Jimmy John’s opens at McCarran International Airport | Eater Vegas

"Just opened at McCarran’s Terminal 1 concourse level between Wendy’s and the Bud 29 Track Lounge, this Jimmy John’s is the chain’s first sandwich shop at the airport and its first airport location. It serves the full lineup of sandwiches, including newcomers Jimmy Cubano, the spicy East Coast Italian, and The Frenchie with salami, capicola, provolone, and salted butter on a baguette. Owner Eric Wharton says he plans to hire around 25 employees, and the shop is open daily from 8 a.m. to midnight." - Susan Stapleton
