Have been to many Thai style restaurants but this one has topped them all! Great great great hospitality and service! I got the silver noodle soup and WOW, packed full of flavor and ingredients. Was blown away over how good the soup was! Will most definitely be coming back for that pad Thai extra spicy !!!

My daughters and ,grandson went to the restaurant last evening. The place was not busy. However, we waited 20 minutes for water. I had to get the servers attention to bring us water. She was sweeping and cleaning tables. She took our order when I asked for water. It was another 10 minutes before she brought us water. After, waiting another 30 minutes or more, we still had not received our food. I then spoke with the woman who worked in the kitchen and explained we were leaving as we have been ignored and have no food! I should explain there were only three other tables that had patrons. As, I returned to the table, our server began bringing our food. We ended up staying, however, no apologies were offered. We will not be returning!

We used to love this place few years also but we order it today and was very disappointed, basil fried rice so mushy over cooked other items were just average. Not coming back again:(

Cute vibe when you walk in. Hostess was friendly. All the waitresses were friendly. The food was delicious! Place was very clean. Even the picky eaters were satisfied with everything. I have no complaints. It was great! Will be back.

Google
So fast a great place can fall. They changed their ownership and service has sharply decrease. Used to be a great quick place for what was great Thai. My server is on her phone after I waved her down for the check. We had a nice 15 year run dear old Jasmine, but we’re done here. It’s not me, it’s you.

Google
Amazing experience and delicious food! I loved the design of the restaurant and enjoyed the staff, so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommend!!

Google
Right next to Aqua-Tots, this place is irresistible after a swim lesson. The satay was a little too dry for our liking, but the pad thai and fried rice was really good. Would come back to try other items in their menu.

Google
I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai with medium spice. Husband ordered orange chicken. Portion size is plentiful. We both had leftovers to take home. I'd even go on to say the pad thai tastes even better the next day. For an appetizer I ordered crab rangoon. Best crab rangoon I've had in a really long time. We will be returning customers.

Yelp
Really enjoying new specials after a recent takeout experience. Ranking best to last: - tom yum with tofu (hot) - very flavorful hot and sour soup, probably the best tasting in the area - soft shell crab green curry - tilapia with mango sauce - probably could've include more fish pieces - veggie pad Thai - just ok. Not as flavorful and noodles were soggy

Yelp
This is a hidden gem for lunch. This is my favorite place to go eat and relax during a stressful work day. I highly recommend the green curry or the pad see ewe, although I've never had a bad meal here in dozens of visits. The service is always quick and polite, so if you are on a lunch rush, it's a great option!

Yelp
This used to be our go to place. I have recommended them to many. But today $110 for our family was not edible. The chicken did not taste like chicken in the Red curry. The pineapple fried rice a nothing like it used to be. Pad Thai was meh at best. Still cute inside but we won't be back because honestly this is some of the worst Thai food I have ever had. We got this as take out so no comment on service. I hate to throw this all out but unfortunately it just isn't edible.

Yelp
We popped in on a whim for dinner during a night of errand running. Food is amazing! The restaurant is small and seems to have a pretty good take out business. But, take your time to go in and enjoy an Asian beer with your meal. We had pad Thai and a server recommended entree that was delicious. Can't remember the name but we have. Photo so we can order it again! I his place is tucked back in a nondescript strip mall so keep your eyes peeled for it in the south side of 96th street. We will definitely be back!!

Yelp
Some friends and I went here on a weekday night for some dinner. It was not too busy and we had a wonderful waitress. We got our food very quickly, drinks were replenished quickly. Three of us opted for the pineapple fried rice, and we all agreed it was super yummy. The pineapple fried rice had both chicken and shrimp in it. I even had enough for leftovers for lunch the next day. The waitress was also very nice when we asked her to take a group photo and even moved tables so we could get the best photo of our group. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Went on a Sunday afternoon. Only one other couple there. Wine was really good I got Naple valley Sauvignon Blanc. I got the Pad See Eiw with chicken medium hot (could have gotten hot). Food was very flavorful and tasty. Would go again. Service was really good she kept checking back on us to make sure we had everything and everything was good. Ambiance was nice the decor was very pretty and it was not too brightly lit and was quiet. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I am SO happy we ended up here!!!! What an amazing place!! Everyone was so very nice and the service was impeccable! The food was so good that I can not wait to come back again!! It was set up super nice for Valentine's Day and we had a wonderful time! The Tom yum soup was the best I've ever had!! The coconut shrimp was exactly what you want when you get coconut shrimp! Do not pass on that appetizer when you go here! Thank you guys so much and God bless you!!

Yelp
Got carry out! Pad Thai * (Stir-fried rice noodles with a choice of meat, egg, ground peanut, green onion, and bean sprouts.) - noodles were really thin, like angle hair rice noodle. Really enjoyed them. Wish it had more sauce but still really like them! Wish there was more green onion. Basil Fried Rice * (Stir-fried meat with rice, egg, onion, bell pepper, green bean, and fresh basil with a basil sauce) - Full of flavor. Would definitely get this again. Red Curry * (A special hot curry with coconut milk, bamboo shoots, red pepper, green beans, and fresh basil.) - got mild and was pretty spicy. Had big pieces of bamboo shoots which I wasn't too excited about. Overall I would get again but interested in trying other curries from here. Also was very green bean heavy.

Yelp
OMG this is one of my favorite Thai restaurants to order basil rice from. I got the medium spice level with chicken and it is the bomb. The price is very reasonable and the service is great. The decor is very nice. I typically order to go because I love to eat it at home but they are quick at making the food. If you are looking for good Thai food definitely check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I was halfway thru my food and I found a roach that had been cooked in with the food. This place needs to go thru a serious health inspection, I've already contacted the Indiana health department. I have never had this happen to me and I feel sick to my stomach, I won't ever eat here again.

Yelp
I originally posted this review for the wrong Resturant as when I opened the app it took me to the incorrect post!! Picture is not accurate!!!

Yelp
This is exactly what I'm looking for in a lunch spot during work hours. Fast, good service, economical, good portions and tastes good. Lunch special is great. I would not say it's the healthiest option but it's what I'm looking for in a lunch spot. Will definitely be a repeat visitor.

Yelp
Came back here after years and it's still such a great Thai spot! It looks like they've updated the restaurant decor so it's really cute and modern on the inside. I also loved the way they served the food on aesthetic dishes that makes thing Instagram-friendly! The food itself was just as delicious as I remember it. We got the drunken noodles, basil fried rice, and red curry and got the medium spice and it was perfect! Sometimes ordering at Thai places can be a little nerve wracking because not all places "medium" means the same thing. Drunken noodles never disappoint, there could've been more veggies in it but it was still really good. The food came out really fast and it was an overall great experience.

Yelp
I float between giving Jasmine Thai three and four stars, but I'll give them four stars. I've been eating at Jasmine Thai for years and the pad Thai has always been my favorite dish. Something tasted different this time... not bad, but different from times before. I came on Yelp and read that it's under new ownership... understandable since Mr. Wright died a few years ago. So I am disappointed that the recipe for the pad Thai has changed, it had something extra that made it taste better than pad Thai I've had elsewhere. However, I do love how they've updated the look of the restaurant. The food was still good, I just wish they kept the recipe the same. Our server was very nice and attentive.

Yelp
Such good food! The pad see eiw was flavorful and very filling! I loved that it wasn't too oily and had lots of vegetables. I would definitely recommend getting the spring rolls! They weren't oily (yay!), but were super crispy and overall delicious! The inside of the restaurant is super cute and has a very cozy vibe. The service was a bit slow, but overall good experience!
google avatar

Yelp
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but I cannot. For starters, my spring roll was cold upon coming out of the kitchen but the soup was good. The space itself was nice and had little traffic because I went during lunch hours. I ordered the Basil Fried Rice with chicken medium hot and it was tasty until I bit down on something small, crunchy and brown in my dish. The entree tasted delicious until that point. When I asked the server what it was, she said did not know. She even took it back to the kitchen and the "object" could not be identified. The kitchen remade my dish but by that time, my stomach was already turned off of eating and wondering what that could have been. Sadly disappointed because I have been looking for a good Thai restaurant and was wanting to make this place it. I just can't shake the fact that the object was something very disturbing and potentially hazardous. Yuck!

Yelp
Jasmine Thai is a very good choice in the Castleton area. They have a variety of dishes and all I have tried have been excellent. The service is low key and good. The price is right at lunch time when I go there. Give it a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
google avatar

Yelp
A favorite for our family! Excellent, friendly service. Delicious Thai dishes with ample servings. The restaurant has a pretty cafe feel with comfortable seating and a clean, light atmosphere. Music adds to the atmosphere and doesn't compete with conversation. Highly recommended. Favorites: Pad Thai with chicken, crispy spring rolls, pork dumplings.

Yelp
I decided to try something new for dinner through Uber Eats, so I ordered Thai food with Jasmine Thai. I have seen the location off of E 96th St., and not had the opportunity to stop by and check it out, so wanted to try their food. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and the spring rolls. Both were wonderful and tasted delicious! The spring rolls were fresh and crispy. The Pad Thai was cooked to perfection and was a huge portion for the price. I have had Pad Thai before from other places, but would say this Pad Thai was in my top ten list of dishes! The texture was perfect and full of flavor! I will definitely need to go to Jasmine Thai to get the full dining experience in person to rate the customer service and ambiance. I am basing my rating on the delivery and food experience, so once I actually dine in person, I will consider giving Jasmine Thai a five star rating. For now, it will have to be four stars.

Caida D.

Yelp
The service was great, but the food is absolutely nasty. Save your money and go somewhere else. Maybe Thai Station?

Alana M.

Yelp
Hands down the best pad Thai I have had in Indy. The eggrolls are great. The service is above & beyond. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever come across. They pay attention to details in orders so your food is right every time! Highly recommend.
google avatar

Adam G.

Yelp
I have friends that really like Jasmine Thai. I wanted to really like Jasmine Thai. But after having gotten take-out twice in the last few weeks, it is toward the bottom of my list of Thai restaurants in the Indy area. The biggest issue I had with it was inconsistency. Both times, I ordered the chicken pad thai lunch special. The first time it was accompanied with a side salad and the portion of pad thai was pretty small. The second time, it was accompanied with a side salad, soup, egg roll and had a large portion of pad thai. However, the soup was only about 1/3 full and the pad thai was wayyy greasier than the first time I had it. Another amusing but more irrelevant point -- the sauce container that came with the egg roll had about 3 drops in it (although I didn't request any sauce, so at least they tried). I was astonished at how different, both in terms of amount of food and taste, the two orders were even though I ordered the same thing both times. In sum, I found the pad thai to be average. The side salad was more like a ginger coleslaw with thinly sliced cabbage and carrots. The soup was, well at least it was warm. I will say, the egg roll was pretty crunchy, so thats a plus. Overall, my experiences definitely could have been better.

Emma J.

Yelp
Food and service were good. Spring rolls had a great crunch to them. They came out very hot! Tried the Pad See Eiw and Basil fried rice. Both with chicken and medium level spice. The spice levels felt very different, both doable, but one was noticeable more spicy. Didn't love the chicken, but everything else was good. Of the two I would get the Pad See Eiw again. Then finished off with fried bananas. I don't usually like warm bananas, but these were very good and covered in honey!

Yelp
I just ordered the panang curry and while the taste was great, I realized after a few bites that it was full of what appeared to be cat/dog hair. I dont think I'll be ordering from here again.

L H.

Yelp
The food here is usually very good. I think it was my timing. I went for take out right at 4:00pm and the chicken in my Pad Thai must have been reheated from the lunch crowd. Hard and dry. I was too tired to return it. So disappointing.
google avatar

Kelli J.

Yelp
Okay, sorry, I have to come back and say that Jasmine deserves more than 3 stars. I recently ordered carryout and specified that I needed everything to be made vegetarian and I feel like they went above and beyond. The Tom Yum Noodle soup is a forever-fave and I feel like since I've been requesting specifically what I want, they have been super accommodating.
google avatar

Yelp
Let me get this out of the way - Jasmine Thai has THE NICEST service - hands down - of any place on the Northside. For our first visit, Pachia was our very sweet and attentive server. The same can be said for our second visit on a busy Thursday night as well (and I wish I had caught her name). But on to the food... I love that it is easy to find/make Vegan and Veggie options when dining out at a Thai restaurant - and JT is no exception to this. The veggie spring rolls are great and we have loved our entrees thus far. I always opt for the Drunken Noodles when it's an option - because noodles - and get the tofu option medium hot. Their version of Drunken Noodles is pretty darn good! The hubs RAVED about his Sesame chicken this last visit and the Chicken Pad Thai the first go-round was good per his report, too. 'Tis the season where I drink hot tea like crazy - and theirs was totally on point. While Jasmine Thai is not the closest place to our home, we will always opt to stop here for a meal when in the area - even if for the service alone. Do yourself a favor and check it out! They are located in the strip mall behind the Old National bank down from where the Sinking Ship II used to be - beside the Neptune Society anchor on the corner.

Yelp
Can't order Pad Thai with chicken or shrimp. What is up with that? This used to be my favorite Thai restaurant. Obviously, not any more.

Yelp
Great food amazing service and peaceful atmosphere.I would definitely recommend Jasmine Thai .The workers are very nice and the food is delicious.

Yelp
Lunch specialllllls like WOAAAAA (Joey style). Great prices and amazing taste here folks. Their spring rolls were super fresh and crunchy, and their soup was tangy, and full of flavor! Actually made a great pallet cleanser as well. I had their chicken pad Thai with medium heat, and it was perfect. Didn't blow my face off but didn't leave my taste buds disappointed (they like a kick every now and then). All in all, I was really happy with my meal and would highly recommend. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
This place is awesome - I've been coming here for years with coworkers and also friends and family. It's a staple in our dining rotation. The restaurant is nothing fancy but the food is always spot-on. The staff is also so friendly and they really love getting to know their customers! The chicken pad thai is my go-to. It's the best I've ever had. It's not as saucy as other places and more on the oily side, but it is so flavorful!! I have no idea how to even describe it, but get it... just trust me. I also really love their red curry with chicken, and their tom yum soup. In case you're not familiar with Tom Yum soup, it's slightly sour which makes even the slightest spice taste spicier. When ordering, go milder than you normally would on an entree. Covid caveat: my fiancé and I dined in this past weekend and our service was slower than normal, but the staff was working so hard!!! Please be patient with them. They are trying to juggle an increase in to-go orders and also attend to their dine-in customers, with fewer staff to stay afloat. All restaurants are hurting right now and they are doing their best to give their customers best service possible so again, please be patient! I promise it'll be worth the wait!

Foodie W.

Yelp
Im a big Thai food fan, but it seems that the last few times I've ordered from here, I've ended up with a belly ache. Not sure what they do to their curry that's different from other places, but it doesn't sit well. I'm going to have to pass on this place.

Yelp
I'm hoping we just went on a bad night.... We decided to dine in on a Saturday. We were seated quickly but had a few issues right off the bat: 1) the liquor license hadn't been renewed so my boyfriend couldn't order a beer (but there was plenty of alcohol on the menu and beer posters on the walls, wine bottles, etc.) 2) they were out of an appetizer we wanted to try. But we are flexible people so we adapted quickly. While sitting I was watching the takeout groups come in and out. Sadly, I watched a poor man have to wait for an additional half hour while they remade his order - the employee gave an order for "Joe" to a "Joel" and didn't double check the name ‍. You could tell they were very backed up in the kitchen and understaffed. Lastly, I was very confused when I went to pay because they brought me three checks: the itemized one, a customer copy, and a merchant copy....but I hadn't given anyone my card yet. I was worried that someone accidentally was charged for my order. Turns out that's how they have to print receipts because their card reader was broken and were using a mobile card reading device, but very confusing at first as it appeared i had already paid but knew I had not. I'm hoping this was just a fluke experience. My dinner was spicy! Although the wait was long for it.

Yelp
Amazing, authentic Thai food!!! I loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Everything is super clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. I like the way the food is served. Honestly, best Thai restaurant I have found so far in Indianapolis :) The prices are very reasonable for the portions you get! We'll be back!!

Maddy V.

Yelp
I have been coming here for years and last night was the first time since early last year. I knew something was different with the pad Thai. I see they are under new ownership and I said that last night that I thought they might be because I didn't recognize anyone. The pad Thai is now too sweet. I couldn't eat it. Loved the sesame chicken tho. Wait staff was excellent and couldn't be nicer. Please lighten up on the sweetness of the pad Thai, Jasmines.

Yelp
Love this place. Visited 7 years ago and always remembered the amazing food. Back in town and had to come get another taste. Not disappointed
google avatar

Christi S.

Yelp
We orders a big group take out order- and it was fantastic! Everyone's food was great and the right spice level. I think it's the best Thai I've had here in Indy! The spring roles are on the smaller side- which is perfect not to spoil your dinner! I got the Pad Ped with shrimp - hot. I could've done hotter, but it was great! Everything was super fresh and a good amount shrimp. The Panang curry - hot was also great! We tasted the heat here more. Will be back to try more things!

Yelp
I feel like this place got bought out or something. Ordered recently and menu was very similar if not exactly the same as many other thai restaurant menus in town that go by variety of names but are owned by same owner (thaitanium). Quantities are good sixe but quality and menu nuance are certainly lacking but I give it to these business owners as they definitely have a bustling business gearing thai food towards the American palates. Would go to many others in area and avoid this place as is not unique, just average.

Yelp
Pretty good Thai restaurant. Food is great, slow pace restaurant. Quiet environment.

John M.

Yelp
Best Thai food I've had other than in Thailand. My family meets there for any/all occasions and always have a great meal and a great time. Our favorites: * Red Curry Duck * Drunken Noodles * Thai Dumplings * Sweet and Sour Beef * Thai Fried Rice

Trenda H.

Yelp
Food is good. Atmosphere is pleasant. Service is spot on! Truly enjoy dining in here.

Holly S.

Yelp
The food was great but the waitress kept staring at us and it was a bit odd . As soon as we were completed with eating they rushed over to clean the table . It wasn't even busy . It just felt uncomfortable. Food is good but could have done away with being stared at the whole time .
google avatar

Yelp
Great service in a quiet friendly restaurant. The food is well seasoned, we had amazing service. I will continue to visit.

Yelp
Delicious!! My favorite things to get is #44. Pad Kar Prow, any meat is amazing but I went with chicken. Also ordered crispy calamari as an appetizer and I loved it! The sauce is so sweet and a great match. A go-to spot for my thai craving. The drunken noodles is bomb too! Nice & clean decorated inside space, plenty of seating inside & outside parking, restrooms available, friendly staff. support local and stop by!
google avatar

Caleb F.

Yelp
Food is amazing. I get the Tom yum noodle soup with the chicken. My wife get the pad tai with chicken. Service is great. We have been to the restaurant twice and it was not very busy at all. The restaurant is very cute and clean.
google avatar

Caity C.

Yelp
The vibes in this restaurant are great- it is so relaxing; filled with plants and greenery and with very chill music playing. The service was very fast and friendly. I got the Pad Thai with tofu and my boyfriend got the drunken noodles with pork. The food is amazing; full of flavor and huge portions. We ended up taking home half of it and cant wait to have it later. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

David S.

Yelp
You may be disappointed once, but when it happens to you twice in a row, it tells you something. Whatever happened to the quality of food at this eatery?! Not only was one of their better items on the menu removed (Pad Egg Noodles), the meal ordered for takeout in lieu of that menu item by me (Pad Thai) on the second occasion was underwhelming. Very few bean sprouts in it; the beef was "leathery" and not flavorful; and the noodles were "congealed". New cook/chef? The food tastes "heavy" and not fresh. Different cooking oil or seasoning being used? Whatever the problem, I cannot fathom recommending this restaurant to anyone in the future. It was my last visit there to be sure.
google avatar

Pat G.

Yelp
Jasmine was ok. Not as good as I remembered. Ordered takeout the Thom yum noodle soup. Didn't realize there is a noodle version and a non-noodle version. I ordered noodle in error. I ordered brown rice. They charge 3.59. That's exorbitant. Soup was ok. Ordered Thai hot but couldn't tell.
google avatar

Lindsey T.

Yelp
Tonight was the first night we got Jasmine Thai in a couple months, I always get the chicken pad Thai. It's definitely different than before? I've read on other reviews there are new owners so that must be what it is. No more chunks of peanuts or tofu in the pad Thai. Not as much flavor as before but it's pretty good still.
