Jinya Ramen Bar Review - Bellevue - Seattle - The Infatuation

"This popular LA-based ramen spot in Bellevue holds up to the hype, and has a tasty vegan option to prove it. Their creamy plant-based ramen with loads of silky tofu and a smooth mushroom broth (that even a funghi hater would enjoy) is our go-to. It's light and earthy, and it's even possible to take down a whole bowl without feeling like you have a boulder sitting in your lower intestine. If a plant-based option isn't quite your style, confidently skip the shrimp wonton ramen with dry filling and go straight for their “Jinya Original” tonkotsu with thick chewy noodles, a heavy pour of soy sauce, and an extra porky broth. Use this place for an easy weeknight dinner on the Eastside, or to refuel after spending hours at the Crossroads Daiso. " - Kayla Sager-Riley

I went to go eat around lunch time and my server’s name was Eric! He was absolutely wonderful and everything I could’ve asked for. My drink was below half full, and my food came out within 15 minutes. Everything tasted delicious, which is likely because Eric was bringing it. His sheer aura was enough to raise everyone’s spirits, and eating with his service felt like an ascension to heaven. I’m writing this review next to cherub angels and my only complaint is that his angelic halo was a bit bright for me. He even offered extra service by cleansing my soul!! Was very appreciated, I definitely recommend!

Google
Came in for lunch earlier today! Katie was the best and most helpful server. She gave us the best recommendations and was so sweet. I will say whoever made my drink made it way too strong but overall, everything else was great! Will definitely be coming back!

Google
My partner and I stopped here for lunch on a Tuesday since it was rated one of the best ramen in Baton Rouge. To our disappointment, it was a bad experience. When we entered, no one was there and we waited for 5 minutes for someone to seat us. The waitress must have had a bad day or hates her job because she barely greeted us and paid any attention to us. I was highly disappointed as someone who's worked in the food industry for over 10 years. My partner ordered the Spicy Chicken Ramen and I ordered the Tonkatsu Red. Unfortunately, the broth for both was under flavored and I had to add salt and more spices to my ramen. Between the service and food, I'd give this place a 2 out of 5, and I honestly could make better ramen at home. I do not recommend this place unless you want to waste your money.

Google
Jinya was great. Our server Tabby was absolutely amazing. Since this was our first visit (but not our last), she took time to go over the menu and tell us all the best sellers and we tried a lot of her recommendations. The food and service was great. Go and enjoy.

Google
Absolutely delicious! I am from Vegas and have been to the one there, but the food here tastes just as great if not better than at home. My husband tried the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen soup base, but took out the tofu and added egg and chicken. Yum. I had the Spicy Chicken Ramen which was also perfect. Would definitely come again if we're back in town.

Google
My first time coming with my daughters and Mom and we loved it!! Will definitely come back when we are in town. Need a place like this in Alabama. Thank you for the awesome experience. Our waitress was great and patient with us knowing it was our first time visiting.. Highly recommend if you're in the area to stop by..Bravo Zulu 🫡🤩

Google
This was our first visit to Jinya. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. From the food to the service, everything was superb. Santos was outstanding and prompt. The drinks are also so beautifully made (maybe even too beautiful to drink lol). We couldn't have asked for a better first visit. Only downside: be sure to check for extra toppings. We ordered mushrooms for our ramen and didnt notice until after leaving that they were missing. Nevertheless, we will definitely be returning soon.

Google
Christina was our waitress. She was great. Smoked Old Fashion with Glenlevit single malt was phenomenal! Jinya Bun was braised pork, fresh cucumber, and Korean style deliciousness! Red pork Ramen level 6 was perfect. Warm sake to boot, come eat here.

Yelp
Jinya is my absolute favorite ramen bar in Baton Rouge. The Tonkotsu Red allows me to pick my spice level (which is an 8), add extras like fresh garlic, cabbage and broccoli and swap to thin noodles. This dish makes my tastebuds dance!! The restaurant is usually full of folks at the normal busy times of lunch and early dinner. Weekends are always packed and rightfully so because there is something for everyone at this BR Jewel! It's a cute spot to stop in before or after a movie or just as a standalone excursion. If you love ramen, you'll love Jinya!!

Yelp
Forgot to post this from a few weeks ago. As someone from Hawaii who has had good authentic ramen, I would not recommend Jinya. I ordered the tonkotsu black and my friends ordered all different types of ramen, but every broth had no flavor and tasted watery. However, the crispy chicken appetizer & jinya buns were very yummy. We were disappointed that the crispy rice spicy tuna was out on a saturday night. Service was fine, and the atmosphere is cool. I would like to see this place improve on their specialty and maybe I'll return.

Yelp
DJ was AMAZING such a great server and fantastic food! everything was super quick and our server was super attentive

Kimberly H.

Yelp
Used to be our favorite place, but they changed their gyoza 'recipe' it's now like fried frozen dumplings. Our son's meal came out 20mins before ours and is ramen was watery and when our ramen finally came out it was COLD... I said if I'm going to spend $60 I'd at least like hot ramen. Their suggestion was "we can microwave it if you'd like" Are you serious, clearly a disconnect with the kitchen and management, the manger tried to blame it on her servers....
google avatar

Victoria P.

Yelp
Carlos was our server and he was very attentive and came to check on us often. He gave us best sellers and personal opinions on the menu which was great! I had the premium tonkotsu red ramen which was pretty good! My friend had a creamy spicy vegan ramen which shocked me with how flavorful it was. I had the e tomo e tomo drink which I loved as well! The crispy rice was a nice, light starter too! Definitely will be back!

Yelp
I love JINYA! Their happy hour specials are nice, I always get the tuna crispy rice. Today I tried their spicy creamy vegan ramen and wowwwwwwww literally perfect. It has a great level of spice. I added an egg per our servers recommendation and pork. Literally some of the best ramen I've ever had. Our server, Lana, was a great help. I also love to sit outside, vibes are nice out there.

Mia T.

Yelp
After taking our number for the waitlist, we waited for about an hour before we checked in with the host where they basically told us to sit wherever. There wasn't ever an update that a table was ready. When we were seated, the server took our complete orders and even just for the appetizers, the food didn't come out for another hour. She also didn't let us know that they were out of the sushi we ordered until 45 minutes into the wait. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was between the team but they didn't seem surprised at all that we decided to go somewhere else.

Allie D.

Yelp
The food was amazing as usual. Me and my girlfriend came around 1 and there was only one server Whitney, she did a fenomenal job. She was the only server on when we were here which shocked me , but again she did amazing, props to her for being able to balance all the people that were here at this time.

Yelp
I've had jinya ramen in Houston, but this is my first time having it in Baton Rouge. From what I remember, it is pretty similar and of course the Ramen was great. I think my only complaint would be that I wish it had more meat as it seems that most other ramen places I've been to had larger portions of meat. Great location with great service. The food came out fast and was very flavorful, not too salty. I'd come back if I'm in town.
google avatar

Jaime T.

Yelp
Whitney was a great bartender. I had the impossible gyoza and a flying violette. Main course I went with the flying vegan harvest and it was served properly. I got one jinya chicken ramen order to go. The restaurant kept a steady flow of a crowd. The bar wasn't too busy.

Yelp
I was craving soup and thought of giving this jinya ramen restaurant in Baton Rouge a try. There is seating inside and outside right next to the movie theater. We sat for a while before the server noticed us and came to get our order. The music is a bit loud so it was hard to understand our server. We ordered the spicy chicken ramen and the wonton chicken ramen. Most of the servers were at the station to get the food but our server was no where to be seen. Which is fine because she might have other duties to do. We waited quite a long time. She passed me and I gave her a soft smile as if I'm asking where the food is without any words. She understood my message and said, I just asked and it's coming out soon. It wasn't that soon tho. Anyway another server brought out the tray with the soups to her, to give them to us. The soups were lukewarm as if it has been standing for a while. The broth was just ok. I felt sorry for the 2 shy slices of tiny chicken in my soup. The spinach was cold as if it just came out of the fridge. The wonton had more wrap than the filling. I hope they will make some improvements. I love the soup bowls tho!

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! It's definitely one of my favorites, the service has done downhill a little bit. It seems as though they filtered out the old servers for new younger ones and they not as experienced. For this particular time our waitress was rude and only checked on us once. We tried to get a birthday plate for my brother but it never came unfortunately. Only got refills once but the food was amazing as usual so I guess it makes up for it. The creamy shrimp tempura is always fried just right and they're big shrimp. The sauce is like a spicy mayo and with the lettuce mix it's even better. The takoyaki isn't my kinda texture but it still tastes good, my brother loves it. He got the shrimp wonton ramen which was nice and creamy with a tiny bit of spicy. The wontons are kinda slimy but they still taste good. I got my usual the spicy chicken ramen and no complaints there. They have 3 spicy levels, mild, spicy and hot. The hot doesn't have as much flavor it's more of just for the spice so usually the "spicy" heat is the best. The restaurant is always cozy and welcoming.

Yelp
Jinya can never do me wrong, like seriously. This place is a weekly ritual now!! We had Logan and he was awesome. The crispy rice was sooooo good and the ramen was great as always. Great drinks too.
google avatar

Yelp
Now I get why this place is always busy! The food does not disappoint. My toddler enjoyed the Tokyo Curry Rice bowl. We also had the Spicy Chicken Ramen, Creamy Shrimp and Brussels. Service was extremely quick considering how busy they were. I think this is a great date night spot. It is located right next to a Cinemark movie theater. Easy to catch a quick bite and head over to the movies.

Yelp
10/10 lunch! Food was great and so was server Whitney!!! I loved the fun vibe at lunch time and music

Yelp
Great food, great service. The spicy creamy vegan ramen, j girl mock tail, and panna cotta desert were great. Cant wait to go back.

Yelp
Great service here. The appetizers we tried were amazing. After having the ramen, I would order something spicier next time for more flavor.

Yelp
Price: $$ Portion: 4 stars Taste/Quality: 3.5 stars Service: 3 stars JINYA Ramen Bar was recommended to us by a friend, we decided to give it a try. Stopped in around 7 pm, wait was 1 1/2 hours without a reservation, surprisingly we only waited 30 minutes and received a text. We sat at the ramen bar, pretty cool watching the workers prepping ramen. My 3 stars come with wait time to get our food. Our server was friendly. We placed our order at 7:40, at 8:15 we were still waiting on appetizers. Ramen broth was a little salty in the Jinya Chicken Ramen, but better tasting than most ramen we've tried in LA. My husband ordered extra ramen for his Tonkotsu Black but it took so long he canceled the order since his broth was already getting cold. Chicken Chashu Bowl was delicious, and the serving size was too much for me (regular size), you'll have leftover for breakfast/lunch the next day. All in all, you should try JINYA Ramen Bar. Make it your experience. We came on a Friday night where it was a little busier, so on another day, it may not be, and your experience will be best! Enjoy~ cheers!

Kaamir S.

Yelp
If you're looking for a club, this place might be your choice. The food was good, but the staff often seem annoyed, making you feel like you're inconveniencing them. Service could use improvement.

Jason H.

Yelp
30min wait time, that got extended 20 extra minutes after being texted that our wait to be seated was finished. Extremely disappointed.

Yelp
When downtown Perkins, this is a cute place to check out out! I brought my niece here and we enjoyed the atmosphere and sitting outside. Our food took forever!!! While waiting, we tried all of the sauces and almost got full on those. We got the edamame as an appetizer and for 6$ you get the smallest portion. Our server, Santos, was not very helpful whatsoever when ordering. I asked a few questions about the menu and what they carried and he responded with options that I asked nothing about. I asked if they could split the spicy chicken ramen for me and my niece and he said yes. I also added the seasoned egg. Food took forever, and then he didn't add the egg. Bummed but the ramen was still good! I'd come back for the ramen, but service was ehh. Our server walked out multiple times and didn't come back to our table. Took us about 20 minutes for him to come pick up my card. The hostess was super sweet though!

Yelp
I love the Ramen from this place. It's very good. The ambience is wonderful. The only reason why I gave it. A four star was because the service is a hit or miss and they don't always have everything you want as far as ingredients are concerned.
google avatar

Jasmine H.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try this place and one night for a solo date I came here. They have a happy hour I believe everyday. These pork buns are amazing and are 3$ during happy hour. I also had an amaretto sour which was also on the happy hour menu as well. Bartender did a wonderful job. I had the spicy umami Ramen. Next time I know to add additional items to the bowl but I enjoyed either way. I had panna cotta for desert. Only thing I'd add would be a larger scoop of ice cream. I like that they put the crumbs on top it adds a nice crunch.

Bill C.

Yelp
Tried this restaurant out during the week and was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint was the loudness of the music inside but we were able to sit outside and avoid it. Not having ramen noodles before every thing we ordered was wonderful especially the octopus balls. It's a unique menu but there is something for everyone. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. See took the time to explain all of ur questions and was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Considering all of the food being prepared and wonderfully presented the prices were well within reason. Would def recommend this restaurant to anyone that not experienced this food. What a gem. Can't wait to return soon.

Yelp
Notes: 1) I go often 2) it's packed 3) not many seats 4) not many servers Pros: 1) it's still good 2) when served, pretty good service 3) food is good as always Cons: 1) well it's packed so gotta fight for a spot Rating: 4.5/5 Well it's always good here. The ambiance is good. The food is good. The service is good when you get it. The take out is pretty solid too. I think everyone is doing what they can to serve people and stuff. The restaurant is a bit small and may need a bigger location. The food is good. The dipping ramen hits. The black ramen is good. The rice dishes actually slap real hard. I had one and I was amazed. Anywho, I still recommend. But don't go during normal times cause it's packed. (Sorry staff, it's just a great experience).

Yelp
This is our first time trying Jinya. W read great reviews and my husband loves noodles!!! So we are here giving them a shot. We're greeted upon entry and quickly seated. We chose a booth to set in. The decor was nice and they were jamming. The ambience is definitely nice and laid back. I like how they had their trademark etched into their tables. A very cool thing.. Vanessa was very nice and polite. She walked us through the menu and let us know what's what and recommendations she had. I love the fact that the menu had a variety of items to choose from. You could mix and match, add or take away anything you didn't want. We had the crispy chicken, a house salad, the chicken wonton bowl, the spicy chicken and shrimp bowl, lemonade, root beer and a Tokyo iced tea. Sorry I didn't get a picture of it. It looked very nice and my husband loved it. The food was good but, my husband wished his was a lil more spicy. He said he chicken/shrimp wonton was amazingly different and delicious. The salad was yummy and the sauce to dip the crispy chicken in was awesome. My bowl was tasty but, I realized that I d not like dumplings!!!! No matter how they are cooked the texture is all off and I just couldn't get with it. Now don't get me wrong it was all seasoned and taste good I just didn't like it. We will definitely be back and try more stuff. Vanessa was simply wonderful and everything was on point.? She made sure we had a wonderful experience.

Yelp
Hi there Jinya! So glad to see you in Baton Rouge. Located in Perkins Rowe, this is a pretty solid pick for ramen if you're looking for it in the Baton Rouge area. I've tried 3 things in the menu that I really like and I usually get the following: crispy chicken, salmon poke tacos, and the tonkutsu ramen. The small dishes were flavorful and the broth of the ramen was rich, noodles and meat were perfectly cooked. I've been here several times and it's been consistent. Service was quick and my server was attentive so no complains there. Ambiance was nice and pretty quiet for me as I dined in the outside part of the restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
First time ever trying ramen (that's not Top Ramen). It's absolutely delicious, and this place does it right! I highly recommend coming here, especially during their happy hour (4-6pm) . They have a full bar (and I mean wine too for all you wine lovers like me) . I can't wait to come back here and try more things off their menu, but so far I highly recommend: Chicken ramen (add whatever you want to it) Pork rice bowl Gyozas
google avatar

Sandy M.

Yelp
It's an annual tradition to take our daughter to get ramen for her birthday, and this is the perfect place for that! They have an amazing happy hour menu and always an impressive array of ramen! Their kids meal is plenty of food which is all delicious and keeps kids engaged! They always add a little special plate for birthdays, but even if it's not your birthday, they're very attentive and accommodating. The ambience indoors is a cool, musical vibe. Outside is a wonderful atmosphere with foot traffic for people watching. The only downside of outdoor dining is the employees of the nearby movie theater like to take their smoke breaks outside, so you spend every 15 minutes bathing in cigarette smoke. But that is NOT Jinya's fault at all. We don't only come here for birthdays because Jinya is a very solid choice for your foodie needs, but I needed to do a shoutout because they always make my (not so little) girl feel special on her day! ((Extra bonus points for Military discounts))

Yelp
A meal at JINYA IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS. It's hot, seasoned well and filling!! I tried something this time and that small bowl is just enough.
google avatar

Laroya D.

Yelp
I prefer pho over ramen so this was just ok.....two slivers of chicken... i really could have made it at home. This was very tasty, however not worth the money. I also think that the staff was top-tier the gentleman that we had had I was very courteous and attentive to our needs.

Bo J.

Yelp
I'd love to try this place, but the 3 or 4 times my wife, and son have tried the music was so loud that it sounded like a dance club from outside the door. I've asked the hostess if they can turn the music down and twice just got a half hearted shrug. You are a restaurant - Not a dance club
google avatar

Mark N.

Yelp
Me and my mom went there to eat some ramen. Today is Dec. 31,2024 before New Year's Eve. They sat us down at 2:00 pm and we wait for about 51 mins and no one took our order. So I told my mom let's go because we are the customer's. If they don't come to the table to take your order then leave. Never going back there again. Not worth it. BR has other ramen places that are better than this ...
google avatar

Mandisa N.

Yelp
I do enjoy the ramen here. Tried the special Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen. Only issue I had was the fact that the onions were raw and you can imagine how that was an issue afterwards... My friend is more sensitive to it so she didn't even bother eating hers, but we both had an issue of the pork chashu being too fatty (90% fat honestly) so that can be pretty off-putting if that's not something you're in to. Service was kinda slow which was disappointing. It was relatively busy, but our waitress would disappear from us for a WHILE. I'd definitely say give it a go. I've had good experiences here and this time around was probably the worst one, but even then not terrible. Will be back!
google avatar

Tania G.

Yelp
Food was good. Ordered the octopus balls as an appetizer and black tonkatsu ramen bowls for entree. Although we ordered our entrees 15 minutes later than our app they both came out at the same time. Both felt lukewarm at best rather than hot so made me think it had been sitting for quite a while. Service was poor, server rarely checked on us and drinks ran empty often. Although the food was very flavorful I do wish it would have been a hotter temperature. Broth from soup was very rich I wish there was a way to add some sort of acidity for a better taste experience like vinegar or a citrus on the side. Restaurant was very cold temperature wise as well so bring a sweater.

Ambreal J.

Yelp
food was really good, service was nice :). recommend sitting outside! the server was sweet and drew a little cat on our receipt. the chicken chashu was really good, i was nervous it wouldn't be as phenomenal as its a ramen bar but if you enjoy rice bowls and soy sauce you'll love it. i ate it up quickly. it had both ground chicken and chicken breast! the j girl was very good & fizzy. matcha lychee was too sweet for me but actually very good outside of that, i just realized i don't like lychee lol. but i will definitely try matcha and lemonade more now!! the takoyaki was also good, the octopus itself is very squishy and the flavor comes from the sauces they provide. i liked it although the octopus is hard to chew, it's like squid, i liked the takoyaki regardless. Do recommend

John F.

Yelp
JINYA is usually on point but this was a disappointment. Besides having to wait 15 minutes to place my to go order they got the order wrong.I order the spicy ground chicken I got regular Chicken Maybe they will get right next time
google avatar

Erica S.

Yelp
I am definitely going back! I ordered take out for lunch and the staff was so kind and friendly. The host and bartender that helped me, kudos. Sidnie and (forgive me bc I know I'm wrong)... Kaya :) First time there. Given help on my order by them and it turned out amazing! Easy in and out. Inside was beautiful. Need to go for Happy Hour soon. If I had one thing to criticize, it's the amount of ramen. One big bite, it's gone. For $20, I'd prefer at least double that.
google avatar

Ama A.

Yelp
I got the spicy chicken ramen, and was decently impressed with the flavor! I could've made it hotter, but I have a higher spice tolerance. I got my meal to go, and it was packaged well and remained hot until I was ready to eat. Overall, it was good and cured my craving. However, for $20, I was I had a little more noodles and chicken ;)

Nathalie R.

Yelp
Service was absolutely great ! Also had the takoyaki which was also delicious. But the ramen was absolutely atrocious?? It tastes like Walmart chicken broth. I normally love eating traditional Japanese ramen but there aren't any traditional restaurants in LA. Maybe my standards are too high? They should go back to the drawing board with the ramen... cause what the helly???

Sarah E.

Yelp
I've been a frequent customer at this location for a year or two now. The food is wonderful & I love the atmosphere. My only complaint is, when we walk in (typically only two of us), we have been walked directly outside without being asked where we want to sit (on more than one occasion). Typically, in my experience at least, the hostess will ask if we want a table, a booth, the bar, or outdoors. Only at JINYA have I not been asked. It would be fine if the outdoor seating area was nice, or even felt like it was a part of the restaurant. There's no music out there, and the ambience is vastly different. The times we have been seated out there, the weather has been either extremely hot, muggy, or cold. We have had to ask, after being seated, if we can sit inside instead. There has been an almost empty bar & tables open on each occasion where we were seated outside.
google avatar

Nathaniel R.

Yelp
Food, ambiance, and table service is wonderful. Host/hostess and wait policy is absolutely disappointing. The majority of the host are rude and not sensitive to the expectations of the clients. We were advised of wait times but told that we could not stand inside of the restaurant and wait. We were told to either wait outside or goto the book store down the road. It was 40 degrees outside and that was unacceptable. We live the food and waiters/waitress but it's insulting, insensitive, and u professional to ask is to wait outside or goto Border's bookstore.
google avatar

Yelp
We have eaten here a lot when it first opened. We find both the service and food have gotten worse, especially the service. The last few times the service was horrible, especially today. The food was ok today. It wasn't as flavorful as it should. I didn't taste the "umami" flavor that Ramen supposed to have. It was bad right when we got there. There were no hostess when we walked in for lunch today. Only two of us, so not even a big party. I waited a few minutes for the hostess and finally had to look around and ask if anybody was working at the hostess stand today or should we just grabbed a table. A lady was sitting at a booth got up and walked toward us. I think she's the manager. Instead of coming directly to us and help us, she walked past us to grab another lady who I think is the hostess to help us. The hostess walked us to the booth right behind the table that the other lady was sitting, which she went back to resume her conversation. Of course with our luck, the table wasn't wiped and had stuff all on it and the hostess was nice and told us that she has to wipe it down real quick, which is fine. It happens. We sat down and looked at our meal and waited for someone to help us. After 15 mins when we know what we wanted to order, I had to stop the lady that walked by our table, which I think is the manager that got up earlier. She looked and said, oh yall haven't been help yet. Again, she could have got us water, ask us what we want or whatever, but instead she left and looking for the waitress that that table belong to. She couldn't figure out who table it belong to, so she got the hostess and two other waitresses to discuss right in front of our table. Anyone of them could have just helped us or discuss this elsewhere. The manager finally told one of the waitress to help us. We ordered our drinks and food immediately cause we were on a lunch break. Drinks came out first of course. We sat there and drank it. By the time our food came out, our drinks were empty. The waitress dropped off our food and then left. Never came back. We finally had to flag the manager down again for refills on our drinks. This time the manager for the drinks refilled for us. We finished our lunch and waiting on the check. Finally I took my credit card our and started to put my hand in the air so someone would see me. The manager got put waitress to come back to help us. This quick lunch turned into 1.5 HOUR event. Food was ok. It was good enough but service is horrible and getting worse especially the last few times and they weren't even busy there were only like 7 tables and I think 5 waiters/waitresses. I simply don't understand why it took 1.5 hours to eat lunch today.

Yelp
I love Jinya with my whole heart. They've saved me from at least 4 hangovers I can remember. They could put some more chicken in the bowls for less but it's all delicious

Yelp
Ramen was great, took home leftovers and had 2 additional meals. Service was good but to my disappointment they were out of 3 different drinks and had no garlic.

Yelp
Love this place right from the first time I went.Came back again and it's even better! As you can tell by the name, this restaurant is known for its ramen. I had the JINYA Tonkotsu Black the first time I came and it was flavorful and delicious and has plenty of toppings. For any ramen dish you order, you can pay to add extra toppings and create your own ramen bowl as you please. Second time I got the Premium Tonkotsu Red and it was just as tasty! It comes in 10 spice levels. I eat really spicy food and ordered the dish at a spice level of 6 and it truly was spicy. I loved it. However, if you can't handle extreme spice, stick to a spice level of 2 or 3 which is what the waitress said was more common. I also ordered the kale-blend noodles and it was good. I'll def do it again in the future. They have a good happy hour (HH) from 3-6 that includes drinks and food. I'll attach a picture. I got the lycheetini and it was lovely, juicy and tasty. On Mondays and Tuesdays, they also have $1 shots of hot sake which is nice if you're not sure you like sake and want to test it out. I suggest taking your tome to sip as opposed to taking it as a shot. There are a number of other items on their HH menu that I can't wait to try. Overall, I can say the Ramen is so flavorful and delicious. And the drinks are good. I will continue to come back here and highly recommend. Pro tip: come outside of peak times. This places gets really packed and can have up to an hour wait if you come during their rush periods. The bar is also an option and is seat yourself - however that can also be crowded. Also note, other customers are pretty friendly and happy to socialize at the bar if you want. So definitely don't be afraid to come solo.

Yelp
The Spicy Ramen was really good along with the happy hour drinks. I think my stomach was made at me the following 24 hours but well worth it.

Yelp
I absolutely love Jinya! Especially with this cold weather, hit the spot. Logan was great!!! Very nice, very efficient. Tried the Jinya bun for the first time, delicious! I saw a lot of people with the Lycee martinis - I need to try them next time! Thanks Logan!!
