A new favorite in Paris!
The restaurant is small—probably no more than 30 seats—but that makes it all the more special. We sat at the bar overlooking the tiny open kitchen, which was a real treat: watching the chefs work with such calm precision while preparing the two set menus (three courses).
We decided to try both menus, which was the right choice to savor the full range of dishes. Highlights included sashimi with Thai green sauce, stuffed courgettes, fried bread with shrimp, and grilled corn in a delicate white sauce. Every dish was prepared with great care, revealing layers of flavor that came together beautifully. The mains were noodles—one with fish, the other with beetroot—each carrying a subtle smokiness that appeared throughout the menu.
The wine list is short, with six options by the glass, but thoughtfully chosen to complement the dishes. At €35 for the menu (€43 with dessert), the value for this level of quality is exceptional.
We had the first seating (1.5 hours), but it never felt rushed thanks to the warm and attentive service.
Truly, a new favorite in Paris.
