Google
My first time trying Jenis ice cream and I had a wonderful experience. The inside is very cute and reminds me of retro ice cream shop atmosphere. The customer service was great. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable in all the flavors and gave out a few samples for me to try. I ended up going with my usual which is mint chocolate chip. I would definitely go back to try out their unique flavors that I regretfully missed out on.

Google
My husband and I stopped by Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams for a late-night snack, and it was such a delightful experience! We were looking for non-dairy options and although they only had two flavors in-store, I opted for the Wildberry Lavender, while my husband enjoyed the Birthday Cake flavor in a waffle cone. The ice cream was incredibly delicious with an amazing texture. Even though I'm not usually a fan of dairy ice cream, I was really impressed! They also offer a variety of pint ice creams to take home, which have more non-dairy options available. The shop had a charming seating area, and despite being very busy, we were helped quickly. If you're ever craving a sweet treat, I highly recommend stopping by—it's definitely worth the visit!

Jeni’s is just always the best ice cream hands down. We came here again for our birthday and got our birthday reward which was the perfect way to end the day. If I could have Jeni’s birthday every single day, I would!

Google
Got a signature cup with 3 flavors: gooey butter cake, brown butter almond brittle, and bay leaf cheesecake. In the app, the free upgrade from regular to signature saved $1 and allowed me to have 3.5 scoops up to 3 flavors. Staff was nice, and he answered all my questions and let me sample a couple flavors. Ice cream was soft but almost melted before I was done. The place could have been cleaner because the floor was sticky. There’s limited seating, and the line can build up quick. Location is right next to a paid parking lot.

Google
The ice cream has very nice texture. I personally liked the ice creams with variegates and inclusions. The bramble berry crisp was a favorite. People said the lavender flavor was mellow. People really liked the chocolate ice cream. It’s a little pricey do the size.

Google
This Vegan Ice cream was sooo tasty. I hate that you had to buy the pints but it was still good nonetheless. Waffle cones were freshly made while we were there as well.

I picked up a pint of Salted Caramel Brown Butter for my client, who is selling their Buckhead home. The staff was friendly and fast!! I thought it would be a nice treat for them to enjoy after a long afternoon of house house. I also picked up a few gift certificates for their friends and family. I think Jeni's is a great place to pick up a treat for your clients. The ice cream is delicious and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. I'm sure my client appreciated the gesture! FYI, we go an full price offer on their home. Get your Buckhead home sold with Stone House Realty.

Google
I've been to this location twice when I have been in the area. Last night, I told the young lady helping me that I have a gluten allergy, which I also do at the Avalon store, and they know the procedure to get the ice cream from the back. The young lady that helped me told me everything is gluten free, which it is not. She proceeded to dip my ice cream, I had to tell her to get the ice cream from the back. She said we only get the ice cream from the back if you have a peanut allergy. I asked her to please get my ice cream from the back freezer. She had an attitude about it. Management please train your staff about allergies and cross contamination.

Yelp
Best icecream I've ever had. The service was really good and they allow you to sample as many flavors that you want, even if there's a line. The ambiance is nice, bright, and very home-y. My two favorite flavors from Jeni's are the brambleberry crisp and the salted caramel. Those two together? BOMB. Must visit if you ever pass by any of them.

Yelp
Small little shop with great ice cream and friendly service - had a few tastings before deciding on the peanut butter - it was really good and the shop is very clean

Yelp
Had a craving for ice cream late night so I swung by since they dont close until midnight. I got the Darkest Chocolate on a cake cone. It was rich and delicious. The staff was also very knowledgeable about the flavor and the cocoa percentage. The next time I have a late night desert craving I'll definitely swing by here.

Yelp
You can never really go wrong with Jeni's icecream. It's the perfect place to go if you're wanting a sweet treat. The decorations are super cute and the place is clean. Staff is friendly as well. We got the: -brambleberry crisp 8/10 -brownbutter almond brittle 7.5/10 -salted peanutbutter 9/10 I also tried the samples of the eclipse flavors and I'm not sure if I'm a fan. The prices have gone up from what we're used to, so not really too happy with that. One half scoop is like $5.5 ??

Yelp
Really delicious ice cream. The sweet potato marshmallow praline was unique and tasted just like Thanksgiving. My favorite was the salted peanut butter though. Absolutely delicious. Cute little place, and glad they were open late.

Yelp
Jenni's is a must. So many different creative flavors. I love the decor and the amazing smell of the store. There can be a long wait line at times, but it's totally worth it. I love how you can skip the line if you get a pint.
google avatar

Maricela V.

Yelp
If you haven't had Jenni's yet you're definitely missing out! The combination of flavors and ingredients they use are top tier. Take a self care day to yourself and try them out asap!

Yelp
I like this location because there's more space to line up inside. I tried the new flavor(pictured) but didn't like it at all. For me I think it was the rose water. So I went with my usual( pictured). About Jeni's ice cream...Jeni's builds ice cream completely from scratch using a unique recipe honed and perfected over more than 20 years by thier founder, Jeni Britton. Their ice creams have a uniquely smooth texture and buttercream body, with bright flavor and clean finish. They set new standards for ice cream classics and to create our own. At Jeni's, you'll find flavors inspired by our curiosities--art, history, pop culture, and beyond--that simply don't exist anywhere else.

Yelp
Are you kidding me?! Have I been living under a rock or has everyone failed to tell me about this ice cream paradise. I went to the Buckhead location and it was clean, easy to park, bright and the staff were very welcoming. I mean 5 stars across the board. It was my first visit so I sampled lots of yummy flavors but landed on the popular ooey gooey butter cake and bramble berry in a delicious house made waffle bowl. The portion fits the price but it's definitely a treat and not a weekly trip for me. Absolutely delicious ice cream and very unique flavors I've never heard of a brambleberry in my life but will order it again!

Yelp
I love me some artisan ice cream! Glad we went here for dessert instead of staying at the overhyped Garden Room. The line wasn't too bad when we got in and there is limited indoor seating. The staff were all very patient and friendly despite the fact they were getting busier closer to closing time. They have a long freezer, but it really is just the same thing on each side. All the flavors I tasted were yummy, it was hard to choose. And they all have different textures! I love that they top off the scoops with their homemade waffle crisp. My only regret is not visiting more than once.
google avatar

Yelp
Jeni's is a great place for unique Ice cream flavors! My top 2 favorites are the "Gooey Butter Cake" & " Wild berry Lavender" Ice cream. They make their Ice creams fresh and in house. What I like is Jeni's also makes seasonal holiday flavors, and consistently have new flavors year round. The service is very fast despite also letting customers try their ice cream before purchasing. This location has plenty indoor & outdoor seating. This is great for a group of friends to hang out!
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
Great ice cream with such fun creative flavors! I got Sparkling Cherry Pie and Tahini Oat Chocolate Cookies! Both were great, but I preferred the Tahini Oat Chocolate Cookie flavor. Honestly, not many complaints... just 2 more superb flavors from Jenis!
google avatar

Yelp
Cute ice cream spot. I was visiting Atlanta and was brought here. The staff was super nice and helpful. Most of the flavors I've never heard of so I did a lot of tasting before actually ordering. I ended up getting a bowl with 2 flavors which were lemon bar and Hot Toddy Sorbet (I think that was the name of it. Both flavors were really good especially the lemon bar. The hoddy toddy had a little cayenne in it that gave it an extra kick but it wasn't overpowering. I throughly enjoyed both.

Yelp
Ok so I may be an ice cream snob and MAYBE I have a loyalty to Salt & Straw BUT this place smacks. That's a good thing. I love the unique flavors and creamy texture of the ice cream. Thanks to the team for letting us try way too many samples to find what we wanted. It was my first time here! I got the birthday cake one with their seasonal peach n biscuit which was sooo good! My husband had the peanut butter butter and bramble berry crips. Very strong flavoring! It was packed when we went and I wish they had outside seating.

Yelp
Delicious ice cream. Took a pint to go. Definitely worth the drive... free parking lot right next to it

Yelp
How can one say no to Ice Cream?? That would be ludicrous :-P My late night sweet tooth had me visiting the Buckhead location. Only due to the late hour, was there no line, which is guaranteed during the day. But with plenty of seating, both in- and outdoors, it's pretty care-free. Nestled between Velvet Taco and the Whole Foods plaza, it's easy to spot, but parking can be tight, so patience is a must. But you'll be sweetly rewarded, pun intended. Jeni's surprised me with some unique flavors, the Wild Lavender now firmly cemented as a new fav!! The Brambleberry sated my berry craving. If definitely recommend giving Jeni's a try, especially with take-home pints! YUMMY BON APPÉTIT
google avatar

Yelp
Really solid and the variety of flavors always keep things interesting. I'd just say it's a little pricey for what it is, and this location in particular can get crazy busy even on weeknights. The staff does a pretty good job though at keeping things moving. Overall I definitely prefer Jeni's to other ice cream chains

Yelp
First timer to Jeni's and was a little surprised to see the line backed out to the door, but by the time we had our ice cream, the line was heading down the sidewalk! Great flavor selection! They make their waffle cones and bowls out front. That was fun to see but I didn't have one. Small dining area with a few tables but most took theirs to go. Will return another day.
google avatar

Patrice F.

Yelp
Came in on a Saturday night for a late night treat after dinner. The line was almost out the door but it moved quickly. I think their system was down because they were only accepting cash only. Half of the line left which made it go by even faster. The girls behind the counter were friendly. As busy as it was, they let you get a sample of the ice cream before you purchased it which was awesome. There's many ways you can try their ice cream. Two scoops, three scoops, a flight. Hey, sky is the limit. I hate that they ran out of waffle bowls. That would've really made my day! As far as the ice cream i opted for the biscuits with the boss and brown butter almond brittle. Both were delicious but if i had to pick a winner out of the two then I'd choose biscuits with the boss. It melted in my mouth so smooth and i kept wanting more! My husband opted for the brambleberry crisp and gooey butter cake. If he had to choose, gooey butter cake won by a landslide but both flavors were delicious! The ambiance of the place was your average ice cream parlor. The tables could use a better cleaning but it was a busy Saturday night! Gotta give the girls some grace! Overall, if I'm in the area again I'd definitely return because the ice cream was delicious!

Yelp
Ice cream is fresh and flavors are delicious! We visit Jeni's every time we are in Atlanta!

Yelp
You can't go wrong with Jenny's jalapeño poppers! This place is absolutely fire and I do mean en Fuego! I recommend getting that spicy delight with cinnamon after bite? I'll be back at Christmas and have been anticipating the new designs and custom flavors
google avatar

Rosie Y.

Yelp
Love the creaminess of their ice cream and the waffle topping they add. I would probably get the waffle cup next time as it pairs so well with the ice cream!
google avatar

Elizabeth Y.

Yelp
You can never go wrong with a little bit of ice cream. Jeni's is extremely popular and I know a lot of people who say it's the absolute best ice cream. I still truly think that Kilwins is the best, but dolike to come here occasionally if we have a group of people that want to go. My friend wanted to try their new jelly, doughnut, ice cream, they loved it, but I decided to get something else. I got the banana Fluffer I believe is the name of it and it was pretty tasty. Again it wasn't my favorite, but still enjoyable. I'd come back if I had a group of people wanting to go
google avatar

BitLeigh V.

Yelp
Absolutely love some Jeni's after dinner. Service is always spectacular and the flavors are so good! Jeni's does get pretty busy post-dinner but that's to be expected. I'll always be back!
google avatar

Lisa F.

Yelp
What is there to say about Jeni's but that it's delicious. This location is in a shopping center with Whole Foods and next door to Velvet Taco. The service feom the 2 employees working was excellent. They allowed you to taste different flavors, and if you were unable to decide, would ask questions to help you choose. Great little spot with a small area for enjoying your ice cream inside or out.
google avatar

Gabi M.

Yelp
Visited this Buckhead location on Feb 13 2024 and had a wonderful experience. Todd was attentive, friendly and suggested we try some new flavors! He wasn't wrong! The banana French toast and Gooey butter cake were decadent and delicious! He was so thoughtful too, providing a generous portion for us 3 girls to share with 3 spoons and 3 waffle wedges. He was the "cherry on top" of our visit ! Ive been to The Battery location as well in the past, and always had a positive experience Both locations are clean, vibrant and well kept . Good job Jeni's!
google avatar

Yelp
first time here. love the blueberry lemon frozen yogurt and the snow cone sherbet. both are super refreshing, especially on a hot day. it's pricey, but good. you're paying for the quality of the product and the great customer service. the homemade waffle cones/bowls are sooooo good it's crazy. they have like this buttery salty-sweet flavor, yum! definitely a must try. cute spot. busy loc.
google avatar

Annie M.

Yelp
Came here late Saturday because the place we had dinner didn't have desserts we were interested in and Jeni's is open until 11pm on Fridays! They have sooo many flavors & the shop is small & was crowded when we came. They have 1 or 2 outdoor tables too They sell merchandise, ice cream to go & cones/bowls and waffles for eating there or to go. I got the bruleed banana & cinnamon roll on a waffle cone for $6.50. Not as much ice cream as Bruster's or cold stone will give you but it's absolutely delicious. Both flavors were really good but I think the banana was my favorite of the two! There's plenty of parking in the shared lot with some spas/salons/whole foods and a few other stores. Definitely worth a stop! And you can buy their ice cream in the grocery store too but it's better in store fyi
google avatar

Laks P.

Yelp
In and out quickly with delicious (and expensive ice cream $9 with tip) at 9pm on a Wednesday. Be ware of the tip screen when you pay as the have the highest tip amount on the left which you might accidentally click. The dairy free chocolate ice cream had a como it taste like an almond joy. The brambleberry ice cream tasted fruity and like a pie, and personally my favorite out of the two. The cone didn't taste very good and I wouldn't get it again. The portions are kind of small and didn't even fit the size of the cone bowl.
google avatar

Jerry S.

Yelp
As always, I try to check out the homemade ice cream places wherever I visit. Jen I'd had good reviews and when I got there, the line went halfway around the building I almost left, but people in the front of the line said it was moving pretty quickly After a modest wait, I tried a few samples and then got my ice cream. They had a variety of good flavors. The tastes were above average not top shelf but very good...
google avatar

Carlie M.

Yelp
Love Jeni's! Last night we went in around 10pm. It was a Friday night and there was a bit of a line but it moved relatively quickly. The workers were super nice. I got a triple in a waffle bowl. For the scoops, I got the Butterscotch Popcorn, Gooey Butter Cake, and Brown Butter Almond Brittle. They were all amazing! The butterscotch popcorn is a seasonal flavor. I'd for sure get all of them again! I wish the pints weren't so expensive! You can't go wrong with any of the flavors!
google avatar

Enna J.

Yelp
Disappointed that they didn't have classic strawberry or even a twist on strawberry flavor. Outside of that the flavors we did try were good. A bit pricey but you can join their rewards program. Plenty of parking since they're in the Whole Foods shopping center, however the interior can get crowded quickly since it's a popular neighborhood spot.
google avatar

Amber E.

Yelp
First of all, I LOVE ICE CREAM !!! So thank you soooo much yelp!! Thank you Jeni's Ice cream as well. The cashier was so nice, so sweet and accommodating. I was able to try the new flavor ice cream as well as taste an old favorite which is the Brambleberry Crip (the best). For my trio I had Brambleberry crip of course, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, and Wildberry Lavender. ABSOLUTELY delicious! I had two picky eaters that don't care to try new things with me and they loved it. If I were to go back, I'd get those same exact flavors all over again.
google avatar

Moira B.

Yelp
Stopped in here on a Saturday night. The service was friendly and the seating area is cute and clean. Only 3 stars because I just don't like the ice cream (personal preference). There are no classic flavors to choose from as they all have a twist. Luckily they let you try as many as you want which is good because it's hard to tell what you'll like. I also got a waffle cone, which was extra and it was so thin that the ice cream actually leaked out of it making it difficult and messy to eat. Because of this, what was just ok ice cream became an even less enjoyable experience. Overall for the price and the long wait I likely won't be back. But if you are down to try unique ice cream flavors in the Buckhead area this might be worth a stop!
google avatar

Kim B.

Yelp
Jeni's is highly rated in Atlanta. The ice cream was good, but that is the nature of ice cream. The cost was surprising as was the lackadaisical attitude of the woman who served us. There was not a clean table to sit at and we cleaned the drips and crumbs off one ourselves. The shop is cute and this was our first visit, but I think we will give another shop a try the next time we are in the mood for ice cream.
google avatar

Kimberly J.

Yelp
Jeni's has the best ice cream. This small neighborhood Gem accelerate with awesome service. Jeni's ice cream can be served on a cone, bowl or cup. The staff is always friendly & ready to serve. You can sit inside the restaurant and enjoy your nice yummy dessert. Jeni's has a small restaurant located in the Whole Foods shopping center, Buckhead. They have spoons, napkins and comfortable chairs for sitting. Free parking. Always a nice time going to Jeni's.
google avatar

Hibbah A.

Yelp
No other ice cream compares! I wasn't even an ice cream person but Jeni's is soooo good. The flavors are unique, not over sweet, and hit the spot. Do NOT skip the waffle cone! It's just as good as the ice cream because it's fresh. My favorite is the bramble berry crisp. This is our go to dessert spot and even where we take our out of town guests!
google avatar

Parag B.

Yelp
I picked a random ice cream flavor and it didn't disappoint! Friendly staff and nice little sitting area. I recommend getting the gooey butter cake
google avatar

Meka D.

Yelp
I love Jeni's! The have a variety of flavors and they even let you try a few! Staff were super friendly. I ordered the honey vanilla bean.
google avatar

Jodi F.

Yelp
Pricey but tasty treat. I had been hearing about this brand for a while. And it didn't disappoint. I got three flavors to try and liked brambleberry and the salted peanut butter. I wasn't a fan of the Texas sheet cake. I wish I could've samples but at this point they weren't allowing that. Overall I would go again but it's definitely one that's pricey so know that going in.
google avatar

Brionta P.

Yelp
Looking for a sweet treat? Have a sweet tooth that out of this world? Well Jeni's will fulfill ANY craving you may have. Jeni's specialize in not so typical flavors which makes this place all the more special. I visited the location in buckhead. And it's super cute in there. Definitely insta-worthy. Great I've cream and a beautiful establishment what more can a girl ask for. There is more than enough space in the inside to enjoy your ice cream on site. Note: not all Jeni's offer seating, that's what make this location special. All the staff are great. I've never personally experience bad service and I've been to a number of locations. Target and Chick-fil-A, Jeni's is coming for.
google avatar

Alesa W.

Yelp
I LOVE me SOME JENIS!!! Every time, I get to Atlanta I always have to get my fix! Although, they have the pints at Publix, to me it doesn't compare going into the actual shop! The ooey gooey butter icecream is my fave and I always get it! Omg I wish Jenis was closer because I think it's in Brandon, FL but that's way too far and I don't go to Brandon ever, Jax, Tampa and Orlando would be great. Nevertheless I will just get my fix everytime I go to Atlanta! Jenis is the bomb, try it-you will be hooked!
google avatar

Erin S.

Yelp
Jeni's is always packed and for good reason. They have delicious flavors. I love the Gooey Butter Cake and Brambleberry Crisp, but you really can't go wrong. The waffle cones are just *chef's kiss*. So so good. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Darlene O.

Yelp
I was craving ice cream, had been wanting to try Jeni's and I was in the area. Loved their ice cream and I'm not a waffle cone/bowl person but I said why not when asked and chose the waffle bowl. It is very good! I ordered the strawberry buttermilk which is their strawberry flavor. Very good, creamy and rich! Would definitely return to order this again. Loved it so much I'd buy the take home carton.
google avatar

Megan W.

Yelp
I was surprised at how popular this chain is; the line was out the door on a Saturday night. Since there is no dine-in due to the pandemic, there were small groups of people standing outside enjoying their ice cream. The shop is brightly decorated with bulb lights and simplistic posters. We were able to see the menu through the glass as we were waiting in line. The menu is expansive; their flavors range from refreshing and fruity to sweet and savory. I ordered a standard cone with wildberry lavender and orange blossom chiffon, but also tried their brambleberry crisp and sun popped corn. I highly recommend most of their flavors (the corn one was odd), and I would love to try more, specifically the brown butter almond brittle and cold brew with coconut cream. For $5, you receive a decent amount of ice cream with a thick cone; the cone was too salty and hard -- to the point that it was difficult to finish -- for my group. Nonetheless, I will look out for their ice cream pints in stores now too.
google avatar

Katherine S.

Yelp
I love Jeni's for their seasonal flavors. I'm glad samples are now back to help with deciding which flavor to get (the hardest part!). The brambleberry crisp and brown butter almond brittle are two of my favorites. Don't forget to sign up for their new loyalty rewards! Free scoop for your birthday!

Yelp
Jeni's are popping up all over city and I finally broke down and made a visit! I stopped by this location, which opened in 2019, located on Paces Ferry, in the Buckhead Market Place, which is also home to the Whole Foods and Velvet Taco. As you would imagine, parking in Buckhead can easily be a nightmare, but this location has plenty of free parking in the lot itself or in the underground lots. The only thing to be cautious of is Whole Foods has a lot of reserved spots, so be mindful! As most Jeni's locations, you should expect a wait most times. However they are pretty efficient to get you in and out while keeping you happy! The hold up usually comes from folks sampling, which I would highly recommend before committing. However, given today's Covid precautions, they are not allowing samples, so the lines move A LOT quicker...so, yay for the reduction in time it takes to get your scoop(s), but boo for no sampling. But I support it, #safetyfirst! Given I was not able to sample on this visit, I ended up with a flavor that is surefire and couldn't be a miss, the Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks. I opted for just one scoop in a bowl, which ran me around $5.50 after all was said and done. The ice cream was smooth, flavorful and absolutely tasty! I did cringe spending that much for one scoop, so I will say that Jeni's is on the pricier side of things, but the quality does seem to qualify for the higher prices...still stings a little. If you are not one for regular ice cream, they do offer a variety of dairy free options including sorbets. I have yet to try any of these, but have heard they are just as tasty as the ice cream staples of the regular variety. Overall, Jeni's is a splendid place to go (see what I did there!?) and get a scoop or two of ice cream. This particular location allows you to grab a scoop and hit the streets of Buckhead, which is pretty sweet. I did enjoy my scoop and when the craving hits, Jeni's will be on the radar!
