Amazing place for a great cocktail. Everything was exquisite from beginning to end. It is a very small, intimate place, so be sure to make reservations. Drinks were phenomenal. Be sure to try the dirty martini, which is purple because they use black olives, which I’ve never seen. Staff were also super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

What can I say about this place? We walked in without a reservation, and the waiter informed us that we could stay for half an hour if we wanted. We accepted. Later on, I insisted on paying and leaving since we had already stayed longer than 30 minutes, but they told us we could stay a bit longer as the next table was running late. We ordered two cocktails: the Parker 75 and a dry martini (though I regret not trying their house signature version). Both were well executed—the Parker 75 was outstanding with sweet, aromatic notes, yet incredibly balanced. The bar was cozy, and the music was perfect (as a musician, I always pay close attention to that). But more than anything, I loved the people who worked there. I wish I had more days in Rome so I could go back again. Last but not least, they offered us some vermouth to try, on the house. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Until we meet again.

The Jerry Thomas Bar Room is the little brother of the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy. It is not a duplication. The Bar Room has its unique vibe and style. There's only six tables and the decor is of a vintage train car. The stock is not as extensive as the speakeasy but the mixologists have what they need to create top shelf drinks. Every cocktail I was served was perfection. Even a drink I gave the recipe for. The service is impeccable. The only thing I didn't care for were some kind of hybrid cracker/biscuit. I asked for something salty like pretzels, nuts or potato chips. They didn't have those but suggested this other thing. But this is minor. The drinks were stellar. This place is top notch. Service friendly and prompt, drinks are exquisite, and the atmosphere is perfection for what they are going for. Special mention to the cocktail making station that really showcases the bartenders' abilities. A must visit in Rome. Also it's very well air-conditioned which is great.

Excellent service! I had 3 cocktails off menu (Negroni with gin, dirty martini and cocktail a la Louisiane) which were all very enjoyable. Highly recommend. Would definitely go again! 3 cocktails each = 93€

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this exclusive establishment nestled in the heart of Trastevere! It was one of the highlights of our Roman Holiday! Everything was perfect…the intimate atmosphere, the music selection, the service, and of course the cocktails. We tried the Banana Daiquiri, the Parker 75 and my old favorite, the Aviation…all were delicious! We also appreciated the small glasses of bubbly in honor of our anniversary! We will certainly visit when we return to Roma!
