Restaurant inside Nordstrom presenting an Italian-leaning menu with pizza, pasta & salad.
"Jeannie's, once again helmed by Tom Douglas and concentrating on pastas, salads, and pizzas — the latter suggested by a flickering gas hearth on one side of the room that is nearly the sole decoration. The double-patty burger was better — and cheaper — than the one at the Nordstrom Burger Bar, with zippy garlic aioli, a dill pickle, and some sear to the patties. The salad that came alongside was fab, too. The sausage and cherry pepper pizza, an oblong and expertly baked affair, was compromised by the lack of cherry peppers, instead having mild yellow pepperoncini. The dish described as baked cauliflower mac and cheese made us scratch our heads." - Robert Sietsema
"Jeannie’s, which offers pizzas, pastas and salads on the lower level, is another collaboration with a different Seattle-based chef, James Beard award winner Tom Douglas." - Eater Staff
