I have been here twice for lunch and it's such a cute place. On the menu, it looks like they serve breakfast and lunch. They do have a bar with a really nice assortment of drinks 🍸 They were also so kind to my mother, who is in a wheelchair. We wanted to go in, and they had two big steps, and my husband pulled her up with the wheelchair. 2 employees offered to help,which was sweet, but we were ok. They do have outdoor covered seating 1 level. I had the double stacked burger with 1 egg on top and the canjun fries, which were delicious. My mom and hubby had the chicken sandwich it comes with sweet chili sauce, coleslaw, aoli mayo served on a kaiser roll, and your pick of fries 🍟 My preferred drink was a mimosa. Thank you all for being kind.

The food was excellent. Nice small bar but the stools are so uncomfortable it just makes it unjoyable. Highly recommend the Pork / Fried Chicken Bao Buns. Pizza was better then i expected and the drinks were amazing!

Great spot,love their outdoor tented patio!The restaurant is extremely loud just FYI. However, our food was delicious, the tuna on crispy rice, buddha bowl and steak sandwich were all a hit! Our service was great, they checked in on us frequently.

We were welcomed and seated promptly. Mind you, we arrived here after our first choice restaurant was closed for a private event. A server at that restaurant recommended this place and I was glad he did. Food here was good, each item was of relative small portions, but very flavorful and each item was crafted for enjoyment. We got the brussel sprouts, wings, a burger, shredded chicken tacos. This place is more bar than restaurant but we wanted food and we were satisfied with the quality, we did end up ordering more wings. After a certain hour the music got really loud and our New Yorker daughter reminded us that they were converting to more of the bar vibe!!!

Really good music and staff. Our bartender was super sweet and attentive to us. The drinks were so good and the restaurant was packed yet the service was great. We just went for drinks but I can’t wait to come back for the food. The lychee martini was delicious!

I’ve been here multiple times now, both day & night, and Jackdaw does it all! Brunch food is pretty good with 2 for 1 cocktail deals that round you out to $6.5 per drink and make for a very fun experience with friends. They have a good happy hour deal for post-work drinks, AND make for a great place for a night out. Service is decent although it can be hard to get a waiter at times, and ambiance is warm & intimate. I will definitely be returning, as this place has already become one of my neighborhood staples :)

Wonderful! I only went to this bar once after first moving to New York, so was excited to go again. Don’t be put off by the appearance of needing to book a table, they were able to seat us without issue! I plonked myself down on an outside table just in time for the end of happy hour - value cocktail secured! - on a Thursday. The waitress then managed to direct my guest to the table, using only the description of ‘if a lost looking teenager turns up, then send him to me!’ Cocktails were nice and pleasant and the atmosphere isn’t one where you feel you have to quaff them at speed before moving on to the next. For food, we had the margarita flatbread - read fancy margarita pizza - and cheeseburger. Both superb, with the truffle chips an added bonus! My fellow diner did complain about the size of the margarita, but a good meal all round! Looking forward to my next visit!

Overall, GREAT brunch spot! They were able to accommodate a large group outside, and the food was delicious! Very well priced bottomless brunch as well! I personally like that you can get any cocktail for the bottomless option, not just a mimosa. I would personally recommend the Irish breakfast sandwich. The vibe of the restaurant was also very fun, with good music and the staff was great. Highly recommend!

It was move out day at NYU. The place was packed and VERY NOISY!!! Our waitress was professional and nice. We ordered brunch. I got the fancy avocado toast with edamame, grated carrot, and a poached egg. Wonderful! Delicious and healthy. My companion got the breakfast bowl, which he said was excellent. We got 2 for one drinks. I got the frozen margarita, and he got the Bloody Mary. A delicious brunch, and a good time was had by all.

Solid option for food and drinks in the East Village! Food: I got the double smash burger with Cajun fries and was definitely full / satisfied. Vibe: I went for dinner with a group of friends on Saturday night, and it was definitely turning into more of a bar with loud music and a younger crowd by the time we finished eating. Service: Friendly and happy to answer our questions about the menu. Jackdaw will definitely be a dinner option for us next time we're in the neighborhood.

My close friends had planned an amazing birthday day out for me, and our NYC fun day started from this bar at 11 in the morning. I think this was the only bar they managed to find, which opens at 11! We were glad to walk into a rather empty, but extremely well decorated holiday setup and Owen, the friendly and amazing bar tender was the one who ensure our 2 hour stay was very pleasant! We ordered Bomb IPA which was an amazing Hazy IPA on draught to try. Highly recommend this, if you are a Hazy IPA fan. For cocktails, we stuck to their very popular Margarita Picante ($11) - has an amazing spice kick to it, and not at all sweet. We also tried their Paloma ($15) which was ok, but not as good when compared to the Margarita. Service, set-up, and everything else was spot on. Will definitely visit again for brunch some day!

I came here for Saturday brunch. The patronage wasn't very diverse and most folks were in their 20s and 30s. They have indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a covered patio. It was rainy and windy when I visited, but the covered patio was still tolerable and totally dry. Inside, they have bar seating and tables. Most of the tables seemed to have bar stool seats with no backs, so not the most comfortable. It was also super loud. They have a fun playlist with contemporary pop and r&b music, but it was definitely tough to carry a conversation without raising your voice. Service was initially quite slow. It seemed like they forgot about our table for bit and when a waitress finally came over, she was surprised that we hadn't ordered yet. They have an amazing 2 for 1 deal on brunch cocktails. Their cocktails are already a fantastic deal at $11 each so two for the price of one is unheard of. I had the picante margarita and it was delicious! On the sweeter side, but had a perfect spicy kick. The salted rim was subtly flavored as well. To eat, I ordered the breakfast bowl. I am vegetarian and the menu mentioned that it included bacon, so I asked for that on the side, which they accommodated. However, the dish also came with a bacon jam that was not mentioned in the ingredients on the menu. At first, I thought it was just marinated peppers and onions but thankfully I double checked with the waitress before eating it. They were able to swap out the dish for me quite quickly, but beware when ordering if you don't eat bacon. After I got a fresh plate without the meat, I enjoyed it. The eggs were perfectly scrambled and topped with parmesan cheese. The potatoes were well seasoned and the avocado was fresh. It was very filling. My partner got the parmesan scrambled eggs and enjoyed it as well. Overall, despite the minor mishaps, it was a satisfying meal. It's worth a visit for the cocktail deal alone. Four drinks for $22 is unbeatable!

The location is so close to east 13th street on second Ave with an awesome enclosed outdoor seating and also on the side with umbrella for the summertime seating .If you are looking for a decorative Holiday decor.. This is the place to come The menu is very delicious with something salad bowl try the Buddha bowl perfect for vegan/vegetarian. The dessert are made on the premises Price range is comparable to the entrees.Special on Mondays margaritas $9.00 and special on sandwiches everything except steak... Our services was Kara a very friendly and accessible person They gave service with a smile. It has total of 10's across the board even though it rated by 5.. You will also enjoy the playlist and the most decorated bathroom,candles are everywhere so the aroma is divine.. Can't wait for the next trip to the area..

Ambiance (2/5): On a Friday night, we secured reservations at 7:30pm on the same day. We were seated immediately and right next to the hostess. There were supplies nested between the hostess table and our table that we had to jump over in order to reach the benches. Firstly, the place was extremely dark and so loud that you could hardly hear your table across the table. I wanted to eat quickly so I could get out of there. Cocktails (5/5): Their cocktails were very reasonably priced (~$15) and delicious! I tried their Lychee Martini and Fall Mule. Steak Sandwich (2/5): The steak bites were lightly seasoned but most of the pieces were too tough to enjoy. I liked the flavors of the sautéed mushrooms and onions. I appreciated that the bread could handle the weight of the steak. Jackdaw Smashburger (4/5): I really liked the taste of the burger patty but nothing really stood out with the rest of the burger (e.g. standard bun/house sauce) Cajun fries (5/5): I asked for the fries to be cooked well-done and they delivered! They were super crispy and flavored. Honestly could have had this as just my meal.

jackdaw was awesome! definitely not the cheapest happy hour out there but great drinks and GREAT food and great vibe. highly recommend!

Grabbed brunch here a few weeks ago with a friend at 12:30 on a Saturday. We didn't make reservations in advance but we're able to be seated right away when we arrived. The restaurant was mostly full inside with outside seating about 50% full. We chose a small table for two outside since there were several larger parties inside and on the louder side indoors. Aside from being a bar, it definitely gave off the vibe of being a place for twenty-somethings to do brunch after a night out. Food offerings were pretty standard for brunch and decently executed. We ordered the jackdaw pancakes $16 served with whipped cream, maple syrup and butter, and the jackdaw omelette $16 which included tomato's, mushrooms, caramelized onion, toast, a side salad and a side of home fries. Based on food alone I'd come back, and the staff seemed friendly also. Normally I'd give this spot a 4 but one point about the service was a little off--in transporting some used dishes from outside seating back inside, a glass fell and shattered on the ground. The first pass of sweeping up the ground left multiple sizable pieces of glass in areas next to tables that staff and patrons might step on. No one seemed to notice this until I mentioned this to one of the servers then they did a second sweep. Would hope that they are more attentive to things like this for the safety of their staff and customers.

I visited Jackdaw for a boozy brunch recently and had a great experience! I got the jackdaw omelette and my friend got the jackdaw pancakes. Both were incredible. For drinks we got the cold brew martini (10/10), froze (6/ 7/10), margarita picante (10/10), and the frozen margarita (6/10). If you like coffee then the cold brew martini could be your drink. I personally like well made spicy drinks so I loved the margarita picante. The staff were very responsive and helpful, they easily helped us switch tables from outside to inside without any issues. The boozy brunch vibes were on point inside

Nice enough! The food was good (went for Brunch). Super busy, lots of college students type of atmosphere. A little too much for me, but that's just me, I'm way past college age. It advertises bottomless brunch drinks, but when I got there, I was told they don't have it. Disappointing. But we had a good time anyway.

The bar is so relaxed, cozy and warm. I regret ordering a dirty martini though. The bartender who was making my drinks asked me if filthy meant "extra vodka." Staff was very friendly though!

Bartender was amazing! No more bottomless brunch, but they do have two beverages for $10 during brunch. I highly recommend the margaritas No more hummus bowl but the salad with burrata and prosciutto was outstanding! Bacon egg and cheese with avocado was soo tasty! I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwhich which was good, but definitely not as good as the BEC and the salad.

The food was fantastic, the atmosphere is fun but a little loud to have conversation.

I came here on a Friday night around 9:30 pm. My friends made a reservation for us, so we didn't have to wait for a table or anything. The bar is dimly lit and I loved the ambiance! The servers were also very attentive. I enjoyed the drink I got (rose sangria). There are 2 bathrooms (single stall) in the back.

Great brunch spot, has great drink deals as well! The menu had lots of options for whatever you are in the mood for!

Jackdaw had been on my brunch wishlist for a while now, and I finally got to try it! My friend and I arrived around 1:30 on a Sunday and expected a wait, but we were seated right away. Both outdoor and indoor seating was available, but we decided to sit inside. We had two servers for some reason, and both were sweet and attentive. The biggest disappointment here is that they no longer offer bottomless brunch - I really hope they bring it back! However, they do offer carafes of various cocktails for $24.50, which is actually reasonable. We decided to get a carafe of the W.B. Spritz, which was fantastic. It was like a fruitier version of your classic Aperol Spritz with a hint of grapefruit. The menu says that the carafes serve 5 people, but I think that's a bit of a stretch - we split one easily between the two of us. For food, I got the Breakfast Flatbread and my friend ordered the Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon. Both were delicious (and only $17). The Breakfast Flatbread was massive (I wasn't able to finish it) and messy to eat (the arugula and eggs fall off), but the spices were tasty and the scrambled eggs were very soft. Overall, a reasonably priced and enjoyable brunch but again, I hope they bring back bottomless. Would return!

Went for brunch on a Saturday, we sat outside which was nice, however seemed the tables may be a little forgotten about out there. But, if you're not in a hurry it shouldn't matter much. The drink special is great, you get 2 brunch cocktails for $11. The Bloody Mary was ok, but the cold brew martini was very good. I ordered the breakfast burrito, which was large and tasty. The other members of my party both ordered parmesan eggs and added bacon, however both were given sausage. They didn't really like their meals, but agreed cocktails were good. Overall, there's tons of brunch spots in the city and i don't think we will be back.

If you're 21, don't care for an overall good dining experience and only want the "bottomless" booze. This place is for you. I'm going to say the cocktails that are included in the boozy brunch are actually good. When we went they had a special for cocktails that were included, so we got frozen blood Orange Margaritas and mimosa's. If you go when they have the blood orange drink, I would go with that, very balanced and very tasted! For food, I wanted the brunch salad, it sounded amazing. Burrata, prosciutto and a lemon truffle vinaigrette? Sounds amazing! Only problem is that I'm allergic to Strawberries, which I asked the waitress about. She said there was no strawberries on the salad, it lists "berries", but just to be sure I asked for no berries at all. Turns out she didn't write that down and out comes my salad covered in Strawberries. When I point it out to my waitress she seemed to feel bad, and took it back to fix. It took 20+ mins for me to get a new salad. A NEW SALAD. My friends were done with their food by the time I finally got my meal. Even better, half way through I found a berry under some lettuce so I'm think they just pick them off. Had to use my allergy medication just in case. So fun times for me. Wouldn't come back, and wouldn't suggest this place for anyone who might have an allergy that might just be ignored.

Super cute place for brunch with friends. Very affordable and good quality food. We got the pancakes and French toast and everything came out exactly as we ordered. Brunch carafes were delicious - highly recommend getting the brunch punch. Only criticism was that there wasn't any AC in the spot we were sitting in which made it slightly more uncomfortable but I wouldn't deduct any stars for that.

Came on a Saturday night and it was BUMPING. Probably would've loved the loud music in my college days so no stars off. The prices are unbelievably reasonable for a weekend happy hour - the brussel sprouts were DIVINE and so super filling. The margaritas were a perfect balance between spice and sweetness. Service was quick and the food came out fast. Hope to come back soon!

I visited Jackdaw on an early Saturday afternoon with my husband. We were met with a fairly busy outdoor seating area, and a busy indoor area, but were seated quickly inside. The atmosphere was somewhat loud, but in a good way. Most of the patrons were a younger, brunchy crowd, which we fit right into, so we loved the hum of everything going on. They had a great variety of music, and I loved seeing the action of the bartenders behind the bar. The seating was a bit awkward; were seated on high stools with a small wobbly table, so it was uncomfortable for me. But their were booths for larger parties that looked more comfortable. The best part about Jackdaw was the food! I'm a sweet breakfast kind of girl, so I ordered the French toast and a side of eggs and bacon. The French toast had a hit of citrus, and since visiting, I have raved about how it is the best I've ever had. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, which came with home fries and he said that the sandwich was perfectly moist all the way through. The home fries (which I tasted of course) were wonderfully flavored. Our server was busy but was kind and met all of our needs. I would for sure recommend this spot for brunch and will definitely be going back here to eat again.

One of my favorite bottomless brunch spots in Manhattan especially with a group of friends. Such a great spot for brunch with their 2 for $11 drink specials with lots of options such as spicy margs, cold brew martinis & frose! So much better than just mimosas and that you don't have to stick to a time limit so you can order more or less depending on how you are feeling. The food was also really good! I really enjoyed my salad with the prosciutto and burrata. The servers are also super friendly and brought our drinks quickly. Good vibes as well with a cute little cozy fireplace/couch in the entrance. This was my 3rd time there for brunch and will be back!

Brunch at Jackdaw was a long anticipated visit for my friend's 35th birthday. A friend of my friend had been there before and suggested it, also noting that this is where she met her boyfriend. Expectations were high assuming this place held some kind of magic. We arrived about 10 minutes early and I noticed people in the front dining space double fisting what looked like an Aperol aperitif and an espresso martini. I later learned that they have a 2 drinks for the price of one special, you just have to order them both at the same time. We walked in and were promptly seated as our table had been set and held, thanks to our Resy booking. Ordering the same as I had recently mocked, I chose to have The Brunch Punch and the Cold Brew Martini. The Brunch Punch was a light and effervescent combination of Prosecco, orange curaçao, and fruits. It was refreshing and did not have the viscosity of a syrupy sangria. The Cold Brew Martini was presented well with the foam and espresso bean on top. Surprisingly I enjoyed this drink slightly less as I didn't expect it to taste as sweet as it did. When I think of cold brew, I imagine concentrated coffee that has emboldened with flavor as it chills. I'm one of those people who drinks coffee black or sometimes with a little cream. People who take sugar will probably love this. When ordered together both drinks were $11. A steal for the quality here. When it came to food, the birthday girl ordered the Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon. The home fries looked and smelled delicious. It was coupled with a fresh side salad to lighten the dish. It looked hearty and was exactly what her boyfriend predicted that she'd order. Choosing to drink my calories instead, I had the yogurt and granola dish. Typically it's served with honey, which I asked them to leave off. I was happy they could accommodate my request and that the dish was served on an open dish rather than parfait style. Although parfait servings look pretty, you can't control how much of the yogurt to fruit to granola you are eating when it's served that way. The table laughed as my dish took the longest to come out. We joked that they were milking the cows in the back. I didn't mind though as the cocktails and conversation kept the meal flowing. The yogurt parfait came with sliced strawberries, blackberries, and peeled orange slices. This was exactly the type of fresh meal I wanted for our morning and pre-museum tour. The service here is excellent. Our waitress kept checking in on us and someone always made sure that our water glasses were filled. Given the number of people, the staff moved swiftly and were very accommodating. I recommend Jackdaw as a perfect bar and brunch spot!

Jackdaw regular here! This has become our go-to bar because: the staff are perfect, the food is actually amazing, drinks and happy hour deals are super reliable, and there's always always space. We go almost every week for just a drink or with friends to catch up and hang. Lots of outdoor seating and big tables for larger parties. Can't recommend it enough!

Service was amazing!! Food and drink are 5 stars! Definitely a new spot for brunch. Must try few brunch cocktails especially the frozen margaritas.

Food and drinks (we ordered mocktails) are a 5/5 stars. Service was 3/5 stars. Waiter barely acknowledged me and sometimes didn't acknowledge me at all. He would mostly check in with my friend and ask her for updates on her food, etc. It was so cold outside, but they kept the door open throughout our whole dining experience. (We almost felt like we wanted to keep our jackets on at that point. I covered my lower half as well as arms under my jacket because it was cold). Lastly, at certain points (after we got our food) we saw the waiter blowing his nose/fiddling with his nose at random times while he was behind the bar. But did not wash his hands after. Soooo that was a bit concerning.

Was looking for a solid happy hour near Union Square to meet up with a friend last weekend. Jackdaw kept popping up. Was initially intending to meet another friend possibly here for drinks and dinner earlier in the week but they cancelled for fear of covid. Anyway, they do have an outdoor dining area that's completely enclosed with a sliding door and heaters in case anyone is wondering. But it's sealed shut with no ventilation so you may as well be dining indoors with that concept. The ambiance is really nice though and when looking for specifically cheap deals near Union Square you wouldn't expect such a fancy establishment. Happy Hour deal that runs from 12pm-8pm: What initially suckered me in were the $8 old fashioneds. Um, yes please. It's strong. It's boozy. It's well made. They're not getting pussy with this drink. No cherry here. Made correctly. Founders all day IPA and Pacifico - $5. Mind you these are canned beers. Rose - $10, a Malbec - $8, Pinot Grigio - $8, Rose Sangria - $10, and a Margarita Picante - $8. Not sure if this gets switched up during the seasons but for being fancy beverages in a really nice bar it's a great deal. Weekly specials as well with $2 tacos on Mondays. Didn't try their food is the one hiccup in that it's a bit pricey. Not horrible but not enough that I felt like spending $13-15 on an appetizer. Maybe splitting a flatbread or nachos wouldn't have been a terrible idea. Would I come back? Absolutely. The bartenders were very well attentive. I got served in literally 5 seconds of sitting down which is a rarity these days. I'm a new fan and will remember this spot.

Located in the East Village, we got reservations for brunch right at open. They don't offer bottomless drinks here but upon opening the menu, we noticed a STEAL of a deal. $10 for 2 cocktails. If you are ordering this deal, both of the cocktails you order have to be the same drink but since we went as a group of 2, it was easy to mix and try different drinks. The service was friendly and attentive. The ambiance is great for a brunch date. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered 2 dishes and 2 rounds of cocktails. Eggs benedict with smoked salmon: This is exactly what you expect, no surprises. It also comes with potatoes and salad on the side. Sausage Breakfast burrito: this was filling and delicious. This comes with a side of potatoes and guacamole. Margherita slushy: This was super refreshing and had a good amount of alcohol Espresso Martini: We were so surprised to find this on the deal! It also had the perfect amount of alcohol. For $10 for 2, we could not complain.

My god did the staff at Jackdaw take care of us this past weekend. So my incredible significant other pulled together a birthday brunch for a few friends, and the list kind of kept growing and growing (I mean, who doesn't love brunch, right?). We had a reservation for 11 and 16 ended up showing up..usually that would be an issue for a place as intimate as Jackdaw, but these guys were so cool about it and took everything in stride, from trying to rearrange furniture, to opening up their sidewalk shed just for us to hang in. They were also cool enough to let us prearrange a bottomless brunch, even though its not listed on their menu. And this wasn't a "OK 2 hours of mimosas and bloody's" kind of affair. They let us pick anything we wanted off their extensive and really well made brunch cocktail menu for a reasonable price. I, of course, had way to many espresso martini's, but hey I was nice and caffeinated all afternoon. Their food menu is also very well rounded. I went with the salmon poached eggs, which was tasty, and also had a chance to try the burger which was very well put together. The real winner were the homefries, make sure to get a side if your meal doesn't come with them. If I could give this place 6 stars for both the ambiance and the incredible staff I would. Come here the next time you're feeling like having a Sunday funday, you will be happy you did.

Perfect spot to get brunch after a night out. The food was perfect and I loved the drink special they have running during brunch . We got 2 cold brew liquor drinks for only $11 by also ordering the entrees. Will definitely be coming back.

The deals at this place are craaaaaazy, without really sacrificing too much on quality. I went expecting a normal, if somewhat affordable brunch, but blown away. It's in the East Village and is pretty accessible. The best part is their drinks deal; 2 cocktails for $10 is insane! I wouldn't say that the drinks are very strong, but on the normal, appetizing level. I think this works out for them, because I'm going to order more drinks anyways since they're cheap and to try different things, while still being able to function for the rest of the day. The eggs benedict I got were quite tasty; nothing to write home about, but would definitely get again. I appreciated the service and would definitely be back!

I would try this place again! We did the bottom brunch $10 cocktail deal where you get 2 cocktails for the price of one ($10). The spiced cider and margaritas were delicious. None of the drinks were very strong I will say - after 3 drinks I barely felt tipsy. The pancakes were perfect, airy and buttery. I had a side of home fries that needed more seasoning and salt overall.

I came here for happy hour. It look like everyone else was thinking the same thing and there was a decent size crowd after 4 o'clock. I enjoy the nice old fashion whiskey. The location is near the subway on the Avenue and it's great for people watching.

Pleasantly surprised about this place's food! I came for a bday brunch and was expecting it to be like every other brunch spot in the city.. you know like plain avo toast and all that hahaha. But they had a great menu for brunch and the dinner menu was even better. I will say that the service was whack as they were not attentive, sat us outside despite our resy being inside, and took forever to handle the check. Foodwise-- i'd highly recommend! It was properly seasoned and have great flavors all around. Drinks -- Get the summer punch pitcher! Had tons of fruit, really refreshing, didn't feel too heavy either. We ordered the Salmon eggs benny: - really good and filling! generous portions of salmon and the potatoes were FIREEE. i think they use tajin on it which was really tasty. I could honestly eat a whole portion of just the potatoes! Omelette: - standard omelette, nothing crazy Brunch Burger - Fire! thick patty and the meat was really seasoned. I added an egg on mine! Flatbreads - I think this is only on the dinner menu so if you have time check it out! They were loaded, drizzled w sauce, and perfectly cooked. overall -- i'd recommend this place and the food/price ratio was great.

This place is awesome! The staff are great to banter with and even better to look at. The food was delicious and brought to us super quickly, cocktails are yum and really well priced. The vibes are class and perfect for broskies in their 20s. We had about 9 drinks plus food and the bill came to $120. Will be back again and again... and again!

Came for cocktails and small plates, left full and happy! Great cozy pub feel with delicious Asian and American cuisine. They also had pretty and yummy drinks with great variety. The service was great.

If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, friendly staff, & delicious brunch- come here. Friends and I came this past weekend for brunch, not 100% knowing what to expect and only knowing we wanted some mimosas. We were originally seated in a tight table smack in the middle of the sun's powerful rays. Thankfully, the owner was able to move us inside into a comfy booth overlooking the entire restaurant. Everything on the menu looked great! My friends and I really enjoyed our meals and the brunch drinks. Unlike most bottomless brunches where you can only choose from a bloody or a mimosa, they had a variety of brunch drinks to choose from. The coffee martini and spicy margarita were delicious and not too sweet. We'll definitely be coming back.

Jackdaw has a pretty diverse menu and the prices are reasonable. We organized a group of friends gathering here and it was a lovely experience. Though, I'd say don't waste time making a reservation because they are super busy even on a weekday...they didn't honor my reservation and my group of friends and I ended up sitting outside of the restaurant even though I originally requested to be seated indoor. The food customer service was great.

I swung by here on the way to work and my coffee was phenomenal! THAT NEW BLUEBERRY MUFFIN LATTE WAS THE BEE'S KNEES!!!! Thank you to the baristas for curating a great vibe and being helpful and welcoming! Please stop by if you're in the area!

Cool ambiance. Drinks were a great price during HH. Food options were good but we only had a couple of snacks and not a full meal. Very friendly staff. Would visit again.

This was my third attempt at this restaurant- every time has been a disappointment and that's def my last time giving it a try. This is what was ordered within my group: 5 frozen margaritas 1 house punch They gave us the wrong flavors, and the punch was so bad we couldn't finish it. The margaritas had so much concentrated flavor added to it, it was overwhelmingly sweet and not good. The waiter didn't write anything down, also seems like all the staff is under 21. That was just the drink. Burger, never asked how I'd like it cooked- came medium well and flavorless. The egg had that jelly consistency on top too. Buffalo chicken sandwich- no bacon. Of course, they brought it with bacon. Again- didn't write it down. Home fries were very low in flavor and dry/ had to ask many times for ketchup. The only good thing was that the food arrived hot. Took forever to get the bill. The service was not good, but not bad if you're not in a rush....but first time I came as in 2018, and to now the service and food still wasn't exciting

My wife and I stopped in for happy hour on a Tuesday before a show at MSG and had a great experience. The beer, wine, and beverage selection was great and the menu was as well. We got the pork belly bao rolls, quac and chips, and the steak kabobs with veggies and rice. They were fantastic and a decent value too (for NYC). The place has a rustic vibe and the service was very attentive. We will be returning our next trip to the city.

Had reservations for dinner on a Friday night but even after making reservations we had to wait a while to get seated. This place is extremely loud and not ideal if you're trying to catch up with friends and actually have a conversation. I'm not sure if it's always like that or because it was a Friday night. Our server was also unfortunately not very friendly and rude. We told him that we were waiting on our friend who got stuck in traffic and he didn't seem to care. Basically kicked us out saying that we can only stay for more than an hour an half. Mind you there were plenty of people on there who had been been there way longer. So when my friend was finally able to make it we had to pay and go to another spot. The sangria I had was good but nothing amazing and the carnitas tacos were average. I will not be coming back here!

Ugh! We've been here before and had a great experience and I was excited to return. We had a reservation at 11am... and they are supposed to open at 11am. We walk in and they're not open? There's one worker and he was confused as to why we were there? We had even called to confirm the reservation the day before. SOO disappointing and unfortunately I will not return do to the lack of reliability and service.

Yummy drinks and yummy food. Thought the pork belly buns were surprisingly good and well done.

I had a few drinks here along with fries and shrimp bao. The drinks were good, although not amazing and the fries tasted like Macdonalds fries (but in a good way). The Shrimp Bao was very good.
