Solid pizza spot. Very clean and modern too, but has the the NY traditional pizza options with some modern slices too! Definitely good pizza. You can tell they use quality ingredients!

Tried the plain and the vodka sauce and was blown away! I’ve been living in Astoria for twenty years but just moved to Ditmars and was looking for my next pizza spot and I guess I’ve found it! Better than everything around. Thanks Steven for recommending that vodka slice and for the dog treats as well! ❤️🍕

Small spot, some seating. The pizza was amazing. 2nd time here. Pizza is fresh, cheese melty, and they were generous with the mushroom topping.

Finally a real Italian pizza!!! It’s THE BEST pizza I ever ate in the USA! Everyone there is friendly and polite. The pizza is so delicious! The sauce is really amazing, the service is good. I am definitely a customer. 🥰

It’s a very clean and nice space. The pizza is incredible and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend if you eat in the store right after they heat the pizza up for you. The pepperoni pizza is soooooo fresh with the juicy tomatoes sauce locked under the cheese oozing upon each bite. I am happy to find out this place and will definitely come back.

First time I had this pizza. Terrific. I had a medical test today where I had to fast from midnight, so I was hungry. My car was parked right outside the shop so I decided to try it. Good old fashioned pizza. I’ll be going back again.

Absolutely everything is awesome at Jack's on 23rd Ave!!! Consistently superb pizza with exquisitely crispy crust (especially if you request "well done" like we do) that's delightfully chewy and oh so delicious. Jack's coffees and beverage options are equally wonderful. We're frequent customers and so lucky they're only a 5-minute walk away!!!

Remarkable good pizza in a spot overflowing with pizza joints. This corner pizzeria comes across as nice quick stop spot when you get off the train at Ditmars Boulevard. The best thing they have to offer apart from the Sicilian slices was their chicken rolls which were filing and delicious. You will find the usual pies there including pepperoni and grandmas. This pizzeria is well worth a visit.

If you are looking for a nice firm, slightly crunchy crust good slice of pizza - stop by Jack's. There is finally a pizzeria in Astoria that reminds me of the old school pizza. I highly recommend the Margherita slice. All the ingredients just melt in your mouth! Not greasy, all natural. No folding or drooping. Crust is important and Jack's knocks it out of the ballpark! The inside is inviting , there is a few tables and chairs to eat there. I took mine too go and it was perfectly warm when I got home. Jack was real welcoming, suggesting a slice based on my taste. So nice that they engage with the customer. Parking is good here, meter but ample spots.

We ordered a second time and it was not good at all. Not sure what happened. The crust was terrible,

Great real New York pizza by the slice in a walkable neighborhood in Astoria, Queens New York. I got to try several varieties of their pizza.

Honestly the best regular slice in Astoria right now. They have a lot of other great slices and entrees but hands down you cannot go wrong with their regular slice. Right up there with best and currently my favorite.

We bought the Marguerite pizza and the penne alla vodka pizza and everything was just so delicious and fresh!! Definitely going back again

A new pizza joint in Astoria that serves very good pizza and other good eats , garlic knots , spinach pies ,broccoli pinwheels , etc. nice spacious wide space with some tables and chairs if you want to eat in and place is bright and the opposite of some other gloomy dark pizza shops I have visited in the past . Many choices of pizza toppings and I decided on one regular cheese slice and one ziti slice .The pizza is very good from sauce , cheese , crust , but my mistake was ordering 2 , as in the ziti slice and not cause of the taste as it was very good , my problem is that it's a tummy filler and I couldn't finished both easily which is rare for someone who eats like a hog. With that said , this new pizza shop gets two thumbs up and a welcome to Astoria with a smile on my yelp meter .Will order again especially when baseball season starts soon .

This place is legit. No frills classic old fashioned Italian pizza. Simple, delicious, on point. Hope it will be come a staple in our Neighbourhood.

I finally got to try Jack's pizza, and all I can say is I'm glad I don't live close. If I did, I'd weigh 30 pounds more in about three weeks. Seriously: this is perhaps the best pizza in NYC (now that Lombardi's has been sold to someone with no clue about pizza).
