"I report that Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar, a Broadway bar that opened last June, is facing a lawsuit filed by former cook Cindy Galeano who alleges the restaurant never paid her overtime for regularly working more than 40 hours a week between May and September of 2018 and that she was fired the day after she questioned management about payment; Galeano is represented by Morgan & Morgan and is suing for unpaid wages plus damages.
