I actually got to try their pie crust cookies in the Queens night market, and I thought they were just alright - not bad by any means, but it didn't make me want to buy them again.
I got a bunch to buy for a BD party - ended up getting 2 dozens because they were having a special where a dozen of any cookie would provide $3 discount each. And they were great! I'll say they do tend more towards the sugary side more than I would prefer, but overall I would get it again although they are on the pricier side.
I got all the 8 pie crust cookies at the time, but didn't get to try all of them since they were for the party. Of the ones I tried, I liked the chocolate espresso pecan and chocolate the most. I tried the blackberry honey, and still good, but a little too sugary. The textures on all were great though, flaky and buttery, but again a little too sugary.
Don't sleep on their non-pie crust cookies. I tried the butter toffee (great flavor and texture, and doesn't stick to your teeth like toffee - which I don't particularly mind), red velvet cheesecake (much softer texture and still good flavoring), caramel cookie pie (good, but didn't particularly stand out), half baked chocolate chip cookie (lots of milk chocolate chips, but a bit too sugary), and the loaded cookie (PB dough with different things in it - my least favorite).
