Food : Tasty, perfect temperature, ideally cooked. Mongolian beef - plenty of meat, just perfect with onions and tasty sauce. Fried dumplings- not overfried, Tender dough, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned. Large and satisfying portion. Fried rice- needs to be worked on. Interior - Pleasant atmosphere. Interesting and rich interior design. Clean, cozy, and well-lit. Extensive menu. Good selection of alcoholic beverages, including beer. The menu features elements of Thai cuisine.” Staff- This little restaurant is run by a family—very friendly people who go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Great place. I’m glad I stopped by. Highly recommended. Next time I’m passing through, I’ll definitely come again.

The food is absolutely amazing. We have the Mongolian beef and lo mein. We also had hot pot, which is our first time and Jing walked us through to make it a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Google
The worst hot pot experience in my life. Overpriced freezer food. And they continue to charge you if you order more sauce. The mala has no flavor. The spice wasn’t spicing. The fried bread tasted like freezer burnt, there was barely any meat??? For that amount of money that isn’t even all you can eat is ridiculous. I drove 2 1/2 hours bc this was the closest hot pot place. Not worth even driving 10 min. Service is fast. And mushrooms were the most edible part. The rest was so bad. Also $4 for cilantro?!?! WHAT Save your money, your time, and your stomach.

Google
First time trying this restaurant and I will say I was highly impressed. The owner was very nice and food was fresh. My friend and myself did HOT POT. And it was a great experience. Being his first time at a hotpot It was a learning experience. The wonderful owner was out there explaining how it worked to him. I highly recommend this establishment. If you like HOTPOT. Good place for a first time!

Google
Way over priced, example cilantro is $4.50 If you order a soda it comes canned sitting in your glass on top of the ice. Refills are not free. I had beef broccoli It came with over cooked rice that seemed like maybe it was yesterdays batch and both the Beef broccoli and rice had little flavor. My two guest ordered the hot pot they liked the sauces and spring rolls but the shrimp and mussels smelled bad. It was not busy at all, two other tables were occupied but the waitress was mostly busy doing chores? I'm not sure but I had to wave her down to pay for another soda. with a tip it was a 154.00 for three people That would be fine if the quality of food and service matched the pricing. I will never go back

Came here on a Friday night and it wasn't super busy so so were able to get seated right away. The service was very friendly and fast. Both of the servers were very attentive to their tables and made sure everyone had everything. I think our servers name was Ronnie (I am sorry if that's not right) and she was very friendly, courteous, and helpful with our tables needs.. The menu is extensive and has a large selection of food and different flavors. We did not try the hot pot menu so I can't comment on that but the Chinese food was very good. Everything came out hot, fresh, and really fast. I had a Mongolia Three combo and it was Mongolian beef, shrimp, and chicken in one dish. The whole table enjoyed their food and had no negative comments. Needless to say, we will definitely be back here.

Google
We tried the hotpot and it was really good. The ingredients didnt taste super fresh, but we went pretty late into the day. The broth was delicious and the prices are cheaper than most hotpot places. They are a family owned so service is a bit slow, but super friendly! I would definitely come again!

Google
Called for a delivery order. We ordered fried dumplings, spring rolls, moo shu pork, and seafood double pan fried noodles. What should have been $46 cost us $73.99. I called to ask why they charged us so much we were told “that’s what it costs” I also asked why we didn’t even get any rice on the side and the response was “your stuff doesn’t come with rice” I can tell you I would’ve rather spent that kind of money on a nice dinner out at a steakhouse down town rather than wasting my money on subpar pseudo-Chinese delivery. I wouldn’t recommend spending this kind of money on food that is convenient but isn’t tasty or worth the money. Forgot to take pics of the dumplings but this is the rest of the food and the receipt

Yelp
Overall, a decent contender for Chinese takeout. The food was prepared fresh and serving size was respectable for the price. I wouldn't go for spring rolls again though- I still cannot fathom paying over $10 for just 2pcs, even if they were fresh and flavorful. For the entrees, the spice quotient was low, but easily fixed with some chili oil I had a home. Service is very good, and the server was very helpful with the packaging and promptness during pickup. The restaurant has a good amount of dine-in seating available and the vibe was chill.

Yelp
We recently moved near the Monument area and, as Asian food lovers, we searched for a good Chinese restaurant in the vicinity. We found this restaurant on Yelp and had a late lunch there. The restaurant, located in a strip center near King Soopers, was clean and well-maintained. Although they offer lunch specials, we opted for the dinner-sized options because our friendly server indicated that the serving size is more than double compared to the lunch portions. We ordered several dishes, including combination lo mein, sweet and sour pork, Mongolian beef, and General Tso's chicken. Each dish was served hot and freshly cooked, and all were very tasty. However, the serving sizes were disappointingly small, making the meals feel rather pricey. It's worth noting that every order, except for the lo mein, came with a small bowl of rice, with options for steamed white, brown, or fried rice. I truly enjoyed the quality and taste of the food, but the portion sizes left something to be desired, especially considering the cost. Compared to other places, Jing Young is on the pricier side. My overall rating is 3.5. Nonetheless, if you're seeking fresh, flavorful Chinese food in a clean environment and don't mind smaller servings, Jing Young is worth a visit.

Yelp
I absolutely adore Jing...her drive and hard work make this business a success! I also love the food, which can always be customized for vegetarian and vegan diets! The veggie spring rolls are magical, and the mixed vegetables (with garlic sauce) are my favorite entree. My kids love the lo mein in chicken and veggie, as well as several entrees. Everything is made fresh and the veggies are being chopped as you go! I've never tried the hot pots at the tables, but it's on my list! I do miss the "free delivery" within 3 miles, especially with the steep menu price increases, but I get it at the same time--in this economy!

Yelp
Brought the family for dimner. Greated and welcomed by owner. Enjoyed Sweet & Sour Chicken and Chicken Lomein. Food was hot and great! Good service. $65.00 for 4.

Yelp
OK this place was amazing! From the food to the staff man it was just good all around! The portions are a bit too big for me but I'm sure others will appreciate that. We took leftovers home and had at least 2 more servings. My picky kid is already asking to go back!

Yelp
Excellent food and customer service. They are so incredibly kind, especially to my special needs Brother when he goes in alone. Thank you Jing Young.

Yelp
Just moved here and was looking for a good Chinese place. They are the closest to us but when we went to their website menu it was not even built and had Italian food on it. Considering that and the name change we aren't likely to trust this place and their prices are pretty high. Our favorite Chinese place in Santa Fe was less expensive and the best Chinese food we ever had.

Sheila W.

Yelp
I ordered food for delivery this evening. Called after 70 minutes, person who answered the phone said he was heading out the door to deliver. I never got my $60 order. I will cancel the credit card payment but this is very disappointing that it never showed up.

Erin R.

Yelp
Went expecting to get hot pot and was very disappointed that it was no longer an option. They need to update their signs and advertisement. The food we did get was very good and the wait wasn't very long.

Walter L.

Yelp
New to the area and in search of our go-to Chinese restaurant. My wife picked up to go for lunch, and it was really pretty good. We were optimistic that we may have found our go-to place. Unfortunately, we went back twice at night, once for dine-in, the next to go. Both times, the soup, chicken wings, egg-rolls were not good at all. Had to toss the hot and sour soup. Entrees were ok, but that's it. The staff is friendly and courteous. The value perceived was not there. So we are still searching.

Yelp
Been there now around 6 times. I would rate this as my favorite Chinese go-to in our town. Always fresh food, tasty, employees always friendly and greeting everyone. Orange beef is great. Jampong Soup is outstanding at lunch! Mongolian beef as well as Szechuan is other great choices. Lunch menu is always on point as far as fresh and taste great. I haven't tried the hot pot yet as I normally stop here for lunch. Won't disappoint.

John S.

Yelp
I really like the food here. But my last two visits, I have been greeted by staff in MAGA gear. I respect that everyone has a right to political expression, but if you want to make your business a platform for your politics, don't expect support from a diverse client base. I won't be back.

Yelp
Quality ingredients are key in Asian cooking and any meal I've ordered from Jing Young has been quality. We eat from the traditional menu. The Hot & Sour soup is about the best in the area. If you like General Tao then try the House Hot Spicy Crispy Chicken. The sweet flavor out weighs the hot and makes for a delicious taste. Curry is a mild. The vegetables are large cuts and they don't skimp on them. The staff is crazy, wonderfully, friendly! It's so nice to come in and be treated like friends. Next time we will try the Hot Pot. That menu looks yummy.

Joanne K.

Yelp
Pretty average food. My husband ordered Szechuan pork- I ordered garlic chicken. The sauce tasted identical. The egg drop soup was decent. Surprised at the rave reviews- I wouldn't go out of my way for this one.

James P.

Yelp
Hot pot in Colorado Springs! We've been here twice now, and will return again. For a fun family evening around food, hot pot is the way to go. So glad they are here !!

Yelp
Had a early dinner late lunch there that was really good. I am a big fan of hot pot and this one did not disappoint. Definitely recommend this place! It's family owned and run with home cooking taste that you can really tell they put in the extra effort to make things great. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely repeat my visit. It's in a nondescript shopping center but Ambiences nice as well as food is great

Roy C.

Yelp
Ordering was easy, food was ready for pickup when promised, and food was outstanding. Best Chinese we've had in ages. The medium hot orange chicken was heavenly, as was the beef in garlic sauce. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Came in on a cold day for hot pot. First of all, it's pricey. $36 for one person to select a few meats, vegetables, one type of noodles, and a single sauce. The quality of hot pot and flavors were good and satisfied the hot pot need, but not great. The biggest disappointment was the stir fried eggplant dish that we also got. It tasted like candied eggplant. Why so much sugar?? It was almost inedible due to the degree of sweetness. Another major foul was the hot sake, which was definitely not hot at all. It came out almost room temperature. Ugh. Service was good and friendly, but the flavors definitely did not live up to the cost. The 2 two dishes and large (not) hot sake came up to almost $80. Definitely a one and done experience.

Yelp
Jing Young Chinese & Hot Pot is located in a shopping plaza but don't let that give you reservations about dining there or getting a carry-out. The egg drop soup is very good. I recommend it. The won ton is good too. It's just not as good as the egg drop soup. I tasted 3 entrees: Kung pao pork (not on the menu but they made it for me), lemon chicken, and beef with Chinese vegetables. All were good. I thought the beef and veggies was a bit bland and the Kung pao pork was too. The Kung pao should have been much spicier. Service was good and restaurant appeared to be clean. I would rate it 3.5 stars but since I can't, I'm rating it 4 because they made Kung pao pork for me. Recommended. Worth a visit.

Yelp
Recently moved to Monument from Briargate and didn't realize this place existed. Came just for the hot pot. Great broth and ingredients were fresh! Slightly pricey compared to other hot pot places, ie Denver, but will definitely have again!

Hannah K.

Yelp
We have a new "go to" place! Delicious food, clean, friendly service! The had a steady stream of patrons for take out but we ate in and enjoyed it!
google avatar

Yelp
Exceptional service last night! Ordered and delivered quickly. Asked for a call so I could put my dogs up and as requested it happened. We loved the Orange Chicken - still hot and crunchy! Will definitely leave special note the make it super spicy!! The Moo Shu Pork was also good - my wife still is talking about the chicken! I liked the Moo Shu too! It had tons of flavor and also came piping hot. Egg rolls were definitely cooked to perfection but thinking they are priced a little high. Next time we are ordering three new chicken dishes and cannot wait! Really nice to have such great food in Monument!

Yelp
Not a bad experience, but not a fantastic one, either. We ordered the dinner for two, she had sweet and sour chicken and I had the house special hot chicken. The restaurant had 3-4 other tables besides us, Friday night about 7. Service - very slow. Took what seemed to be 10 mins after sitting that we were finally able to order. After we ordered it took another 35 mins to get our food. Waitress didn't check on us until we were done and had been eyeballing them. They were focusing more on their to-go orders more than the people dining inside. Food was served very hot, as well as the appetizers. Sweet and sour was just as expected, although I thought the sauce was a bit watered down. The house spicy chicken was disappointing in that the sauce had very little flavor, and not spicy. The rice was NOT clumped like some other restaurants serve. Overall, if we wanted Chinese again and were in the area, we would consider trying them again.

L C.

Yelp
No way. I got food poisoning from here and the food didn't taste right. I can't eat Chinese anymore without wanting to throw up. Hard pass.
google avatar

Jeff L.

Yelp
I am new to Colorado Springs and I relied on Yelp reviews to help me pick this place. Big mistake! I'm learning that doing so is not such a good idea for Chinese food. No way this place deserves 4.5 stars. I've travelled to Asia extensively and love chinese food, but unfortunately this place only serves a very "American" version. All of the sauces are full of sugar, the flavors are bland, and the dishes offered are all the same ones that every american strip mall chinese restaurant serves. There is nothing authentic that I could find on the menu. There is a separate Hot Pot menu that they didn't bother to offer but I asked to see it. Everything on It was off the charts expensive so a no go for me. I won't be going back to this place.
google avatar

Chassity D.

Yelp
There was nothing we ordered that we were able to eat more than one bite. It tasted like frozen meals that weren't fully cooked.
google avatar

Cassandra M.

Yelp
Great service Delicious wonton soup Everything made fresh from the moment you order!

Tubesoxrox ..

Yelp
Delicious food! I had the general tso chicken and I haven't had chicken that good in a long time! Would recommend!

Roan L.

Yelp
Very disappointed. I ordered the crispy duck and got burnt duck. It was very dry and I only took a few bites, which was hard to swallow. The fried rice that came with it had no flavor. Was hoping this place would be good considering there's not many restaurants in Monument. So disappointed. They didn't even offer to remove it out of my tab.

Dave K.

Yelp
Very pricey. Soup was Luke warm Shrimp was tough. Beef was tough. Soup had an unpleasant odor. Spring rolls were smallish and not that flavorful. Most orders were around $20. Won't be back.
google avatar

Helen M.

Yelp
Great customer service, fantastic food. The veggies are fresh and crispy, Cooked to perfection. Nice and clean. The owner, Jing, is waiting tables with a smile. The staff is attentive but not overbearing. Love it!!

Lynn P.

Yelp
Always amazing food and take out service. My sizzling shrimp with extra veggies was so tasty and still hot when I got it home. The Szechuan Beef was just as tasty! If you love Chinese Food-this is your go to place!

Yelp
This place was recommended by the foodies group on Facebook and everyone was right. This place had great food. Will definitely be returning.

Yelp
Sllllloooooowwww service . The young server was helpful and nice . Food was good , it was my first hot pot .
google avatar

Nina M.

Yelp
Servers were very helpful and attentive. Everything came out within 5-10 minutes from ordering. I got the spicy soup base and it was soooo delicious and flavorful and definitely not for the weak lol! I think the price for the food was definitely worth it as it came with a bunch of meat and vegetables and a free drink! love this place and definitely coming back!!
google avatar

Josiy M.

Yelp
10/10 recommend this place. Great Mongolian beef. Great cheese wontons. And the boba is AWESOME! Pineapple is my favorite!
google avatar

Colleen K.

Yelp
Very fresh food. The pan fried pork dumplings were excellent as were our entrees. General Tsos, and pepper beef. The meat tasted freshly prepared, not like it was made earlier and tough to chew. All the employees were very friendly. Prices are on the high side.
google avatar

Kara K.

Yelp
Updating my review - got dinner from Jing's again tonight and YUM! Orange chicken and General Tao's chicken were both excellent. This will be our go-to Chinese from now on.

Danielle F.

Yelp
It took an hour and 15 minutes for us to get our food. We were switched to 3 different tables because the first two tables we were placed at were dirty (which we had to bring to their attention). They did not have 3 of our vegetable choices for hot pot (which we also had to bring to their attention when we got our food). Their food tasted freezer burnt as well. They did apologize for the wait due to having 20 to-go orders and a couple in-restaurant orders over $300. They were busy when we first came into the restaurant, but less than 10 people when we finally got our food.

Patricia N.

Yelp
Love the Hot Pot! Kind, helpful servers. Great place for a warm, wonderful lunch or dinner.
google avatar

Carlos M.

Yelp
Grabbed some takeout here a couple of times over the past week. It was delicious, and the staff appeared to be taking precautions with handling of food, masks and distancing. Great taste and quality, we've tried the Mongolian Trio, Mongolian Beef and the Beef and Broccoli. Everything was delicious.
google avatar

Alexis L.

Yelp
dined in for dinner, we got my son a side of rice, and while they gave it to us for free, it tasted like it was the bottom of the pot & had a lingering burnt taste. the fried rice in general tastes like it's white rice thrown on the grill for a few minutes with little bits of egg in it. my teriyaki chicken was not the greatest, it didn't even look appealing, couldn't even get half my food down. my husband got General Taos chicken, and his chicken was tough & hard to even get down. the younger ones working, we're absolutely amazing & checking on us often. probably won't ever eat here again though.
google avatar

Brittany S.

Yelp
It's so amazing that they have gluten-free options. They are good with allergies which is hard with also having shellfish allergies ! The food is EXCELLENT and my family who does not eat gluten-free agrees. I actually have to talk myself out of getting Chinese food quite a bit because I just want to keep coming back!!! I WOULD GO 2x per week if I could
google avatar

Rebecca H.

Yelp
Everything we had tasted great- our kids especially liked the combo lo mein. It was our server's first day, but she did awesome! She was friendly and took great care of us. We live close and I can't believe we've never been in. We will definitely be repeat customers!
google avatar

James O.

Yelp
A great selection of Chinese food in a clean and friendly restaurant. Their Mongolian Beef is very good and the Kung Pow Shrimp is spicey hot! Great place for a filling lunch that includes choice of soup, vegetarian spring roll, rice (white, brown, or fried), a sweet fried won ton with cream cheese, and hot tea. Most lunches are around $15.
google avatar

David P.

Yelp
Wonderful, fresh Chinese food along with an exceptionally friendly owner and staff make for a great experience!
google avatar

Linda C.

Yelp
We wanted a quick dinner on our way back from Denver and decided to try Jing Young. Turns out it was a good decision. Service was very friendly and fast. Food arrived quickly after ordering. I had General Tao's Pork and the husband had Szechuan Pork. Everything was hot and delicious. Good portion size too so we had leftovers for the next days lunch. Will go back again!
google avatar

Angi C.

Yelp
Food was very good. We ordered a variety of things to eat. Best of all - the owner states about 80% of her menu is gluten free! I ordered online and she accommodated my gluten sensitivity. We will be ordering again.

Laurymarie C.

Yelp
The food was awesome. A lot of flavor. Not too salty. I couldn't stop eating. Delivery was fairly quick.
