Jay Leno's Garage

Well, so surprised when we pulled up that Jay Leno was getting into his bada$$ Super Snake Ford Mustang. Car was so low he scraped the bottom getting out of drive way. Really nice car! This was the after seeing him do stand up which was very funny and a great time!

I am 80 years old and I've been lucky enough to tour a couple of dozen car collections. I would have to say Leno's is the absolute best I've ever seen because of its breath and condition of cars. What really impressed me though was Leno himself. I'm only sorry he doesn't live next-door to me. I consider myself a pretty good judge of character and he's one of the nicest people I've ever met. Ever. God bless you, Jay.

Such a fan of Jay's!!! He is such an incredible and humble person. So grateful to get an invite to tour his garage, with several close friends and then to shake his hand and get a personal tour of his shop with him! Most accommodating and patient as he answered questions and showed us his incredible collection! Shared with him that I watched him perform back in the mid 70's on Sixth Street in Austin, Texas and was able to see him live of one of his last performances of the Tonight Show before leaving. He made me feel as though we've known each other for years....The event was one that I'll cherish for a long time. Thank you, Jay!

Jay is a customer of mine and has been one for years now. When I went out to CA for a large Lincoln Parts Acquisition in 2020, Jay insisted on me and my team visiting. (This was during the first big CA Covid Shut Down!) What a Treat! Not only is he’s super knowledgeable on every single car and motorcycle and even engines in his collection. He actually knows the backstory of every single piece that he has. He’s not just a pretty phase. He is a down to earth human being, not a too good to talk to you kind of public celebrity. The Lincoln / Mercury Old Parts Store Crew spent half of the day with him Walking through his enormous collection and meeting his Shop team. It was very enjoyable! If you ever get the opportunity, I recommend highly. Obviously this is an invitation only kind of place, so don’t just show up please. (It’s guarded by security and police) Big thanks to Mr Leno for all the fun.

2 hour tour was very well lead. And Jay showed up to say hi to our small group. His collection is vast. Won't forget the day.

Amazing collection of cars, but the real prize is Jay himself. A class act, a good man. Nothing but respect for the man and his love for preserving automotive and steam engine history.
