I recently dined at Jampa Restaurant, and it was a memorable experience that really captures the farm-to-table spirit. The chef was incredibly friendly and outgoing, which added a warm and personal touch to the evening. Our waitress, BM, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
The food was outstanding the lamb neck was especially nice and buttery, cooked to perfection, and a highlight of the menu. The entire concept is the use of fire to transform fresh, local ingredients transformed into mouthwatering dishes, that still respect the produce.
That said, I’d recommend visiting at lunchtime if possible, so you can fully enjoy the beautiful grounds and truly immerse yourself in the experience of what Jampa is all about.
Overall, Jampa is not just a restaurant, but a place where hospitality, sustainability, and flavor come together and I’d definitely go back.
