This has become my favorite restaurant in Paris. After our first visit, we came back several times.
The presentation is very creative and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff is polite, attentive, and welcoming. We visited both with a reservation and without one, and each time they managed to find a table for us, which was very kind and appreciated.
We also ordered some special dishes that are not listed on the menu but can still be requested. One of them is the “Eiffel Tower”, their signature dish with steak, foie gras, lobster, and caviar. It was incredibly tasty and very filling. The pasta with red caviar is outstanding, and the beef tartare with bone marrow is exceptional, rich, and perfectly balanced.
Desserts are also amazing. The chocolate mousse is excellent, the lemon tart is fresh and flavorful, and my absolute favorite is their madeleine. It is not a classic madeleine but a special version with a unique presentation, and it is truly delicious.
Highly recommended. We will definitely come back again.
