Jeongmyeon

"A seven-seat stainless steel table and an open kitchen are all there is to Jeongmyeon, which means “noodles infused with meaning.” This one-chef operation serves noodle soups with meat. White noodle soup and red noodle soup are the only two dishes on the menu, but both offer deep flavor profiles. The broth, made with seafood, pork, and chicken, reveals a rich set of tastes. Garnishes topping the rice noodles, including thin slices of pleasantly chewy pork, onion, and red pepper, are truly a sight to behold. The red noodle soup, which can be made with varying levels of spiciness, is served with a bowl of rice for a filling meal." - Michelin Inspector

Mundo Theatrum

A small noodle restaurant introduced in the Michelin Guide. It is run on a small scale by two male chefs. There are two types of noodles on the menu: spicy and regular noodles. Overall, it has a clean taste and atmosphere. There are only about 7 seats, so you may have to wait.

Very fresh soup and clean atmosphere. Excellent and polite service. I finished the whole bowl of noodle and soup!

Prepare to wait more than 60 mins. There are only about 8-9 seats. If you have slow eater ahead of your queue, be ready to wait even long. The noodle is really good, soup is clear, meat is tasty. But I personally will not wait for 90 mins and go out of the way to eat at this place.

The service and ambiance of the place is top-notch while the pumpkin sikhye was the highlight of the meal, cutting the spice. The noodles were good, though nothing really stood out in terms of flavour.

If you want an experience that is not typical Korean, this tiny noodle joint is worth a try. It has only eight seats. You'll order from the ticket machine, with the English option. It's manned by two handsome young men, and the service is very good. The noddle soup is quite different from the standard fair of kalguksu. It seems like a mix of Chinese and Japanese: clear broth with rice noodles and lean pork slices. But the combination is not anything extraordinary. The set meal includes a pumpkin drink that is not that commonly seen. The service is wonderful. While I like the experience, but I don't think I'll come back for a second.

Modern, minimal, and no-frill interpretation of classic noodles. Simple and lovely.

I turned up at 248pm and 8pm but turned away Owner should update the hours on google since you turn customers away before the official closing time. It’s a far walk from the train station. What a waste of time and effort to go down, twice !

A bit too garlicky but good enough. Great but not worth more than 30 min wait.
