Beautiful space for a party/event. Held a baby shower for my in-laws here and had a great experience. Friendly, helpful, understanding (when we had to reschedule) and the food was terrific!

Really really slow service - over an hour and a half wait for eggs... just extra sad cause it was my birthday. We had one of our three rounds of drinks covered. Cocktails were decent and the food was yum tho.

This is one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants - not for the food or service (which are above average) but for the quaint ambiance and authentic design of the dining room. The open kitchen, exposed vaulted ceiling, and natural lighting makes for a really unique dining experience. There's always a line for brunch (reservations recommended) but during the week they always have tables open. My favorites menu items are the homemade veggie burger, and the apricot scones. Both are amazing.

Wowza. The food is phenomenal at a fair price. I had two entrees( me n the girl) 2 drinks and dessert for about $50. The food here is really good. Best mashed potatoes, great burgers, wonderful steak. The drinks were good too. Beer on tap and a full bar. the atmosphere is very date nighty in the evenings. Candlelit tables low lighting. The place is a tad small but still overall a wonderful experience. Oh and the presentation of the food was top notch, including the dessert. I'm not a chef, but I think Gordon Ramsay could eat here and not get pissed.

It is a great place to have dinner with your significant other or have a date. My wife and I go a out once a year and actually went here for dinner with our families after we got engaged (flash mob engagement with each other's families) before the engagement party. Food is excellent, the menu changes and the staff are always very accommodating.

As for the food, of the three brunch items that my girlfriends and I shared nothing stood out as special or memorable. Nothing was bad by any means but the frittata was just okay. The blueberry pancakes were tasty and the syrup was quite nice but it wasn't anything I couldn't get anywhere else. My banana bread french toast was very sweet, not bad just nothing spectacular. I enjoyed my coffee and the outside seating is lovely and I would return for that. After reading other reviews, I wished I would have checked out the inside as lots of people have commented on how cute the interior is. Perhaps other brunch items on the menu would have wowed me more.

Jane's is hands down our favorite Bucktown restaurant! I adore the second room, that would be perfect for a private event. The brunch menu is delicious, my favorite is the breakfast burrito. For dinner, my husband cannot live without the spicy angel hair pasta. We frequent Jane's at least once a month. It's a must visit.

Best Burgers in the neighborhood period. Dinner and Date perfect setting for a date with the wife and the live music was fantastic, Rich Cantu is one of the best singers I have ever heard, he sang English some Spanish songs crowd request and everybody begged him to keep going. All the drinks were very good and the apple-cider beer was super good.
