I have been here a dozen times, and this place is always making me feel happy and full. The dishes taste amazing and homemade, while the price and portions are up to par. The staff is quick, attentive, and super laid back. I highly recommend this restaurant it wont disappoint.

I come to this restaurant very often, and I really love it! It’s truly an amazing place — the food is delicious, and the chef is an absolute master of her craft. She cooks on a top professional level. The cleanliness and the speed of service are always excellent. The service is wonderful — everyone who works here is so kind, smiling, and pleasant. The owners always greet you with a smile; they’re kind, friendly, and genuinely wonderful people. The girl who handles the orders, serving, and payments is very cheerful and attentive to every detail — it’s such a pleasure to come here. My favorite dish is the beef soup, because it reminds me a lot of traditional soups from the CIS countries, like “shchi.” The portions are generous, with big pieces of meat, and it’s very tasty. I’m used to soups like that, and it’s so nice to find something similar here. Maybe someday they’ll add borscht, okroshka, or pelmeni to the menu? The chef nailed it from the very first try — she’s a true professional. Thank you so much for opening such a wonderful restaurant! I really love it.

The service is AMAZING and staff is caring. I needed a soup for my mother while at the hospital feeling ill. She loved it and at 95 she needed a homemade soup. I ordered pupusas delicious. Thank you!

My sister ordered food for her place of employment and everyone loved it. We went for brunch and now I live it!! Honduran food is the best, we had baleada with meat, Honduran tacos, beef soup and pork chops with green plantain chips served with cabbage salad and salsa on top same for tacos. Everything was delicious and portions are big, leftovers for everyone. Process are fair, the add tip after you spend $20 by service is really good. We will go back.

I was highly disappointed, I ordered the Baleada “Con Todo” and as you can see it looks like a Baleada “Con Menos” even a Baleada Sencilla has more toppings than this. As soon as I opened it I told the waitress that there was no Avocado. She proceeded to ask the cook who told her there wasn’t any. Yet no one said anything on what was missing I had to tell them myself. At check out I told them how many items were missing and that I wasn’t going to pay for a Baleada “Con Todo” if it didn’t bring toppings it’s supposed have and that the menu says it has like avocado and cream/ crema/ mantequilla. The waitress called the owner who then called the cook and stated that she had put cream/ crema/ mantequilla on it and that I was wrong. Well as you all can see there isn’t any on the Baleada the only “cream/ crema/ mantequilla” that I was given was on a tortilla dip not on the Baleada. After that the cook stood at the kitchen door staring at me and laughing and I smiled and looked back. So yeah very unprofessional and the owner who sat by the entrance area stated that “I know she put cream/ crema/ mantequilla on the baleada because I saw her do it”. I hope they all can take a good look at these pictures and know that sometimes “the customer is right”. Also, the “queso” is just grated cheese which was also disappointing. I do not recommend.

Looking for a Hondurian place close to me and found this little restaurant with great google reviews. Needles to say it did not disappoint, ordered catered breakfasts and stopped by for lunch today. Amazing food, ladies Soila and Aida are too sweet. Will be coming back for sure.

Ever since they changed the owners its not the same. Food is over priced and not worth that much money. Being charged a tip when i’m ordering pick up is absurd.

Can perfectly prepared and planned to spend quite a bit of money since I haven't had Honduran food before I couldn't even get to the eating part because they had some little kids screaming and running around the whole restaurant and I thought he would stop eventually but after 10 minutes of the kid just screaming and running around all over the restaurant I just decided to cut my losses and leave. So if you're really hungry and not in the mood for ridiculous unprofessional shenanigans I definitely wouldn't eat here.

Very hearty food and well seasoned as well. I had ordered take out and it was fresh. I sopa de res. The portion was huge, I wish they put more caldo and meat rather than the plethora of carrots in the container but nonetheless it was tasty and hearty. Would come again if I'm in the area to try out other dishes

Delicious, balleadas are huge, sofa de res fresh and delicious, fresh juices. Nice service people were attentive and quick on responding.

La comida es pasable nada del otro mundo y encima de todo si uno quiere cambiar algo del plato no se puede porque asi viene la combination ahh pero eso si a la hora de pagar muy puestos con la propina incluida aunque sea una o dos personas.

This use to be my favorite restaurant growing up ... I would always come early mornings before school just to get me a baleada.. after they sold the restaurant to these new owners... the food has not been the same .. Before the baleada's were well balanced with the bean, cheese and crema.. but now maybe because they upper the price .. they pile all the ingredients in this one Baldada that it's so overwhelming to eat that I would literally gag and just throw out the whole thing. WHOEVER THE NEW OWNER IS , PLEASE PLEASE LEARN HOW TO MAKE AN TRADITIONAL BALEADA

I came here by coincidence. What a nice surprise! Attention is friendly, the food is delicious like the grandma's food. I eat the "carne a la hondureña" you should ask for. The cafeteria is clean and is operating for the family 18 yrs

food is good, quantity of meat is not the best for the price. I've ordered several times. I like the Hondurian Breakfast. That's always a hit. I've had other lunch specials where the meat portion is barely enough. The beans are not my favorite.

Food was pretty good. Had good flavor and variety. Service was good. Nothing bad but nothing spectacular.

Taste good, but they charge you more for food that is advertise in the menu. When my check came it was $16 for carne asada...... what the hell???? Her excuse that is that the prices changed constantly and they cannot change the prices every time. And.... She cannot informed me that before ordering?

Loved the food the first time we went, though the service was bad. Second time we went, the service was just as bad and unfortunately the food wasn't great. Decided to give it one last chance, but this visit sealed the deal for us-- the food was flavorless and the service was the worst I've ever experienced. The check included a 15% tip (unusual), and the waitress charged us for food we did not consume. When notified of the discrepancy, she rounded to a total that was not accurate. I let her know that it was not correct and again she insisted on this new total, without actually calculating it to adjust tax and tip. Then, after we paid for it on credit card there was a tip line that did not state it was an ADDITIONAL tip. It calculated the tip as if one had not already been charged. Avoid this place at all cost. Much better Honduran food and service elsewhere in Miami.

Food in general is ok, we got Honduras plate with grill shrimps (they were a bit fishy almost like they are about to go bad), grill chicken breast (it was ok) grill steak (really good seasoned and very tender) rice (good like my gramma's rice) beans (average) and salad. That was a take out, No service at all, we didn't used any table or ask for anything it was just to go, she add 15% to the tap without mentioning that she added, she was avoiding to show the receipt so we weren't able to see that she add the tip. So BE AWARE TIP IS INCLUDED EVEN IF THERE IS NO SERVICE. Just want the server to know tip is a gratuity that clients decide to give as a rewards for the service. It's not an obligation. I had $5 bill to give her but she decide to do this so she only got $1.5 she add herself.

I was craving pupusas the other day so I called in my order. Unfortunately, they were out of pupusas so I got a baleada con carne. It was decent. Their curtido was really good though. I can't wait to try it on a pupusa next time! Oh and my banana batido was awesome! The staff I side was friendly and they were all following mask and distancing rules for COVID.

Great coffee cafe con leche is on point. Hondureño breakfast good in portion and delicious. Clean Friendly environment... Quick service Family friendly. If you're looking for a good breakfast / Central American food this is the spot

I'm Salvadoran and I come here all the time for their tacos and other delicous food ! If you're looking for some good authentic food, this is the place to come !

Have the chorizó baleada ! I've never had this before and it's amazing !! They have so many other options of food on the menu and everything looks pretty yummy. I think I'm going to try the fried chicken tacos next time. Also the staff is super nice and humble. It's a family owned business so it feels very homey in there.

I love these "mom and pop" restaurants! I placed my order over the phone for take out (first time trying this place). The lady on the phone was polite and very friendly. Food was ready when I arrived (called 10minutes prior to pick up). I got a steak Baliada and a small Tamarindo drink. They offered me pickled spicey onions (picante). OHHH EMMMM GEEEEEE, so stinking delicious!!!!!! Low prices, tasty food, large portions and cozy atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

Let's start with the food: not bad, decent flavor typical Central American taste. I had the Honduran dish which comes with egg, cheese, beef and fried beans. The ambiance: a little cozy place, pretty a hole in the wall, but okay. The service: by far the worst. The lady who's the owner gets moody and foul if you ask her for help. I was there with a friend and I asked her for tortillas, however, she walked away to attend a delivery guy. I thought she had not heard me so I politely asked her again and she answered without even looking at me. Talk about waking up from the wrong side of the bed. Alright food, foul service. Avoid this place, you deserve better much for your dollars. There are plenty of other Honduran restaurants that will welcome you and show you true Honduran hospitality.

My family and I've been eating there for five years since I moved to the neighborhood. It's always a delight, it's a family ranch restaurant, and everybody is always welcoming. The food is great and the Baleadas are fairly priced

Small spot in the back road of north Miami Beach. Unless someone told you about it, you wouldn't know it's there and even if you drove by, you wouldn't see do to it's unusual placement. About the food though, it's really good! Normally I would drive all the way to 8th street to find this same food , so I was so happy when I tried the food and loved it . It's not "American" food it's Honduran food as it may be misclassified in Yelp and ubereats. I recommend : 1. Carne asada 2. Chicken tacos (fried) 3. Baleada 4. Enchiladas 5. Pupusas I won't tell you why you have to go try those dishes, I'll just tell you that you need to go for yourself and give it a try.

I was actually looking for Cuban food while in Miami but it lead me here. Just as well I have been wanting to try Honduran food for a bit. The service here was nice and it is a little small place in North Miami. I tried the baleada and the Honduran plate special. All was very tasty and very good. It was nice to finally try a Honduran baleada. I got the steak one and their steak was so well seasoned and the baleada was so delicious. I also liked that they had a small market with typical honduran snacks which I took some home to try. This is a good place to come for a meal if you are craving some Latin food.

This restaurant doesn't deserve any stars. Food was disgusting and WAY over priced! Not worth it! Shut this place down !

Best Hondoreno food ever! been going there for 10 years at least. Cheap, great home food from Hondoras! Steak Baleadas are the best and are filling. Small not fancy place but food will never disappoint.

Good honduran food! I wouldn't say authentic but definitely good honduran food. I had the pupusas and they were very good! My sister had a baleada, which was okay.. I've had better. Next door they have a little honduran market, which was really nice seeing all the familiar brands I see when I go to Honduras.

Love this place, the steak baleada is may favorite! But you can't go wrong with a plate of food either, their rice and beans have a flavor that I've never had anywhere else. Very good.

Asked for a breakfast they charged me $13. The breakfast was incomplete because they don't have enough produce but I took it like that. I got a coffee and I noticed they have sweet bread so I stand up to grab something, when I comeback they already trough away the coffee I didn't taste it because they thought I was done. I guess the place is too pricey for the quality of the dood they serve

A hole in the wall gem. I religiously order the carne asada estilo hondureño and I have yet to be disappointed. They are as consistent as they are delicious.

I bought cantina grin there for this week. It's been 2 days and I'm very pleased with it. I can't wait for the rest of the week. Food is fresh and very tasteful. Staff is very friendly as well.

I red the coomments, i wonder why dont do a try... Well the only sell cheese pupusa because asthe waiter told us the don know how to make the another and usual kind of pupusas... also overriced, 7.50 for 2 pupusas, no souse etc. The baleada looks a kids meal dish.. very small 5.50. and not too tasty. Really, small portions, bland and overprced. Go to another tipical etnitc place. Caro, poquito sin sabor.. mejor ce a otro resturanee tipico donde pupusas son mas grandes, variadas, ricas y baratas.

Wow!!!! Haven't had Honduran food like this since my mothers' cooking growing up! It is real authentic, good prices, and friendly staff! What more could I ask for? It is really close to my house so that is always a plus! The food was well seasoned, fresh, and delicious! Love, love, love this place. Definitely will be coming back for more!

This is one of the most homophobic restaurants I've ever been before. I used to go there at least 3 times a month with my partner. I even told ppl I know to go there and try their food because it's really good even though they add a lot of service fee without telling them at the beginning. Last last time time I went there they gave those weird looks like if my partners and I were not welcome anymore. They ignored me like I had a desease. I felt like I was begging for my food. Good food nasty service

I fell in love with a baleada when I tried it at Jennifer's. I'd never had one before, but they are AMAZING from this place. I'd give it 5-stars, but honestly I haven't been able to try the rest of their menu. I eat here ~once/week, and I always get a baleada, and sometimes a pupusa (also delish). As a white guy with no other frame of reference on Honduran food, I strongly recommend it!

Never going back ! Customer service is super important and they don't have a slight clue of what that is. I stopped eating in and would only pick up to have less contact/communication. Well they messed that up too. I called to order a large soup ($8 on the menu) with only the meat, potato and corn. When I picked it up I asked if it was the soup I asked for and she confirmed it. I give her my card and she says "its $9.63 but ima charge $10 because we cant charge it for less than that is that ok ?" No it's not ok, first you go up on the price and now you want to charge me even more. So she says fine ill charge $10 and ill give you the change. I said sure that's fine. WHY wasnt that the first thing she said ? Well, it didnt end there, i get home and the soup has everything i didnt ask for. I called she said it wasnt her problem and hung up on me.

We have been in this place many times and so far the food was good. Thursday afternoon we went to pick up some pupusas. They have not a variety like in another places the only option was the cheese one. The pupusas are nicely done, but what make me give them one star, they charged 18% tips on a to go order. Really? What an assault. We will never come back neither we supported this kind of business. Unethical, and cynical staff! Get lost!

Great restaurant, great service, and the employees have great attitudes that just make you feel welcome here. Best place to eat breakfast, bite to eat and great coffee the staff were very well mannered.

This tiny little spot may not look like much, but the food is great! I try to eat here once a week. Honduran breakfast and dinner are my favorite! Homemade deliciousness.

Do you know what Honduran food is? Well come here and first order something called " ballidia"" its amazing. the hand made tortilla with red beans paste and a white cream and a shredded white cheese. then you can get it with steak . I put the home made hot pickels in it and go to town . Its very special. Now on Friday they have their oxtail that is super great, and on sat. go get the mondungo soup. Better take at least 5 extra ballidas to go, they heat up at home perfectly. Make sure you get enough hot pickle's.

Breakfast hit the spot, as id hope any scrambled eggs with french fries would. The cuban coffee was Delicious and service was fast. Happy i know spanish it helped with ordering. i hope to come back and try their main dishes.

I gave it one star only cuz the milk shake was ok. We ordered two carne asada! YUCK!!! The meat was so gross and tough and just a weird tasting. We ordered it to go so I couldn't do anything. I will never again come to this place. The food is very low quality. I know the prices are kinda low but honestly their not that cheap. You can find cheaper places with better quality food!

I love this place. The servers are very nice people who will help you decide on a dish. I love the chicken sandwich, pupusas, & tostones. Great food, great people.

This is the 3rd time I came for a baleada and the prices changed each time..it's supposed to be $4.50 on the menu but they went as high as $7.50 and I bought 2 of them. I went back and told them it was supposed to be $4.50 and the lady just told me no and shrugged me off . Very rude. Look I know they're desperate for customers but don't overcharge almost double for a baleada. There's plenty better Honduran food around Miami anyway good riddens! I'm from Belize so I know good Honduran food when I taste it and they didn't deliver.
