9/30/25. @ approx 9am So I’m at JJ I walk up read the menu. Everyone’s just staring not welcoming at all the little Asian lady leaning look extra disgusting that I was there I disturbed her lean,,, I even gave her a little smile. Didn’t do no good she looks mad that she at work. An I got attitude from the Caucasian lady’s that ring up my order she looked mad as if I was taking to long then she flip the receipt towards me and asked is everybody ok you all look mad. That you have to work when she felt, I caught on and was going to say something she tried to give me a little smile, but it was already too late…. Why are people like that if you don’t like Customer Service get out of it don’t work in it You gonna be pissed off cause you got a customer.everyone that go there help pay your check .. I even said to the ladies have a nice day. An I was ignored… WOW an check the dry sandwich 🤣🤣🤣

07/23/21: I went to Jimmy John’s to get a sandwich before my flight. The whole process took 45 minutes from waiting in line to order and then waiting for my food. I only got a sandwich and chips, since I can’t bring drink through security. Do to the logistics of this location being in an airport, service and prices aren’t the same as a typical Jimmy John’s. My sandwich was good and the bread was super fresh. The only way you will get your food “freaky fast” is if no one ordered ahead of you or when they first open for the day.

They charged me $35 for two sandwiches with like 2 slices of meat. But then messed up on one of them... By the time I found out I was already on my flight. I ordered double turkey, double salami and cheddar cheese. They gave me none of that and charged me $20. Just check your order before you get on your flight.

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and patient while deciding what to get. All the sandwiches looked amazing. I will definitely come again.

Thursday 08/28/25 .. Horrible cashier .. As I walked up he says "What do you want " instead of "How may I help you " . It's not a hard thing to do . Next , he gets my order wrong . I work at the airport so I don't have the time to wait another 10 minutes for them to get it right . The guy was just rude from the start . If you don't like your job QUIT !! Airport employees are a very big part of why that place stays open . Stop being rude to everyone or perhaps the owner should reconsider hiring someone like him .

The food and service was great. We were served by the manager Eric. He was very friendly, professional and quick to make our order.

First time trying a sandwiches from this store! I got a veggie one and it was good! A nice to go food for busy people!

I’m an airline employee and regularly visit this spot even though it’s outside of security, because of the staff. They are so sweet and very efficient. The sandwiches are always top-notch and, as a vegetarian, it’s hard to come by a really good vegetarian sandwich in the airport. The staff are always awesome, particularly Justin & Kevin. They have even gone out of their way to call me if they need to modify my online order! I’ve never received that level of service from an airport restaurant, ever! Highly recommend.
