These people are not looking out for the customer, serving RAW PORK and then coming back with some charred Sandwich. The charred sandwich was only after giving them a second due to the RAW Pork. Still the manager/ Owner manages to mess that up. The individual who attended me was clearly an Owner and/or Manager as he was out of uniform and giving instructions to his worker. Watch out with that one petite girl in there she's got a little attitude about her.

Central in the heart of the city, across the world famous Wiltern theater! It’s a busy intersection of all walks of life kind of people and the drinks are always consistently good. And the workers there are just as effortless efficient as the sometimes long lines go rather fast. Thanks guys!

First time I went, i asked for my smoothie to be topped with coco whip which was rock solid frozen. The peach mango smoothie was way too sour too. Second time I went, I got a protein berry smoothie and I could only taste the chalkiness of the soy protein powder. Really whoever is making the smoothies has the ingredients out of proportion. The flavors arent balanced.

During my recent visits, I have consistently received outstanding service from Daniel. Their friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for their work have truly made my visits enjoyable. Daniel goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is greeted warmly and provided with excellent service. Whether it's recommending delicious smoothie combinations, accommodating special requests, or simply brightening up the atmosphere with their positive energy, they consistently exceed expectations. Although some reviews are negative they definitely don’t this location justice.

Honestly, this place is usually great. But today, I had the worst experience of any place. I order ahead online at 9:25. The app says should be good at 9:35. I arrive and I'm early she says 10 minutes, cool. I'll wait. Long story short. Almost 40 minutes and 3 walk in customers later who all got their full order before me I can no longer wait as they tell me they will barely start on my order. I ask for a refund and explain that I understand she was alone I'm not mad at her. She process it and says I owe a 46 cent processing fee for the refund and that I can't get my refund unless I pay it. So now I'm out a drink and my money. Not sure if the refund went through. I leave and she gives attitude because I said it doesn't make sense for me to pay after poor service and no drink. She said she doesn't care. I honestly feel bad for her. It's not her fault but the attitude was not needed.

Super nice staff. Parking sucks, but you can park on the small street (northbound) before it on Ingraham. Parking is .50c for 30 min. There’s construction at the moment on Wilshire. Right next to the Coffee bean and Sushi place.

I love bringing my 5-year-old son Adriano here. For his ORANGE 🍊 juice

I came in Wednesday early morning and the kindest boy took my order. Helped me download the app, greeted me as soon as I walked in and made my smoothie so good! I will be coming back.

Yelp
Jamba (juice) fix before catching up with my friend Alan is always a treat. Located at Wilshire Blvd/Western Ave across from The Wiltern theater and the Wilshire/Western Metro Station it's a perfect place for healthy treats. Stopped in for the first time in years on a smoothie craving as well as a quick fresh treat. I couldn't remember if I had the jamba app but there were only three only customers and the last one had just finished ordering. Acai Super-Antioxidant and a warm sweet apple pretzel were a perfect grab, enjoy and go. The service was personable, prompt and perfect. If not for the tiny small missed tidying of the table stools and long wooden window length table and the strong odd smell with something going on in the deep far back this would be an easy five. Jamba has a great plant-based menu (as well as some vegan by default items with the use of , classic smoothies, superfood smoothie and seasonal bevs. The acai primo bowl, breakfast style bites (wrap, waffle, handwiches, etc) and incredible pretzel are definitely prepared with care like all their Jamba goodness. Open all week Sunday through Saturday from 8am until 7:30 pm daily. Parking on the main street Wilshire, parking garage off Western heading toward 7th Street, limited/time restricted street parking on Ingram Street (next street behind) and St Andrews.

Yelp
I've probably been to Jamba Juice a hundred-odd times over the years, mostly when I was in college and there was a location right on campus. It had been several years, though, when I went to this one in Koreatown. Apparently Jamba Juice got bought and rebranded as Jamba in the interim, to sell an expanded menu and distance itself from the word "juice." Sounds like a particularly nonsensical soulless corporate move. The place still felt like a Jamba Juice. Same aesthetic, same uniformed youngster weaving between cashier and blender. This one was in a kind of desolate ground-floor office building space at Wilshire and Western, with easy free parking and not a lot else going on. I guess there were maybe more snacks and non-juice menu items available. My toddler immediately spotted the basket of Pirate's Booty and demanded "fire blooties" until he was handed his smoothie. Service was fast and friendly, and we were able to get the kids' smoothie split in two for them to share. They got a Strawberries Wild, with strawberry and banana, and my husband got a customized Razzmatazz, swapping out banana for more raspberry to go with the strawberry and orange. I'd been planning to get my old favorite, the Citrus Squeeze, but found it was no longer on the menu. Time is a goon. I had some of both my husband's and kids' smoothies, though, and they were good, sweet and juicy, if not quite as satisfying to my taste buds as they were twenty years ago. I don't crave Jamba anymore, but no matter--I'm sure my boys will want to come back.

Yelp
The bowl be firmer I know it's called a smoothie bowl it's hard to enjoy it when it's so soupy

Yelp
I usually love Jamba juice smoothies, however this was my first time trying out this location. It was quite unclean inside but I still proceeded to order two smoothies. One for myself and one for my 8 year old daughter. This was her first time at Jamba so she took a few minutes to decide on which smoothie she'd like. This seemed to irritate the cashier, she was visibly frustrated that a child didn't have an immediate decision made. After a few moments, I ordered a large 'Peach Perfection' and my daughter chose a small 'Razzmataz'. She made an attempt to order a kids size but the cashier claims they only make 'strawberry banana' flavor in kids size. Weird. After about 10 minutes our drinks are ready, so we leave with them. I didn't notice any sour taste but they were chunks of a seed that may have ended up in the blender. Shortly after I had a major stomach ache + diarrhea. My daughter didn't finish her smoothie but I noticed the cup swelling. A sign of spoiled fruit being used don't order from this location. Unsafe and unsanitary!!

Yelp
I regularly order from this Jamba Juice and it is very well organized and well managed. I especially want to call out Celeste - she is amazing. She is so accommodating with customizing my orders and deliveries. It's so impressive how she always remembers what I order. Great customer service, communication, and management skills. She deserves a raise and promotion :)

Yelp
My daughter loves the strawberry wave. I often get the wheatgrass juice which I really like. The customer service is always good, eveyrones always nice here. we never sit down here for our drinks, we're always on the go but the people are nice.

Cindy K.

Yelp
I really really love this Jamba! I am new from South Korea so I was really nervous to order but the worker Daniel kindly helped me out! I would definitely go to this Jamba again!!

Kathy D.

Yelp
Their smoothie was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely go here again and have another one. Thank you. You're bad we don't liv
google avatar

Darrel K.

Yelp
They never disappoint! The reason I love Jamba Juice is that it can replace a meal. When I don't feel like eating something too heavy, I'll opt for a smoothie. Peanut butter-based ones are my favorite, since I'm a peanut butter lover. Green tea matcha is also very good, but it's light, so you might get hungry after a few hours. There are also good breakfast options, especially peanut butter toast and açaí bowls.

Nidia M.

Yelp
The cashier Emely is really nice even though she was alone she was sad because there was no body else to help her. But she was able to shuffle everything and get the orders out my compliments on her hard work and talent, and they drink still came out delicious.

Graciela C.

Yelp
Staff is the sweetest, Daniel is the best!!! He always has a great attitude and makes my smoothie amazingly!!
google avatar

Nadira S.

Yelp
Don't order from this store . We received a smoothie with a bunch of hair in it. I'm beyond disgusted.

Roxy S.

Yelp
Daniel was so nice!! Thank you for a great experience Jamba! I will definitely be coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
Bought an açaí bowl and the blue Berries are bad and the açaí had no taste. The sourdough pretzel was hard and the mustard was like play dough.

Yelp
I had a terrible customer service experience with Kimberly P. and her co worker. She exhibited a rude disposition and a bad attitude as she took my order of 2 smoothies. I asked Kimberly if I could substitute oat milk for almond milk in the dragon fruit smoothie and she gave me a sharp "no" without further explanation as to why not. She asked me what size smoothie I wanted, I said "Power", she scoffed and began to tell me that "Power" is not a size. I asked her when did they stop selling power sized smoothies? She replied that Jamba never sold them, I replied "that is not true I ordered them all the time" she replied that she has been coming to Jamba for years and never heard of it. I proceeded to order the large sized that was available. As I waited for my order I asked her co worker if I could speak to the store manager. She replied there was no manager on site. I then asked when was the best time to contact the store manager she replied "why?" I said because I am a customer and I'd like to speak to the store manager she replied " I don't know when's the best time to reach the manager" Kimberly then interjected and asked "what is the problem?" I then asked for a refund and a business card with the store managers name and contact info. She replied "Why?" I said because I'm having a bad customer service experience. She replied "How?" I told her that I don't want to go back and forth with her and that I would rather speak to a store manager. She replied "well I'm not going to give you the information if you can't tell me why?" I said i answered your question. It's because I'm having a bad customer service experience. I then asked her "are you refusing to give me the info?" she replied "Yes I am" I replied ok and requested my refund along with my receipt. She said that I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days, I thanked her and left. I'm hoping that I receive my refund because I paid with my card but the receipt she gave me said that she gave me cash back. It doesn't appear to show a reverse debit payment. I would like to hear from management soon. Both of the young women have bad attitudes and poor customer service skills.

Yelp
I love there smoothies they are the best and thoses waffle they are so goon you I love it

Amjad K.

Yelp
Tha test it's different depends who's working some employees he don't really good and some no I'm sorry for that but this is the true

Jay I.

Yelp
Had to use the bathroom so badly, had been holding it for a while. Worker Larissa forced me to buy something to use the bathroom. Normally, I don't make a big fuzz about things like this, but really, $8 fee to use the bathroom. I like going to jamba Juice, and as a matter of fact, I was going to buy something anyways but the fact that she wouldn't let me use the bathroom until I made a purchase was frustrating and low key almost had an accident. Larissa, leniency here and there doesn't hurt.

Jacquelyn V.

Yelp
Slow service . Usually one person in the front and others are always hanging out in the back. My smoothie is over blended almost every time I come in. Can't imagine if people are postmating this what they get: please retrain them to not over blend these into juice. Thanks !

Dean E.

Yelp
Outstanding service in this location! Very friendly staff and they work fast. I still can get classic items no longer on the menu. Now, if you are not in a hurry you may on occasion have a longer wait if they are short staffed or have a lot of online orders. Still worth the visit though!

Jesse S.

Yelp
Stopped by for a quick smoothie, service was quick and top notch. Super friendly staff and nice clean store, recommend to anyone. Bryon (I believe was his name) super friendly and professional, thanks for the smoothie.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the worst Jamba that I have gone to. The smoothies are good just like any other jamba but the service and location are ghetto and I know ghetto. Last time they ran out of berries and now bowls. It's even on their app. What are we supposed to eat the bowl In a cup with? They don't have extra long spoons.

Yelp
Whenever I get my juice fix this location is my store. Small with limited indoor seating but has outdoor seating. The other day I was there and it seemed quite but as soon as I placed my order a large group came in and placed several complicated orders. The 2 workers Jaz and Hannah handled it calmly and knocked out all the orders. I gave them props. Instead of my regular Razzmatazz I ordered a Orange C booster because I was feeling under the weather and Hannah recommended a Ginger shot. I was reluctant at first but then after purchasing it I drank it quick, it has a little kick to it. Needless to say that afternoon I felt better. I guess that combination works. If you're in the area make a stop at this location. Great customer service.

Yelp
Your average jamba juice. The cross of western and wilshire. I do adore this location, because it's conveniently located next to coffee bean tea leaf, the purple line and the Wiltern. There is parking in the back of the store. the entrance of the parking is right next to the t mobile store (in the structure) --free with validation (cash only, if you stay too long). Or otherwise, metered parking is generally available. There's not much place to sit if you're in a group. But you could take a quick break in the store. There are seating outside (like one or two tables) I do warn that if you're sitting outside, please be wary of the beggars, korean religious solicitors and traffic smog as you enjoy your fruity treat. The staff here are nice and courteous. 10/18/16: I did run into an issue today, where they couldn't accept my jamba juice gift card..because it was scratched? They were able to tell me the amount on my card when they punched in the code, but they said they needed a general manager (who wasn't at the location) to ...transfer to another card. Idk. It's not the staffs fault (I guess) but someone needs to get it together. So I have to eventually come back and get that resolved.

Yelp
Love Jamba Juice and have tried almost every drink and loved each one separately. This review is for this location only. I called 15 times in the morning for 15 minutes... I was in a hurry to get in and get out in the morning before work and they wouldn't pick up. Didn't help that my app wasn't working as well. Came in and ordered my order, then asked them if they took phone orders and they said yes... Told them about my frantic calling and the girl just said sorry... The worst part was me waiting for the smoothie. Watched them make a smoothie that was exactly what I ordered and when the girl tried to hand it to me the guy said it was for a phone order -_- so didn't understand why they didn't pickup my calls and really annoyed me that they made the phone order + the guy behind me's order becusse there's were easier... Mine was a simple regular Green smoothie This was huge lag + disappointment and took 15 minutes.

Gloria B.

Yelp
Was a bit nervous coming here since there were highly mixed reviews but left very satisfied, but wanted a smoothie as an avid smoothie drinker. Also visiting for SF Bay Area. They were very quick to make my order and consistency was just right. Would've liked a little bit more ginger for the greens & ginger but it's better than 2 other establishments up in NorCal. Also regarding a review saying there was a shortage of sizes of cups and/or ingredients - we are in a pandemic - there are shortages everywhere and logistics issues everywhere. The places where I frequent also had similar shortages. I think having some compassion and understanding will go a long way Overall would recommend!
google avatar

Joanne C.

Yelp
They never have their ingredients. Orange sherbet is probably in half of their juices but they never have this. Today, they didn't have bananas..
google avatar

Kimberly O.

Yelp
I'm going to assume the guy was new, but there were two people in the lobby and he was struggling to make the drinks, meanwhile the shift lead is washing dishes as if there's no customers. People have places to be in a take their time
google avatar

Francisco M.

Yelp
When I got here there was only person working and the other worker appeared to be on break, she saw that it was starting to get full so she left her food sitting on the side bar and jumped behind the register to help. The girl making my smoothie was very helpful: some of the fruit that I wanted they didn't have so she gave m an alternative that was comparable. The girl that jumped in to help however did not know when you order a medium drink but add extra fruit they're suppose to pour it in a larger cup. When I told her she said oh whoops I rinsed off the blender, next gnome though. (Not a big a deal but unnecessary attitude - might be due to her leaving break to help? Not sure) Parking can be tricky because Wilshire is under construction.
google avatar

Susan S.

Yelp
My all to jamba The workers here are always super cool and friendly Very helpful and patient Very clean store They run out of pastries most of the time here Mango a go go is my fav And all the other green machine ones Parking is in the back and they do validate
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
If your going to come here for me it was easy as taking the purple line or you can also drive and park at Ralph's, then go in and buy whatever and get your parking validated ( yes it's complicated) Really friendly staff and they had taster's of there lunch sandwiches which sadly I was not a fan off... Not allot of indoor seating but nice small patio outside but being on the corner of western and wilshire not my ideal break location.

Maria M.

Yelp
Ordered a chunky white gummy, there was nothing chunky about it. It was thick but not chunky. Difference is that when it's chunky, there is pieces of mango as you sip....this was nothing but sorbet to thicken it. Also ordered a chunky strawberry bowl with no Greek yogurt and extra peanut butter and chunky as well. Once again nothing chunky about it, no peanut butter taste even though I asked for extra peanut butter and the amount of granola placed in the blend and on top was beyond poor. Fresh bananas weren't placed on as a topping, they were blueberries instead. If I recall from previously being employed by Jamba Juice, it is supposed to be bananas, not blueberries.
google avatar

Andrew B.

Yelp
Parking is a random hit or miss. Sadly, today was an off day... took me three tries around both blocks to get a spot. Paid off because I had one of the best acai bowls ever! Great service and fresh ingredients make for an awesome and healthy meal.

Jasmine B.

Yelp
unprofessional costomer service. Front door was locked but i saw two employeers were inside and we knocked the door several times and nobody came out even though they saw us. and later the lady came out and told me that they only take online order and spokend very rude. we didnt even see any sign on the wall, how do we know that they only take online order without saying anything and any sign?? very disappointed to this location and never come back because of her!!!!!!

Luanna L.

Yelp
I was at at their location a few weeks ago and I asked for a cup holder because I was riding my bike. And that young lady at this location said they don't have cup holder and now that I ordered from UberEATS and my delivery is in cup holder. What a lying piece of crap you are.
google avatar

Lucy C.

Yelp
So bad... I ordered smoothies and received juices. They didn't confirm my order until I called grubhub support and made them contact the store owner. It took more than 15mins to confirm order and they didn't even pick up calls. I finally received my smoothies but they are all melted like juice. I'll never order from here again.
google avatar

Haley K.

Yelp
Free parking on the weekends in the lot associated with the little shopping center and 2 hour validation at Jamba Juice during the week. The ladies there were super friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly with a delicious drink! I've never gone to this location because I worried about the parking, but once they told me that I'll definietly be back!
google avatar

Shani P.

Yelp
Theyre doing a great job during Covid. Cant say the same for the customers that come here so be vigilent but the person working there was quick, accurate, safe and had my order out quickly. My smoothie was delicious and she did it all in a safe way.
google avatar

Spencer H.

Yelp
Whoever in charge needs to enforce mask on policy at this location. There are customers with masks down and drinking inside the store. Please that must be followed.
google avatar

Nahisha P.

Yelp
I go to Jamba Juice almost daily. I always notice that this location is a bit less warm and friendly then the Jamba Juice near my job. Now I see why, I stumble across the manager this morning, (I think named Hannah). She's extremely cold, impersonal, and rude. They made my drink incorrectly, no big deal. But when I reminded her of how my Orange Carrot Karma was supposed to be made with fresh squeezed Orange juice instead of the concentrate, which I had originally requested, and she ok'd...she tried to re-charge me. No apology and offer to remake the drink. Nope...instead, she argued with me, told me how she originally thought I was requesting a different drink when I said that I wanted fresh squeezed juice in my drink. Honestly, it didn't even make sense to me. I've been ordering the strength every day for about 5 years. And it's never been a problem to get it the way I like it. She clearly seems to dislike her job. But she shouldn't take it out on her customers. And as for her customers, many of us are coming in there to start the morning, it would be fantastic to be greeted with a pleasant attitude and a smile to kick off the day, not someone like her. A gentleman was in there being serviced at the same time as myself. He kindly asked was the drink that she put on the counter his, as she did not call his name or say anything when she placed the drink there. She just looked at him and walked away. He chuckled, shook his head, and said "wow". I told him "I get it, she was pretty rude to me too." Not a good representative of the brand.

Yelp
Never opens on time açaí bowls are watery as hell basically a soup and they are always out of ingredients but charging normal prices this jamba sucks but most of them have gone down in quality

Yelp
This jamba is the fucking worst they NEVER OPEN ON TIME today was like the 5th time I show up at 9 am when their times says 7am open time and they're still closed. Who runs this place like ??? To top it off there are some time when there's people there but it's closed and it's supposed to be business hours. This is redic

Yelp
A great jamba juice in the middle of Ktown! Parkign is free in the parking lot next door just tell the guy you are there for jamba juice. Avoid coming here when school lets out as the kids love this place. Very bike friendly. Also a great place to sit outside enjoy your drink and people watch.

Payel P.

Yelp
Nice smoothie, so many options, place was neat and clean, quick and friendly service,....

Yelp
Parked behind JJ, off Western--not sure if you can normally park there (we were really in and out). Plus, the parking poles were up, so we had the green light. Manager chick had some sort of an attitude. Not pleasant. But this is a Jamba Juice, cannot expect much more. However, the other workers were all smiles, which I really appreciated. They made my large fresh squeezed orange juice just how I like it. And when my man got his Mango-a-go-go, they even wiped it down. Employees for the win! Cons: this location was somewhat slow + attitude from manager + there were way too many people in a small drinking/waiting area (I like my personal space) + and the parking can be hectic in this neck of the woods.
google avatar

Josh V.

Yelp
Simply terrible. Food was frozen all the way thru. Went to in to get new sandwiches and they were rude.
google avatar

Angie K.

Yelp
Parking structure is on Western Ave., right across from the Wiltern. One of the friendliest and most helpful Jamba stores there is. If you're experimental and try a smoothie that you don't fancy, this staff is more than willing to remake one. It's winter, and my boyfriend and I find ourselves coming here almost every other day, trying to fight off some stubborn winter cold/flu. The staff, most memorable being Hannah, Angel, Donnisha, and Emily, have been extremely kind and helpful. Thanks to them, we keep coming back!

Yelp
Sign up for their rewards program and it's instantly $3 off on your first visit. Then just punch in your phone number every visit to accumulate points. This sure beats carrying around a stamp card or download yet another app to the pantheon of rewards apps. Jamba Juice has really improved over the years with better drink options and even some hot food. It definitely be a quick breakfast joint. Parking lot entrance is on Western next to the T-Mobile sign. Make sure you get validation from the staff!
