starting to mess orders wrong like McDonald's ( i order curly fries instead i got regular fries )

It says the drive thru is open 24 hours, but this is the 4th time I go and no one answers intercom. I see people inside. It's a shame every time there's a line a cars. I know it's a big name chain, but they should care about 10 or so cars leaving, what a shame.

I will NEVER come here again I went inside to order my food not only did they take forever but as I was waiting I saw that no one was wearing gloves!! Preparing all food with no gloves

Pulled up 3:50 and they said they were closed but it was ten min till 4:00. I had to sit in the drive Thur to get out without an order. This happens all the time. Corporate needs to look at management for lost profits.

You check the order in my phone for a delivery and purposely only charge two items out of five on purpose so I have to wait longer. Screw all you guys. Scum. That's where this country is headed. And ofcourse they laugh. Go Trump!!!!!

This place was so much better prior to their remodeling. Today I ordered 2 simple menu items to find that one of the items was not with my Drive they order. I will be taking my business to Redlands Jack in the Box

I love this Jack in the Box. Cleanliness is consistent. The drive-thru is super fast. The employees are alllllll nice and happy and ready to serve you. I love love love their consistently good food, maybe not good for you, but you know. This place is always pushing their $1 things after you place your order just to get that upsell. Sometimes it makes me laugh when I'm ordering breakfast in the morning and they ask, "Would you like to add 5-piece mini cookies for a $1 more?" Uhhh, no...I don't eat cookies in the morning. Lol. Some people do but not me. Overall: A++

I come here all the time and I've never had an issue but tonight I found a bug in my munchie meal

After all the times I came to this restaurant is that my money I want to use the restroom this one time and she treats me like an outcast and says I got to buy something I don't know about this whole new rest in law but it's crazy in San Bernardino go to another Jack in the Box another city ain't got to worry about a restroom

Horrible. Just went through drive through ordered a chicken sammy chicken strips orange soda cherry soda and two orders of curly fries. Got 2 orders of regular fries a strawberry soda and diet coke. They did get the sammy and strips correct but it did take them over ten minutes and I was only person in drive through. Also manager, male Hispanic didnt get his name, grabbed the soda cups by hand no glove and dipped them into the ice without using hand scoop. Then he went to doing other things like walking out to help a customer grabbing door handle then comes back grabs another cup bare handed and scoops it into ice. Pretty sure that's a health code violation.

This is the worst jack n the box ever, they charge you extra for pickles, letteus, tamatoo. The management is the worst!

Great customer service skills the staff makes you feel warm and welcomed and their time efficiency is superb! Employee Kaylee has a heartwarming smile and is so polite and kind god bless her heart ! I love this jack

Just ordered 2 monster tacos late night and usually there good , tonight they tasted fishy. One bite and i threw them out. I was dissatisfied .
