During a recent visit for my birthday, I found the cuisine at the Bistro by Jérôme Nutile to be truly impressive—our main courses were delicious, and my dessert was excellent. The champagne was perfectly chilled, and the décor and ambiance were both delightful, contributing to a relaxing and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, the service fell short of the restaurant’s culinary standards. We were served by five different waiters, yet no one seemed to be coordinating or even aware of our table’s status. Not once were we asked how our meal was, and when we voiced our concerns about the disorganized service as we settled the bill, our feedback was simply ignored. This inattentive, chaotic approach dampened what should have been a special occasion, leaving me hesitant to return. While the kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing, the lack of a smooth, attentive service experience makes me skeptical about trying the main gastronomic restaurant in the future.
