Jetwing Jaffna

Very stylish hotel, superb decor and the staff uniforms were typical and very pretty. All the food was absolutely delicious including the deserts, which is a rarity in this country. Many thanks and we’d love to stay at this hotel again. The staff was very attentive and also friendly as well as professional.

Excellent location for exploring Jaffna. Easy reach of the fort and markets on foot. The rooms are very clean although smaller than some of the hotels we have stayed in. The buffet food was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Good mix of traditional Sr Lankan and international food. Really helpful and friendly staff.

In September 2022, we spent a night at this lovely hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had a charming traditional look, which made us feel cozy and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was definitely the delicious food,freshly prepared with authentic flavors that truly impressed us. Each meal was enjoyable, and the warm hospitality from the staff made everything even better. It was a short but sweet stay, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful service. We would love to return for a longer visit next time!

Absolutely amazing hotel if you want to stay in comfort when coming to Jaffna. Ample space in the rooms with extremely soft beds and essential amenities provided. In addition, the food that is available is a must try as the menu changes everyday. Breakfast and dinner is sorted every day and the quality is top tier - don’t even need to go out honestly. The staff are also quite friendly with them accommodating to your every need. Highly recommend!

The staff welcomed us with smiles on their faces and cold drinks and towels which was very refreshing after a long and tiring journey. Madhumitha guided us to our rooms and answered all the questions that we had. She is very friendly and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable. Our server for our first meal was Jorkin, he works very hard and he is extremely polite to the customers. Everyone working at this hotel wants to ensure that all the guests have a wonderful stay, I highly recommend the Jetwing hotel in Jaffna!

Had a wonderful stay at Jetwing Jaffna! 🏨🌅 The rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. Everything was well-kept and felt thoughtfully arranged. 🛏️✨ The food was fantastic — full of flavor, fresh, and with a good variety to choose from. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal hit the spot. 🍽️😍 We also tried a couple of cocktails, and they were seriously impressive. 🍹 They were smooth, well-mixed, and definitely packed a punch — strong enough to feel it, but still super enjoyable and tasty. The staff were amazing — so kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They really added to the positive experience with their warm hospitality. 😊❤️ The only thing we felt was missing was a pool — it would’ve been the perfect way to cool off after a hot day. 💦 That addition would make this place even better! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend! 🙌🌴

Room arrangements, facilities Iinside the room with comfortable mattress and pillows, bath items are very good. Very kind and attentive local youth in the hotel provided me an excellent environment two spend two days happily.

We had a wonderful stay - as UK born Tamils, travelling with our young baby, we were anxious about the trip but Jetwing Jaffna enabled us to enjoy our stay - the staff honestly went above and beyond to ensure that we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff are just exemplary, absolutely exceptional service and the food was exquisite (the a la carte options being excellent value too) - we had most of our meals in Jaffna at the Jetwing restaurant. We hope to stay again in future
